app is normally fairly straightforward. I have used it since it was developed. However, today I (very carefully) made a partial payment, about $60, which involves clicking on pay portion, then enter amount, then submit. after submitting, it said "thank you" and pulled the entire balance from my account. If I wanted to pay off early, I would have just clicked pay off. Money is gone, can't be recovered.

The. App is seemingly easy to use. Its definitely easy to navigate. HOWEVER, in my case, the make a payment feature is useless junk. I've put in my payment information, do all the necessary things...and it wont take my money! And yes there's money in my account. I've even tried a different card...to no success. No operator error either. So if ya can go pay in store. This app sucks for payments and itll make you past due.

It's great, I would just upgrade it to be able to take out extra money through this app. Like if you had a credit of $2500 but, only took out $1000 loan, and a couple of weeks later, something comes up and you need more money, since you still have a loan out, instead of going down to the place to redo paperwork and all that, just be able to borrow more through the app, and the option to have the funds sent by check through the mail, or direct deposited, sent to your cash app or PayPal account.

This app works fine. However the actual service I do not recommend. The bill never goes down and it seems to be increasing by $70 more reaching to $400 monthly. It was a $2600 loan and you pay $75 same day plus the first bill in store and they don't explain why. The pay amount is $3285 and last month it was $2850. So as I'm paying my monthly fees the pay amount doesn't go down.

The app does not show accurate amounts due on a payment and gets the math completely wrong when you make a payment. At one point it showed that I owed $588 so I paid $293 which should have brought it down to $295 owed but instead it showed $309.70 still due. Then I paid another $14.70 which would have brought it down to $295 but instead it went down to $288.44. Fix the damn calculator in the app so it shows accurate payment due amounts.

worst app ever!!! If you have more than one person on the account it is useless. It will say it sent a verification code to the other party but it doesn't. so now i have late payments because the app wont work. Tried the "contact us" in the app, it will not work either. It wont send the message. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it twice still nothing. Don't use this or this company worst customer service ever.

Where is the option to check your loan balance and make payments? I literally can't find it anywhere in the app. It only shows my universe silver balance and transactions. Please fix this issue ASAP. I would really like the convenience of making transactions online. I do not wish to have to make a trip down to the Title Max Office everytime I need to make a payment.

App stopped working 2 months ago. I would login to make a payment, and once I'm at the accounts screen I get a "network error" message that I cannot get past to make a payment. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times with no success.

There are so many consistent glitches with this app. With any technology,you expect it to have some issues but not on a consistent basis. Things sometimes don't connect to the account properly. Sometimes things won't load. I challenge the creator of this app to take a better ownership of what they created and make it more user friendly with less glitches.

The app Easy to use it. And you can check you accounts balance make a payment and check your transactions history and log out with out speaking or get help with live customer service. so feel free to take advantage of the app.😊 If you also choose to go the nearest title max store they're a very professional and they will helping you and your visit will be a pleasant and walk out happy. 🎖🥇🏅🥇🥇

Will not let me renew one of my accounts, debited my bank account, but will not let me sign the renewal, tried for 2 days and then had to pay late fees and that is unfair, called the office and was offered no help, they didn't care whether or not the app worked properly or not. Did not offer me any credit for the late fees, said that title max doesn't give credit for ANYTHING, regardless if it was caused by their app, all they care about is money, not the people that makes that money for them

TITLE MAX is pretty decent place to do business with along side of the high interest rates and all. I knew what I was getting into so I have no rebuttal. The app needs to be updated and bugs fixed because I can't make a payment and I don't have the time to drop by the location I got my loan from so the app was very convenient. Just fix the app so I can pay and I'm fine.

This app is suppose to make payment and viewing my account easier. NOT! I cant even make a payment in this app. The only thing the app is allowing me to click on is CALL STORE! There is no need to call the store because they no longer take payments over the phone. Terrible! I am not able to visit the store that why i was glad that they took paymenys on the phone. Now this app has canceled the over the phone payment option but the app DOES NOT WORK!

Just a shout out to Wade. Went to Title Max for an emergency. Totally 5 star service. Everything was explained. If you need a short term loan. He is the person to talk to. I am also recommending Title Max because it's one of the few, very few , title loan companies that are fair, and transparent. Thanks for the help today, Wade!

Used the app once and now I've been trying to login for days since work has kept me from being able to go in to pay and it will not load. This has caused me to be late and I don't like being late especially since I said it would be paid days ago. The bugs in this app need to be handled or you're going to open yourself to many other issues including hackers being able to get into the app to get bank or credit card info.

Terrible app, terrible interest rates, terrible service, terrible company. Want direct deposit in your own bank? Not gonna happen. Instead, they force you to use their card, which is impossible to cancel. App crashed. Called customer support but got transferred around and given no answers. Can't make payments. Basically trying to steal my car. Going to get this loan paid off ASAP so I never again have to deal with these crooks.

Trash. I've been trying for a WEEK now to make a payment on this app unsuccessfully. The store won't take a payment when the account is past due, and the customer service number I was referred to say rhey can't help me. For as much as we have to pay back, at LEAST you could have a more convenient way to pay.

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every month make my payment. Very annoying! I don't always have time or in a position top do that. Please fix that bug!! Updated: What is the purpose of paying online and digitally signing documents if you still have to go into the office?? Jesus!! when I'm done paying this off, the is No Way I will recommend anyone to do this!! Father God Bless me to get this paid off in the next month!!!😤

Once I was given the n store crash course on how to navigate. It's been very helpful. The ability to renew a loan is amazing. My feelings so far has allowed me to catch up on my Finances and remove stress

I downloaded the app hoping I could send messages and pay through it because I cant call the office at all because I lost voice to cancer and the employees say they can't communicate with me through email or text. the app has a send message section but it just spins when click on submit no matter how long I wait. this makes it impossible for me to communicate with the store unless I can get down there which is not always possible.

The app won't work. I have tried multiple times keeps stating error connection network to app. This has been over 2 months now. Been told it my internet, wrong my internet works just fine, also tried just mobile data to connect nope. Fix the app!!! I can't make a payment, can't see balance nothing!!

The app is good it makes it easy to pay over the app instead of going in office to pay. If you forget payment date an total that's due, all you have to do is go in app to check for the details about your account.

This app is absolutely amazing. I really love how it updates how much you owe everyday! It gives me a level of comfort, understanding and control credit company don't even come close to. Also since im borrowing against the value of my own car it makes this a very fair transaction, I love TitleMax!

Worked fine the first time I used it. Now it keeps saying incorrect password. I request a verification code to reset password and then it takes me back to the sign in screen without an option to enter the code.

I think its ridiculous that a company all over the US cant take cash payments for accounts over mutiple locations. My husband is working out of town and needed to make a cash payment and was unable to do so due to the titlemax only being able to take cash at the location that he received the loan. If he can pay through the app and over the phone with a card, why can't you take the cash at any location? Its absurd. Not everyone relies on a card.

I tried this card because of the overdraft feature but haven't been able to sign up for it yet. I keep getting "temporary unable to connect" messages and when I called they said it was because of maintenance. I have had the card since May/2020 and still unable to sign up. I was also told it was connected to Kansans City bank can be used a actually checking account. It actual isn't any different from any other Prepaid debit card. I find this issue very disappointing.

This app is only to take payments. It will not alert you when a payment is due. I would avoid this company all together. They changed the loans to short term.. so they screw you with interest. The only thing good about the app is you don't have to go to the store and deal with the employees.

Tried to add a credit card payment. App wouldn't process payment. tried a 2nd time to make cc payment, again app wouldn't process payment. Removed card from payment method. Attempted to add a different cc. App won't accept anymore cc payment changes, please try again tomorrow. Attempting to make a payment and now I have more interest to pay on account another day. TitleMax, your convenient payment app, isn't very convenient..

I had a wonderful experience in your Toccoa office, Tara was great and all of the staff were friendly, but I was told that the additional funds I didnf take at the time would be available to me through the app on the get cash now button and I wouldn't even have to come back into the office, that has not been the case. I have tried and it set me up an appointment to go into the office. I am stranded now out of town because I cant access my funds. Can someone tell me how this works?
