TiviMate IPTV Player

So iv'e tried pretty much every IPTV player in the Google Play store and hands down the TiviMate player is by far the best for its design, functionality, ease of use and customer support. It just looks and feels great hence the 5 star review.

Having issues, app freezes and crashes after 5 minutes on the chromecast. Not sure if it was because of the latest update. Not sure how to contact support about this

only issue is the playlist login bug. Many times i enter the URL correct and checked it over many times before telling it to login and it would come up as a server error. However, if I paste it in it was fine. I know that seems like and input error on my part but it wasn't for some reason if you enter the playlist m3u url manually it will not take. I have another friend who spent hours trying to get his to work and he had the exact same issue. This great software except for the major software breaking bug. Get it fix I'll change it to a 5 star review as it seems to be the only bug I could find. Also both my friend I are Lifetime buyers. Android Shield TV.

Extremely great program with an outstanding customer support. Had problems activating to the premium edition and their technical support helped to get the proper login information. Will definitely upgrade to the lifetime subscription once the yearly runs out.

Beware of this issue!!… ***Resolved*** Money Refunded… I did decide to resubscribe BUT only to the One Year option… My concern though is that as the ‘TiviMate Companion’ is a separate app necessary for the subscription and sign in, simply resetting your player should NOT wipe out your ‘Paid Account’ information! And getting support should not be this hard! Dropped One Star. We’ll see how this plays out??……………………………… Barely six months into a Paid Lifetime Subscription… I am now trying to get some type of Support as I Purchased the Premium ‘TiviMate Companion’ Lifetime Option to unlock the best this Player has to offer. Yes there it a lot to offer, it’s the best I’ve found so far. BUT… after having to delete and re-enter my IPTV Service Provder’s ‘Playlist Info’ the signin to Unlock Premium (for which TiviMate Companion is a must) features goes directly to buying the yearly or full subscription without actually ‘Activating’ the Account I’d created and Paid For!… I WON’T Pay Twice!! It should NOT be this way or this difficult!… So far no luck and only an automated response that hasn’t fixed the problem… Still waiting!… Well There You Go!… Rather than getting back to me directly to fix the problem, my subscription was cancelled even though I didn’t specifically ask for it BUT,,, I got a FULL Refund, that I didn’t expect! Given that I’d started experiencing a lot of BUFFERING and some other issues that forced me to re-enter my IPTV Playlist in an attempt to fix them, I’m wondering if I should even attempt to resubscribe? This app may be going south. I’m not the only one here with these problems it seems! Too bad! It has a lot of features I really liked!…

Not happy with 4.3. Getting errors when entering new stalker playlists. I’ve been told I need to roll back to 4.2. I’m thinking 4.4 needs to correct the issue.

This app really deserves a higher average rating. It is well designed and works perfect on my two generic Android TV boxes. Great and visually appealing interface. I would love to see UPnP/DLNA capability added to it so I can integrate my Emby server. Thanks dev for the best player I have found so far.

This is complete BS. The app is excellent on the original device, BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO GET THE OTHER DEVICES TO F'ING WORK. No support, no info, nothing. I have no problem paying (as I have) for dev work, but for F's sake, this is affecting a lot of your customers. There is simply no reason that an app tied to my google account cannot play on other devices also tied to that account.

Installed a week ago on my Philips smart tv and is already hogging 1.5gb of storage space. I keep getting notifications to clear up space and the only way is to clear the tivimate cache, by doing so, it clears the list/s and the circus to put in the list again starts again!!! Stay away.

Cannot change path to record programmes to usb stick and as using on my TV where the storage is limited I cannot see the point of upgrading. Also cannot find any contact details which is poor as you are paying for the upgrade.

I tried to sign in but forgot my password so I made a new password but TiVi mate still wont let me sign in. I paid for premium 5 devices, I tried to activate a 3rd device. help me!!

Get OTT NAVIGATOR for a better and smoother experience. Hell, u dont even need to pay to get a functional app.

It's a great app. But the 40% Jump in price and no lifetime option means I won't be using it anymore. I am very opposed to subscriptions and only signed up for this one because the $6.49 / year was acceptable. But I am not willing to jump to $9.49 / year. If they add a lifetime option or lower the yearly subscription I will change my review but as it is I guess it is goodbye. Also I saw someone post that they could not jump back to a previous channel or view channel history. If you click on the "OK" or "Select" button (Depending on remote or device) The menu will come up on the bottom including a number of recently view channels. C

Absolutely the best IPTV playlist management app out there. Now that it's added the ability to edit channel names, that means many more hours of intense tweaking. With all of it's possibilities and time that can be spent tweaking it, it absolutely needs a parameters/database backup option. If I ever lose or have to recreate all of my tweaks, I won't. No, I'm not rooting to do this. It really should be in the app. Then, 6 stars! 👍

The developer has an eye for detail and knows how to write a simple but powerful user interface. Easy to use and works great. Channels load up faster than others I've used, no issues with my antenna channels mixed with IPTV, well worth the $5/yr sub price. I'd love to see a DVR feature added in the future (with the ability to save shows across the network to a NAS or PC etc), and it would also be nice to be able to scroll horizontally to see shows coming up further down the timeline (especially if a DVR gets added). This app deserves 5 stars even AS IT IS, and I am excited for the future updates.

This app closes as soon as I open it on the Firestick. It works flawlessly on my Nvidia Shield, but for some reason it's not working for my Firestick. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times but to no avail. Maybe it's the new version since this app updated itself, the previous version was fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Easily the best option out there for IPTV player solutions. Such a slick interface and constant improvements, ideally I would probably score this a 4 due to no real VOD interface, but that just wouldn't be fair as everything else is just head and shoulders above anything else and the recent Search (Voice included) function alleviates some of those issues.

Update 6 June 2021: While watching TV, all of a sudden I lost ALL groups, favorites and everything!!! What is going on? I've never had a problem with this app until tonight...very disappointing. Update: The app is amazing but for some reason now you can not back out of the app at all. The only way is to hit the button on the remote to go directly to the home screen. There should be a better way to close the app. So far this IPTV app is amazing! I have been trying to purchase the premium version for 24 hours but keep receiving an error and the only support received addresses payment errors. This is not the case! So far, this is the only app that I can not purchase and I really want the premium features. They should have an alternate method of purchase....like on a website where you can log into your account!!!! Please fix (Error retrieving information from server DJ-DFERH-01) UPDATE: So apparently if you own an Nvidia Shield this is a common problem. During my research I found out about the TiviMate Companion app so I gave that a try and HOLY SMOKE.....IT WORKS!!! Upgrading review to 4 stars only because the purchase function doesn't work inside the app as intended.

Simply the best iptv player app out there, super slick and the developer has really built it intuitively thinking about the end user in mind. Everything in the app just works like a charm. Future updates can be to allow themes and skins to be added, as the black / grey background can get a bit boring after a few months of use.
