You should charge one time purchase fee rather than per seat fee in the app, it's too much. Evenmore, there is no reward to claim for LoyalTIX I accumulated. The UI and UX is very pleasant tho.
The apps feel lights and fluid, however the extra "convenience fee" doesn't make sense at all. Way too expensive the more seats you want to order. Very few promotions and the loyalty feature that still WIP. Hope there are no ads that cover the entire screen for the next update. Couldn't recommend to everyone for now.
The tix point are useless. I have 31k points and I can't do anything, then now it is going to expire for nothing. The apps itself is useful though, but useful is not enough.
Easy to use but.. when I was going to binding the payment with dana, the apps doesn't load/pop-up though my internet connection is stable. Please fix this, then I'll give 5 stars.
I would give minus stars if possible. To earn loyalty points you must make a purchase within 7 days from the last purchase. The 7-day calculation must be PRECISE to the hour. If you bought 2 movie tickets last Saturday at 10.00, you will not earn loyalty points for this Saturday's purchase made before 10.00 because it is NOT EXACT 7 days yet . The customer care staff suggested to check the hour in purchase notification e-mails. This solution is so NOT customer-centric!

I'd rather buy tickets offline than paying fee PER TICKETS. that fee PER TICKETS is outrageous and stupid if you buy a lot of tickets. Why won't you charge the fee's per transaction ? Isn't this app is to facilitate the transaction ? You already got an ad on the first we open the app and you also charging fees per tickets ? Damn this company is even more greedier than before
1 bad day is all it takes. So far one of the best ticketing app there is. Unfortunately, the sole purpose of apps like this are to provide efficient purchases and convenience. It only takes 1 nonconsensual refund, due to whatever maintenance is going on, to absolutely degrade user experience. Please keep an eye towards bugs that involve purchases more. After all, it is the reason customers use the app to begin with.

Can't use complicated password with this app. Can only pay with DANA, and they also charge you with convenience fee PER TICKET, not PER TRANSACTION. Next time I'll just walk through the cashier and queue like a normal person.
I purchased 4 pre sale tickets of spiderman no way home for 15 december and succeded. But earlier today you refunded my purchase by saying system error. It is so dissapointing because my kids really looked forward to watch the movie. If you dont fix this, I am without a doubt will uninstall this app soon.

Disappointed. 1. They refound my ticket a day before the movie premiere. They say that it's due to "tix system problem". please if you don't have the technology to open pre sale, then just don't open a pre-sale. Refound isn't enough to cover this you know. 2. The worst part is there is no notification at all when they refound my ticket. Imagine if I and my 3 other friend go to cinema, and then we found out our ticket isn't valid anymore. Wth, man I will be really embarrassed if that happened
Everytime I try to buy movie tickets through this app, it's always a bad experience, again and again. At first, there's a notif that we successfuly purchased the ticket. We just need to wait for the ticket's issued (or booking code). But it took soooooo loooong, took several hours actually. After so long, suddenly they refunded your payment. The ticket I wanted was already sold. Really DISSAPOINTING. Please work on your system, including the schedule, cinema, payment process, etc before you make any other promos. Oh, and it's customer service unreachable. Too bad

The ticket suddenly got refunded, already buy the advance ticket for spiderman and suddenly this happen. Checked on other app and all the seats already taken somehow, dissapointed with the app especially because we already updated it.
It took a long time just to connect to Dana, even my connection is stable. I tried many times but I can't connect to Dana.
Bad first time experience. I just installed and expect that it could go as smooth as other online applications but after I transferred to the account and about to book my tickets, the app just incredibly useless. Like I have to restart my phone because of the app's slow response and when i managed to choose my seats, the app could process my transaction for several minutes, which rip off my time. And after I managed to pay the transaction, where is the ticket? I checked on the upcoming shows and all transactions, as well my e-mail, text messages (latest message is successful payment). Now where am I supposed to see my e-ticket?

An application that will make you completely disappointed! How come. There are no notifications when your ticket fails to buy. So imagine, when you arrived at the cinema and were very disappointed to see that your ticket suddenly was canceled. Refunds alone are not enough to replace the costs of going to the movies, paying for parking, and even buying popcorn. So again, don't install this!

More expensive tickets, failed transactions, and terrible customer service. thats all you can expect from this app. Bought a ticket and received notification transaction was successful. 20 minutes later and 10 minutes before the movie starts suddenly received notification that transaction was unsuccessful and immediately cancelled. App promised convenience, but instead I had to miss my movie. safe to say im never reinstalling this useless junk.
There's so much bug when the app is load something and then the app will be forced close back to home. I think there's some update, but here i am found nothing. I hope the developer can fix that immediately
I never do the transaction in this app because i think there are many bugs that will get me the worst experience like crashing or force closed. But guess what this app has gone from the worst to useless. Everytime I access in any page it wont load even i just want to check the available seat in my local theatre. Well guess I just try directly go to the theatre.
