Terrible app. It makes you press check in and then once you open the app, it crashes and logs you out. Then you have to log back in in order to check in. I've always had issues with this app. Get rid of the check in feature

It's difficult to navigate. Also it won't let you modify items a lot of the time. It doesn't have the taco burger even as an option... just not worthwhile

The food is awesome but the new reward system is kinda ridiculous the 200-500 points is cool more options then the free combo but to spend $200 to get a free 6 pack and a pound is ridiculous and for points to expire after 6 month makes it hard to earn for the people who want it.

Once again another company has completely nerfed their rewards program. Before this latest change, you spent $45 and got an entire free combo. Now you have to spend $50 just to get a single burrito. Doing the math that means they cut your return on dollars spent back by roughly 50% Its simply not worth the trouble of even using the app for the paltry "rewards" they are now offering.

From one of the best fast food rewards programs to one of the worst. All in a single update. Just waiting for Domino's to hurry up and ruin their's so i can be rid of these apps from my phone.

Doesn't stay logged in, more difficult to use than old app, have to keep reloading an signing in due to screen locking up...just a few of the issues.

The app does function. The problem is why use the app at all? You can order food from it. But there are no coupons. Only benefit is buy 8 meals get one free, but Stores don't have a scanner to register your app and the receipt scanner doesn't work. I have to wait in line either way and get no coupons, no reason to waste space on my phone for a pointless app.

This app is trash. Have to click on everything multiple times to get it to work. Everytime I have used it the order is wrong, and you cant see selection changes on the end order. So if you order something with no onions, it doesnt show and the store doesnt see the changes. Then, the staff will argue with you about the mess up....app uninstalled...

Was good app before the update. Now can no longer redeem my purchases for points cuz the store I go to doesn't do QR codes or barcodes. Used to be able to take a pic of the receipt, but can't even do that now. Bring back the old app!

Downloaded the app for the free burrito. Did not get awarded a free burrito. I also had to restart my app several times just to get it to work and actually be able to order food. You can't use the second tab option because it never loads the menu. Ordering food is mostly the only reason people download fast food apps and it's difficult to even get the menu up on the app for your store to even start picking food out for an order.

I had 7 punches. 1 away from a free combo meal. They update the app and I lose everything. Instead they give me 200 points which gets you nothing near a combo meal. Unreal

I spent over $40 over the last few months to be able to scan the receipt for a FREE COMBO MEAL and i got ONE CRISPY TACO instead. I'm now furious because I wanted to get my promised FREE COMBO MEAL that was advertised but i got one little taco instead.

New rewards system makes having and using rewards effectively useless. Extreme step back from the punch cards rewards system.

I love Taco John's and I'm happy they have a reward system. The app works great easy to scan barcodes and now I can earn points for all the Taco John's I eat anyway

Literally no way to submit a card for a new signup on s20 android via the app. Let's you input data but no submit button, only option is to go back.

New loyalty program "expired" all my previously earned rewards with no notification :( I feel less likely to visit Taco John's because of this new rewards system

Went to order from the app, came up to 36and some change plus tax so went to check out when it got to where you confirm payment for in store pickup might I add, my order total came out to be $59 and some change with no explanation. Absolutely not, I will be deleting this and not using it and taking my money elsewhere!

The App will not load in Taco John's. At home, I can login, but there is no menu or button to scan the bar code. I checked the receipt and the senior discount reduced the amount to less than $5. I only need one more punch, but this is a waste of time.

It takes up to five minutes to launch usually just to say my phone's not secure enough for this. Something about roots. I appreciate these devs wanting to protect my coupon for a free medium combo meal, but I'd like to use it without making ten cars line up behind me.

Junk! Lost all my previous awards with no warning so I could have used them before they suddenly expired.

When I select order it says I need to restart the app for it to work. I reset the app and it does the same thing. And forget using rewards. The store scans the app and they say nothing is showing up.

App is okay, system seems to he down a lot causing issues with order pick up. My only other real complaint is that I can never fully customize my order because jalapeños aren't listed as an item to add.

Really wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Food is great, usually correct. The app is only good (especially) after latest update for pictures. App is absolute trash. Unfortunately, just use the window. Spare yourself the almost hour I just spent trying to place an order.

The app works well enough for mobile orders. But I finally got enough orders the other day to get my free combo meal reward. How disappointed I was that I couldn't redeem the reward in the app as a mobile order. It gives you a bar code that you have to scan AT the store. How stupid.

The update took away all my free small combos. Didn't even transfer them to points. LAME

I go through the drive through, so scanning the receipt in range of a taco johns is annoying cuz I have to pull over and scan so im not holding up the line. And half the time even when I'm sitting in front of the store it says "Not in range of taco johns". Iv lost out on over 10 at least because it won't accept it or I don't wanna pull over to scan. I should be able to scan it when I get home and get the receipt out with my food.

Lost 13 small combos that I had earned on the old app. Not amused.
