Stopped Working!! Initially I was able to log in and view the visa application but all the stages were red and not updating. Then 5 months later the app suddenly stopped letting me get in and says "Sorry, we could not find an application with this data. Please checn your spelling and try again" haven't been able to get in for over a month now, useless.

It logs in if you type in the information but when you just paste it shows wrong information. I think it was programmed to calculate the time a person uses to type in one by one character. I can log in no problem now.

Absolutely useless app. Does mot work at all and only serves to cause more stress in an already stressful time. TOTALLY USELESS!!!! Clearly neither tsl or the app developers actually care as nothing has been done to fix the app or alternatively to remove the link from the tsl email one receives.

Absolutely useless. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. No record of my application and it is impossible to contact TLS. Even when I try to phone the number given in the UK it cuts off before I can speak to a human being. This is a really bad reflection on the UK government.

Bad experience. It doesn't seem like this app is in to help consumers. Multiple times have I checked my Visa application status only to be informed that it cannot be traced. Meanwhile yesterday it responded well by showing me movements on my application. The developer and owners of the app should sit up to make it a reliable app at that. TLS is a valuable service provider. They can't let us down

Doesnt work anymore it just keeps loading and loading. I cant actually see the status of the application even after hours of letting it load. Very annoying.

like many others who made a review here. this app isnt helpful in any way. maybe if it works ? maybe. but it is either that it cant connect or it shows that my visa applicaiton doesnt exists . stressful times ...peopel would really pay for an app that is legit and provides some sheds of light. please make it work better

The app fails to load an update once I've provided my details. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, but it hasn't resolved the issue.

This is the most useless App i've ever encounter to use. First of all: It is showing an error saying it can't find my application, when I can definitely see my application via TLS Website so it's just a waste of time. If you guys making an app - make sure it works and its user friendly.

More than 15 working days have passed, but still no update on my UK visa application. Additionally, the app doesn't store your application details in cache. You have to enter it each time. It's so stupid. Unbelievable that a company like this, which is dealing with people's legal documents, can have such a terrible app.

Downloaded this as per email, but then it does not support my country where i have applied form. It only has 16 countries, most of them are in europe (including the UK?). So a waste of time for most.

This App doesn't work! It's a waste of time and MB. Have been trying it for days still nothing. Soo frustrating. Plz work on it or better still pull the App down, no need putting up an App that doesn't work. Gave 1 star because no zero star.

Absolutely useless. Doesn't show any progress on my application, although i have submitted the documents and received an email that my application has been transferred to the decision making centre. What is the point of this app? Why developers are not even checking thr complaints here?

Its so efficient, works perfectly well. All you have to do is type in your words with capital letters, and select answers from a drop box if available.
