App suck very bad. Tried to go off duty and it left me on drive for a week straight. Sad because, officials will swear nothing is wrong with the system and blame the driver. Thank GOD for his protection. Sometimes y'all should leave things as is, instead of trying to control everything. By the way I have no choice but to give one star because leaving them blank is not an option. App suck very very much.
The worst eld i've ever used. Disconnecting all the time wile i am driving. Changing status often wile is connected. This app can easily put you Out of Service if you get DOT inspection. Even 1 star is too much
The worst eld service, the app and device ever!!! If developers like stupid idiots keep doing what they do - absolutely all carriers most likely sooner will quit using it and contacting them at all! Hey developers - make changes in personal conveyance default state - first of all! Do not do so many updates! If you do not know what and how to do - do not do anything, just stop it, then loose all subscriptions, all money(even potential), and start doing something else, plzzzz! Thanks.
Id use a different ELD. It constantly disconnects, turn off the truck and walk to the truck stop, take the dog for a walk, anything and the app will start making you drive. A driver cannot log or edit drive time, so this means while your dispatch is sleeping at 1 am, 9 hours into your 10, you gotta wait till they wake up to edit your log.
App is slow, requires to put 4 symbols (instead of PTI I have to write PTI. (with a dot)) kinda stupid. Wish it would show all gauges like Keep Trucking does, so you can tell how much shift vs drive you have left without pulling over. And last but not least, 5mph max before it kicks in is just ridiculous. 15-20 mph is very reasonable compare to 5mph. I cant even pull forward from a pump before this thing kicks into drive. The background color is unproper.The red on black doesnt match and is hard to figure out where exactly start a move...Fix this issue,allow background collor options.
It doesn't work properly. Driving mode can start running any time, even if you are sleeping.
SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD ALWAYS CRASHING, EVERY MORNING A NEW UPDATE, WORSE ELD APP ON THE MARKET, ITS VERY HARD TO CHANGE A MISTAKE FROM ON DUTY TO OFF DUTY OR VICE VERSA. IF YOU DRIVE ACTUALLY 5MPH IT AUTOMATICALLY PUTS YOU ON DRIVING. IT FREAKING SUCKS ELEPHANT BALLS
In the middle of your 10, this app goes to drive and mess up your clock. This is happening to me almost every night
When I go off duty or sleeper it automatically logs me onto the drive line so I get to wake up in violation. Literally the worst app I have ever used
The worst of worst app and disconnects always I dunno how can drive while I am sleeping changes status to driving it sucks they need to improve the quality
Everything takes time to learn. I wish it came with instructions TO THE DRIVERS. That would have saved me a DOT fine. Merry Christmas.

Company just started this eld, its so bad I offered to pay for my own eld... And as for all the so say 4 and 5 stars...probably company stooges...definitely not drivers who are using the app...
Every day, couple of times a day it is disconnecting. A lot of time wasted.
Terrible the App is constantly has no signal. then U have no working Tablet.
Does everything right, but I don't like the 5 mph when it starts the. Driving!!!!!!
Too complicated, it quits unexpected and doesn't work on the background...

When you driving OFF duty status after spotting it quickly does to on duty driving ' It sucks very bad trash 'x
If no Wi-Fi connection it will not go in drive mode

App constantly changes status to driving when another status is selected. Choosing personal convayence used to prevent it but no longer with the last few updates. My favorite thing about this app is turning my truck off and seeing how fast it registers me as driving. Top speed so far is 96 mph. Impressive for a truck governed at 72 mph. Keep looking if you want an eld that won't get you into trouble with the DOT.
