TM: Promos, Rewards and More!

i knew it was a bad decision to use this app. i registered to a promo through this app and i didn't receive the freebie that's supposed to be included on my subscription. i should have registered throught text. what a waste of load, especially when you can't go out to top up due to bad weather conditions. this is when i need my load the most! it's frustrating! and also, to be fair, i tried reaching out to their support first, but i had no response at all!

The app is okay. Could be better. These are some of the items I recommend the developers to check: 1. Frequently prompts I am not connected to internet although I already am. 2. Improvement: Make some images and texts a little smaller to allow users access to several features in one display 3. Improvement: Allow users to view a history of load conversion transactions. I think those are my thoughts for now.

Hard to operate. You have to log in every time you open the app. I wish it's easy like globe one app and don't have to log in every time especially using external link, that's tedious. We use app to make it easy than dialing to see data status. Please update it to run smoothly. Design is good enough and user friendly, it's the function needs more work to run smoothly. It's scary my phone has high refresh rate still hard using this app, but to other app it's running super smooth

There is a problem when you scroll upwards. It refreshes instead of going up. Hope this bug will be fixed. And please have a promo exclusive for students (ex. Zoom, Facebook, Google Classroom, Gmail, with big data inclusion for researching purposes). All in all, this is a great app so I would rate this 4 stars. Thank you!

I just installed the app so I can give my review about this network. I used to love TM since 2010 (?), it has a lot of good promos and rewards unlike the other network. But the problem is the connection! it got slower and slower every system upgrade, a wifi from afar is more even fast than its data connection. BRING BACK THE OLD TM where the connection is not that bad. mawawala pag ka loyal ko sayo sige ka

This is not a perfect app but still useful nonetheless. Its a lot easier to check my load balanced and data and there are really good promos that only available in these app. There is no deduction in my load balance while using this, so dont believe all the negative reviews here, you just have to activate your SURFALERT to protect you load balance when you are not registered to any surf promos.

I am unable to log in to the app since I have not yet received the OTP even after multiple attempts. Restarting my phone, clearing the app's cache and data, and re-installing the app didn't solve the issue. This app is a complete waste of time and storage space. DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO USE THIS APP!

Customer service sucks. Will only let you fill out a request form and let you wait 24 hours but nothing happens. Also, you can't use it if you have no internet data. Which is too ironic when you have to use their app to register to a promo🥴 Yet when you register thru *143# and use this app to check your data, it won't show your balance. Really sucks!

This is garbage. I recommend that you avoid installing trash. I just installed the app, input my email and preferred password. When I tried to log in, in won't let me. I've tried several times but in the end it gave me a message that I tried to log in several times with the wrong password.

It would really mean a lot if your double data would also be exclusive in *143#. Considering that students need to install lots of application for online classes (eg. Google meet, google classroom, zoom) it would be nice if your promo would also be accessible to *143# so we need not to install this app anymore. I mean, it's just an inconvenience.

Twas a good app to keep track of your data and load balance and for the expiry of the promos you availed. However this new update, whenever i scroll down, it refreshes. You need to scroll up a bit before you can scroll down.

When you try to login it redirects you to a website to login but doesn't let you log in. It just reroutes you over and over. Useless app and when you use your reward your regular load gets taken. It's time that this network gets replaced. So many set backs that they couldn't fix. So many agents who does not know what they're doing. It's sad that the Philippines has to endure such a rubbish.

This is terible, please improve the UI. Many features are not working, not user friendly, and every click you made there is much loadings. This app doesn't deserve a two stars but I hope you can do an update that may improve the experience of the user.

You fool us around and you waste our time! When it just I'm only trying to know the remaining data usage of my subscription were I coudn't find it in this app. I used to inquire using 8080 but they replied with the link set in this app, it sucks! Not helping, I thought you said this is new way of serving better customer service..

I cannot sign in using my mobile number as it keeps on saying "please check my internet". However, when I tried to remove the 0 as the first digit of my mobile number, surprisingly, the app was able to detect that I entered an invalid number. Frustrating and poor performing. Better yet to register to promos the traditional way.

I forced to give 1 star but this app deserve no star.it is a very worst app.i try to open it and no response.i think it is cause by the worst very slow enternet conection of TM or a app have a problem.but my phone have no any problem i am sure.i try to clean my phone and deleting all pictures and vedeo for a worst useless app.so i delete it after 2 days.it is so old compare to a new high speed telecoms now.this app or even a telecom so slow.the cost of load is diferent to the speed of network.🤬

I would not recommend this thing. They sent me an email for the confirmation and yet, once click the link, it says it's no longer working. An endless loop. Wasting time! Please changed your platform. Tsk.

I can't seem to find the "Convert Data" in the app. They say it's in the dashboard, but it's no where to be found in my end. Pls. help. I'm done chatting with TM but they gave me the same answer as what I have already searched in Google. I would like to suggest to put screenshots in every instructions given. Thank you.

TM always texts with the link on the app, it's ok when you download the case is you can't login because there is always an error even if you have an internet. I'm disappointed and I don't recommended it.

this is trash. its my first time creating an account using facebook but it requires for me to enter a password but since i dont know the password for this NEWLY CREATED ACCOUNT i opted for change pass. the change pass was WORSE because no matter what password pattern i make it does NOT let you create a password and always says the same thing to create a stronger password when i already did my best making a unique pattern. i just wasted 30 mins for nothing!!

After the registration and verification of my account through email, I can't login. Everytime I try it always say "Access forbidden". Thank you, I hope you can fix the problem.

I really like this app because of the FunAral and FunKwentuhan promo because for just 10 pesos makakapag google meet at zoom kana. That promo was really very useful because I used it in the online class before but recently I searched for it again but I didn't see that promo anymore we still had an interview at school so I was really dissapointed. Please return that promo, the students really need it, especially like me who's just using mobile data. Thank you!

Useless app. I was using this app before and I was really satisfied with it. But when you had it updated and was told to register again with a new password which I followed to but nothing happens. It was just doing fine until you had it updated. What a waste of time for me as I had tried several times trying to register again. I wonder why.

If there's an option like NO STAR! Then that's my rate for this app! its sucks! I tried to convert my remaining data into points but Im having a hard time, its not user friendly! Also, their customer service/chat support are useless! They never help me, when I seek help! Poor service!

The app is Nice but still not satisfied. Pls include what app included in funAliw/kwentuhan I don't watched YouTube because I don't know if you're going to deduct it on my main data or funAliw. Like I checked my data usage status and still have 1gb on Free wife I don't even know what was that for. Try to check gigalife app on smart it's simple and easy to use.

Completely wasted my time. I couldn't even entered the app, I try all of the option to sign in but after I did so, It will redirect to the app but I can't still to enter. What a waste. Trash.

I have 30 regular load. I didn't use it coz I want to consume my other network load first. I don't turn on my data connection inTM sim. BUT you keep deducting my remaining reg load. It says, "kakagamit ko lng ng load ko at 24 nlng daw naiwan." HOW COME ??! I don't even use it. Pls.explain whyyyy..

the app respond so slow. It keeps saying my internet is loss when actually it's not. It doesn't show the same thing that the provider text on my number such us converting unused data to points.

I can't even log in on this thing. On google, facebook, I also created one new account but then I can't sign in. What a waste of storage memory and time. I don't recommend this app until it's fixed.

The app was kinda okay. If you have problem creating your password, there's a suggestion for your keyboard to have though. And I use yahoo account instead of gmail. I liked the app, the connection only the problem maybe because its too hard to find signals on my place, but the rest it was good. Problema nga lang, nagloloading sya parati kapag pumupunta ka sa ganyan sa ganito, like sa profile mo. Nakakairita ng half lang. HAHA. But it was a good app✨ Hope TM, u can improved your signals too.💜
