I've used the app for years and have switched between a few of its programs several times. My only tiny gripe is that the CAP3 program progression changed at some point. It used to work like the spreadsheet and change training maxes mid cycle both for main lifts and accessories. Now it waits until the end of the cycle - and as far as I can tell, just progresses the lifts as you would with a typical 5/3/1 program (5lbs for bench, and 10lbs for lower body). I run a modified BBB mostly, but will switch to CAP3 to help break plateaus - I end up just using a google sheet for that now.
