The app is not user friendly. Unable to see the registered beneficiaries. It is needing the exact beneficiary name as a search criteria to search for the beneficiary which is very difficult for the user. Must improve more. Other banks have improved way more than yours. Please make the app user friendly and invest in the development/maintenance of user friendly apps.

UI is pretty much bad , since you are a private bank but offering worst UI. Functionality of app is pretty much super . But response time by app is very slow. You need to improve in fields like , 1. UI 2. Lag free login 3. Including passbook inside app . We don't need separate one. 4. Then bring Morden payment option UPI. That's all. Consider our suggestion :)

The app is not working since April 14th. First it said access denied. Today (20/04/2020) cannot even login. At a period like this, e-platform is the one we rely on for transactions. On 13th, I did a transaction when the app requested me to change the mpin. I did and successfully completed the transaction. But on April 14th the app denied access saying that the app was used on another device. This is totally frustrating. I use only one device Please rectify the problem soon

Pretty reliable app. Allowing actions like mini statement, account balance except for fund transfer after a single login authentication will be more convenient. Now, for each action I have to enter the pin. The beneficiaries I added in the website are not showing up in the app.

I am having problems using this app, it works fine for nearly a year, now after entering login pin, "connectivity could not be established. Please try again later" error window opens, trying for a week now same error occurs .

As there is no option to give ZERO Star, I give One star to post my comments. It is One of the USELESS Applications I've ever used. Even though the user types/forgets mpin, still there is no option to retrieve the mpin at homepage. Everytime,the application shows "account is blocked/deactivated". It is high time for TMB to frame a User Friendly Application for transactions and for other benefits. Just have a look at Federal Bank's Application. It may give you more ideas regarding app creation.

Can't able to add beneficiary account for transaction. Always it shows invalid IFSC code. Even if we enter correct IFSC code. It shown for other accounts also. Simply waste application useless. UI not attractive too. Worst experience.

Not good experience. in this case forgot or worng PIN use to login it's blocked no reset option. use mobile number get OTP login or reset any time options need. update app user interface, very hard to using not smooth. loading long time and also update on internet banking website.

The app is not good!. Everytime it asks to change the mpin for every single thing. If I want to check my balance it says to change mpin, if I want to do something else it says to change mpin. And then now when I try to login it says my account is blocked/deactivated. I usually never write reviews but this honestly made me so angry

Why do you need contact Access compulsory? What is the necessity? Also asking to read my files, photos. Why? It is asking all privacy data. For mobile banking especially tmb econnect option, there is no need of such data. So developers should make them as optional willingness.

I can't able to login after I changing mobile, In old mobile I can't able to change the mPIN More then that app interface is bad Why still TMB not provide net banking app for mobile... Justify why tmb banking app needs access permission to my phone contacts, photos & phone files, manage phone call & sms permission? when i deny granting such unwanted access permission to this app, its not allowing me to login after recent upgrade. do u want to steal customers personal & sensitive information with this new upgrade? worst banking app i have used so far. remove those mandatory permission access rights & release an upgrade else i need to rethink of continuing as tmb customer

Very nice app. Compare to other bank app, it is perfect. But If we transfer money, through IMPS method, we want account holders name to verify the account. That is big draw back
