TMBAPP (Metro Bus Barcelona)

I don't know why or how but this app keeps randomly opening itself on its own. I'll be doing something in another app and suddenly my screen goes red and it opens. I didn't even think that was possible

Not working yet. They made me pay a 1€ fee for a e-wallet that just does not work: when I try to open it the program crashes!

The most annoying app ever, keeps popping up every 5 minutes for no reason and does not care that you are using the phone for something else

Really difficult to purchase anything successfully. Freezes up and won't let me continue. App is slow to load, especially the t-mobiltat portion. After trying 6 times to buy my ticket, I eventually had to just buy it at the station.

I just wanted to buy a ticket, but the app requests information about my whole life, including uploading my document, wth.

The app works perfectly good for me. Would prefer to have the option to save my physical card rather than have to scan it each time but still, happy with the app and the service

The last update has made it much worse. * A reminder to wear a mask everytime I open the app. Really?! Absolute disrespect to the user. * "Where am I" has disappered from the route planner. I had to switch back to the simple home screen to be able to reach it when I need. * It's now impossible to click on a bus from a busstop view and see the route. It's the worst. And it's losing my session almost everyday.

As a new, foreign, user, it needs to be bigger that the bus ticket is only valid for 24 hours. I wasted two tickets.

You would be better off using Citimapper or Google maps.

When buying tickets, the app requests you confirm the payment in your bank app. Every time you return to the TMB app after confirming, it says there was an error and returns you to the previous page showing no tickets after having already charged your account. Terrible app, crazy how this is what they've come up with for Barcelona transport...

The app recommended the bus A1 from airport to city centre then I bought a travel card on the app. However when I arrived at the bus stop I was told that A1 is not included in the travel card and it did not show me the underground in my options. All in all instead of helping me plan just wasted time and money. If I got A1 return journey would have been cheaper and faster. I have to give two stars for the app at least for showing the correct times.

Used this app on the bus once I realised I left my ticket at home. I thought might as well get a new T-Casual. After buying it, it turns out you have trip go to a station to pick up the physical ticket, what's the point in that??? Eventually allowed me to buy a single electronic ticket (no transfers allowed) for twice the price of a normal ticket. In an NFC world, this is a total sham.

Broken, type in a local train station and it gives options in different parts of the country. Struggles to recognise that you are at a station. Input two stations next to each other on same line. App advises you to walk from metro station to a bus stop instead of train arriving in 3 minutes. Other much better apps out there. Edit for response from app developer 2onths later. What do you mean you have no notice of any problems? do you not read the Google reviews for your rubbish app!?

Bought T-usual (unlimited travel for 30 days) only worked for 10 days, after that I get error screen. Tried clearing cache, storage, and uninstalling. Didn't work. Now I have to bother the offices at every metro stop.

App looks ok but misses basic functionality, i hope you continue improving. E.g. when looking for a combined route it does not show intermediate time (transfer), you cant click on the line for extra details. The night buses schedules are not shown...

Primitive app. Journey planner shows you the trip but no button to buy a ticket for that trip. The buy tickets menu shows a lot of options but you have no clue which one matches your journey. Somehow there seems to be no logic or usability behind the programming of the app.

I received T mobilitat confirmation and paid 1 Euro wallet, but I tried at least two hours of setting it up, and it kept telling me the e wallet didn't fit and unauthorized loginin over and over again

Great official app for the public transport in Barcelona. Good way to buy tickets for transport in advance. Only sometimes is not showing the options how to get to favourite destinations while few weeks ago was working perfectly.

Pointless and misleading. You still have to pickup your ticket at the vending machine if you buy one through the app. This makes it totally useless.

Payment using the App is not very practical. Only single tickets are enabled. Update 23/08/21: Unfortunately I had to use the app again, the process is still the same, app has not improved. Terrible experience.

I downloaded the app because I thought there was a way to buy a ticket in the app and use some kind of QR Code or whatever to use the bus, in order to avoid having to go to a metro station buying a physical ticket. But when you buy a ticket in the app, you have to go to a metro station and pick up a physical ticket. If that's the case, why would I want to make the purchase through the app? I can't see any advantage in doing that.

Downloaded this app while being in Tibidabo and bought 3 T-Casual tickets using this app. They offered me a code which I needed to print the tickets in the ticket machines (so far ok).After paying for one single-journey ticket and going to the Funicular (bus driver didn't recognize the app) the officer didn't know how to print the tickets in the machine and told me to go to Provenca??Paid 2nd ticket and still no-one could help me with the code. In the end spent more money and asked for refund.

What's the point of buying a ticket in the app if you then still need to collect a physical ticket at the vending machines?! Seems pointless and outdated. When will you finally join the rest of the world and introduce rechargeable cards or NFC tickets?
