the app is very unstable! worst experiences ever. Can not log in and tried to fix it for the past week and when you can it doesn't work properly. i have to reset the pin every time. once resetted it something will go wrong and you can't use it anymore. call center ask to reload the app and then same thing happened yet again like a vicious cycle. UOB should test it before even launch the app. i am not going to use it anymore. what a waste of time.
The concept of this saving app is good. However, the app itself is so unstable. ever since i opened this account, i could only log in successfully less than 10 times. must of the time it keeps showing an error. We are unable to process your request at the moment. Try again later. I can't stand it anymore and will close the account soon.
Trying to be a digital banking for millennials but can't get their app to work properly. What a shame! I uploaded the income document but it keeps telling me to reupload it and when I checked with the call centre, the document has been uploaded! Basic UX: tell people that something has been done! Don't keep asking!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!! There was too much scratches on credit card that I must ordered a replacement. The bank permits only savings through app with miniscule daily limit at 3,000 THB. Since last week, the app crashes badly that I have to use UOB personal banking to move my money out. I tried uninstalling app, restarting phone several times but nothing works. The call center couldn't help much. Once the last credit card transaction posted, I will pay and quit this damn app once and for all!
Font too small. Less features compare to other bank.

In my opinion, this app does not always ran out of service like other brand. Appearance (Color) a attract to use Function in app is easy to use and understand . There are always notification, I think it good for me.
I can't login to the app. It said I needed an update but when I proceeded it shows on Google app that I've already done that so now I can't access my money. This is very serious.I need to use the money urgently. A mistake like this on a financial app is unacceptable. I'm seriously considering moving the other apps.
This is in general a stable and visually appealing app. One big area for improvement is adding the ability to see the merchant codes of past transactions so that you can see which cashback category was applied. Moreover, there's no visibility of how your monthly cashback was calculated. It seems to me that TMRW deliberately wants to hide this information so that we customers cannot optimize our cashbacks.
Easy digital banking with clean, simple UI. Navigation unstable and sometimes takes forever to load. Auto-login on devices with biometric face ID not supported.
The game idea is good and graphics are so cute but game is too easy to play and there are crazy amount of ads that are so disturbing. I personally deleted your game only because of the in game ads.
Very slow on loading. Not easy to use. notification is removed by 14 days. referral program is very complicated user didn't know how / when to input referral code. Worse experience using banking application ever.
Beautiful app, easy to use, easy to save, it's something I was looking for past 5-6 years. With 1.6% interest this is great app. Keep it up 😊👍. The gamification of building city in app is brilliant.
Your app is unable to use and told that my phone has an unusual app installed causing it cannot be used and ask to contact the device's service centre for check but you didn't suggest what kind of apps that caused the isssue on my phone. I've never seen other Banks' app got the problem like yours.
After registered, I've tried to loging in but it show I filled wrong username or password and show error SPL-ONB-1111. No guidance for error code , bad UX. thumb DOWN!!!
The credit card is hard to apply in app. Customer service in caht can't solve the problem and usually tell me to call.
Still can not use this application since the lasted updated. Hope there is developer fixing this issue, even during the pandemic. FYI, i did sent an complaint email to developer, but there isn't any respond.
Functions are limited, often errors, and not user friendly. The transactions are late updated.

This application is very good for me because call center is very response but if improve for personal promotion as possible such as personal discount or special promotion ,not same for very person cause it lead to leader for tomorrow
After all the fuss managed to install few taps later I found this Nationality You must be Thai. If you are born in the US or have a US residency status, we cannot accept your application.. Why bother trying to translate anyways? Kind of racist though
Can't bother to mention ANYWHERE in its massive advertising spam that it is for Thai nationals only? Why even bother giving an English language option?
No transactional time stamp for a financial app!! It cannot tell you what time your money is IN or OUT. You have to reach out to call centre who cannot answer you the timing but to only promise you somone will call you back with a day. Cannot believe this simple thing is missed out from a financial app.
laggy, lack of setting, long waiting line for chat with live agent, graphic is low resolution and not smooth.

1. City of TMRW is boring, no more exciting now. 2. I want to see larger font. TMRW word is a lot bigger than account no., amount, beneficiary, etc. 3. I dont want to see my spending. What are options? 4. I want to cancel credit card online. Call center is always busy and takes time.
