Just refinanced with better mortgage and it was so clean and all online. The user interface was so modern. They passed me to the money source to make payments and the same thing. I love the clean and fresh look. And they have an app! My old loan provider was a little old feeling. Like walking into a library filled with mahogany.
App will not allow you to get passed the two part verification. After you receive the text code and try to enter it nothing happens. If you hit ok a second time it says invalid code. This has been happening for three weeks. Calling customer service does nothing they say to use the website. They say they are putting in a ticket but never get a call back nor any update. App is useless at this moment.
Don't try to pay bi-weekly!!!! I don't have any issues with the app. However I wasn't aware that you couldn't do bi-weekly payments so when I did they applied it as extra on the principle. I called customer service and they kind of fixed it. They put it in what's called suspension. It shows that on my account but you don't have an option to just pay the other half. The app still asks for full payment. So I guess I'll have to call to pay the other half. Won't do that again. Very inconvenient.
Garbage app with useless error messages. After multiple attempts at contacting support I've only received form answers or non-answers. After they asked me to send my PII and bank account info via email I realized they're clearly not even trying to do a good job. This is the exact opposite of a Better experience. You'd think they'd make it at least POSSIBLE to give them my money, but no.
Very basic. No amortization tables, calculators available. Seems like a bad beta version. The color scheme is nasty too. I dont like it, but then I dont get to pick my loan servicer... poor quality due to lack of competition for customers.
The app asks for authentication every time you open it. It also doesn't allow pasting authentication codes so you have to write it down on a piece of paper - come on - most financial apps let you remember devices. Or at the very least let me paste passwords or codes.
The app is fine, if a bit basic. The problem is with the service itself. As others have noted, TMS has a policy of forbidding recurring payments if they "might" sell your loan to another lender. However, they do not communicate at all how likely this is to happen or how long it might take. I'm stuck now with having to manually submit payments every month and I have no idea how long I'll be doing this. I wish TMS would just sell my loan to a more reliable lender so I can be done with them.
Won't answer my emails/messages through the app. Can't setup recurring payments in the app or website. So far seem like a bunch of work was done on esthetics but basically none on functionally/service.
This is a really terrible app, not user-friendly in any way. I would say navigating your way around this app is impossible, but there is no navigating because there is nothing on the app to find. Basically you can make a payment that's about it. This app will alert you to something going on with your mortgage but there's no way on the app to find out what they alerted you for.
It's my first time paying using the app. But I noticed it didn't give me a confirmation number like I'd get if I pay using my computer. So I need to wait 2-3 business days to make sure it took.

After realizing that I couldn't paste the code, I entered the code over and over, got a new code by phone, got a new code by email, and kept getting tge same error- "Invalid Code". So much for quality control.
Not able to log in keeps telling me the app is out of date and needs to be updated.... but I have the most current version.... how would you like me to pay my mortgage this month 🤔
This is the worst. You have to click everything multiple times because it says it's impossible or doesn't exist. First time it worked now I'm uninstalling.
I downloaded the app from google play and signed in. App crashes upon signing in, and redirects to google play for latest update, which is not available.
Its good when it works it just keeps crashing when you try to submit payments doesnt even show if it was approved or not not good when your dealing with house payments
Cannot pay bi weekly. Was contacted by customer service and the lady was very helpful. She said that bi weekly payments woukd start next year around April. I will monitor this action and updated you guys, but so far they are decent based on customer service and response time.
Keeps saying my version is outdated and need to go to play store. Does not update and cannot log into my account.
This app is not working from the get go. I am entering everything and even redid my credentials and it still does nothing.
Need to get into the app and keeps telling me to update so went to play store it updated and its still telling me to update very frustrating!!!!!!
Been trying to download this app for days and it just want download the worst and can't get know help from company because I think they want you to be late with your payment so they can get extra money (the worst)
It was good for a while. Now I can't login and no answers to my multiple emails to tech support.
Piece of cr-app! Freezes up, slow to respond and doesn't remember your settings! I miss U. S. Bank.
Payment deleted the day i made the payment. No record of payment or any processing info. Just disapeared.
Seems fine, though some screens are a bit slow to load.
Won't let me past my password into the login screen. Won't be using it until it is user friendly.
Unusable without the ability to cut and paste the password from my password manager.
Colors on the theme used does not make site very users friendly from a readibility point.

Can't get ahold of anyone and when you do, no one can help you with such a simple task. Not to mention it's been more than 2 months of trying to get my refund back to no avail. Absolute terrible serivce and the contact option on the app doesn't go to anyone and makes you call everytime so don't bother with that form of communication, you'll end up talking to a wall.
