The Chow app is very well designed and easy to use. However, the app opens quickly, but the network connection with the boxer gate motor is very slow starting at approx. 15 seconds or longer to connect or failing completely. Making the task of open/close/pedestrian activation a long process. Also the same behaviour over 2.4ghz WiFi or mobile data. In addition, the gate activation notifications stopped working when I upgraded my Google Pixel 4xl to Android 11. It was working on Android 10 prior.
I cannot get the password reset.. anyone knows what might be wrong? It says email sent but I never get any email
Bad experience as the app is not working at all..I cannot connect as the user or password is wrong and when I try to hit forgot my password I have the message sending failed
Very frustrating will jot let me make an account. Can not get any technical support. I will be looking at getting a different product for a different supplier
Great app. Would have been great to control the gates via voice commands without needing a subscription to IFTTT.
all good except 'Ready to work!' notification... more that 10-15 times a day! very annoying! can this be avoided somehow?
Have not been able to register to use the app. I have emailed both the email address that sent me the registration email and another one I found on the website and have not had a response. App is unusable without it. Also the registration email seems to send from a dev address which if referring to a development environment is concerning. Update on developer question - I did but the link says Activation link is invalid!
The app worked initially for my Amos device, then it can't load the device anymore. I've deleted the device and now couldn't add it back to the app again. Very clunky app, I'm very disappointed
Good for control the gate. Can watch ip camera in 1 app. But now after updated few days ago. I open the gate from app its open 100 percent and then close by its self immediately twice time on same day!!! I don't press close button. Please find and fix. Thanks...
Very Disappointed cant even register in app to get started, paid extra money to have WiFi enabled door opener and the app doesn't even work....TMT chow need to pick up there game...Have to give one star cause it wouldn't let me post but you don't deserve it...
What just happen the control swapped, it was working fine yesterday. today the open and close door just swapped. Edit : fixed all work great now
This app does not work, it does not connect to my gate when I add my account information. I need some help with the app.
Mostly good however the app has started to regularly send me push notifications saying the gate is ready to work?? TMT, is this a known issue?
