HELP WITH VIDEOS PLEASE! I have watched/read TMZ for years now, and have even learned to deal with the consistent shutting down and freezing of the app, BUT I cannot stand that no matter what I do I am unable to watch any of the videos. I've gotten new phones, I've tried watching videos on the site versus the app, I've turned off security programs, but I'm still not able to watch any of the videos within the articles. I'm 99% out the door now with it all.

Bad app update. Twice now the app has updated in the last month. Still won't let me open it and now it doesn't even send me notifications anymore. Someone needs to fix this.

Horrible since whatever UPDATE!!!! I will be trying to read 1 article barely touching to scroll and it keeps sliding to other story before it after its beyond SENSITIVE OBNOXIOUS AND THE VIDEOS ARE WORSE IN NOW DELETING THE APP UNFORTUNATELY It was my favorite app

Was a great app until the last update...can't click on images or zoom. Content doesn't load sometimes.

The new update just keeps saying No Content Found. Completely useless. I miss my TMZ. Why hasn't this been fixed yet with all of the complaints posted here?

Love TMZ content. I have had the app for almost 10 years..but the new updates that took effect today are HORRIBLE!

Something is wrong, and has been for days. The app won't work for my phone, even with reinstalling it.

I used to have no problems with the app but for the past 2 weeks it doesn't work. Shows a black screen saying no data found. I uninstalled several and same error. I have to go to the website to look at it. I have an android tablet and phone. It does it on both. Caches and other things have been cleaned. Very frustrated 😠

I keep getting unknown error has occurred since latest update. If it ain't broke then don't try to fix it. I wish they could have left well enough alone .

Update is dumb. Can't click on the main image to zoom in on it. Hopefully it gets fixed

All of a sudden it states no content. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue

Hi TMZ! I love TMZ! The only problem I have found with the app is a glitch that sometimes happens. I'll be reading a story and just out of the blue the app shuts off, and I'm back on my home screen. But I just get back on the app and everything is fine. Other than that I don't have any problems. I'm a happy fan and read the TMZ app every day!

No Content Found: This is message launches whenever I attempt to launch TMZ using my Samsung Tablet. Very disappointed TMZ no longer works on my device.

Everything except the Alerts field says "No Content Found". Reinstalled app same issue, makes the app useless.

For the most part the app is ok. Aside, from it freezing up at times and it reloading the same articles over and over.

I love the app ..Always getting my gossip alerts freshly out of the oven.

to many adds!!!! it looses the story your reading.

After may 11 update app is more useless than usual, crashes instantly good job idiots.

I have had this app for several years and loved it. I did the update a few days ago. Since then, every single time I open the app a notice pops up that says "couldn't find articles" and then the app closes itself. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it, and the exact same thing is still happening. If this bug is fixed, I will give an updated rating. I'm very disappointed, because this has always been my favorite News app. Please fix!!

I love TMZ. The app? When it works, it's fantastic. The issue I always have is when I open up an article to read, there is no article. Headline, picture, links to share it and comment, but absolutely no text. I have given it time to load (5 minutes is more than enough, I would think), I have restarted my phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I recently got a new phone and continue to encounter the issue. If this issue were fixed, I would gladly give a higher rating.

In the last year, especially the last about 6-8 months, the app repeatedly crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, I dont have that many other apps on my phone (not even Facebook) and I run security programs and cleared cache regularly. And this is NOT since covid - this was happening well before. I'm just getting super sick of it now! App crashes after having it open for less than 1 min. Freezes and closes in mid-article. Articles repeat after the top 5 newest, then they repeat again.

Updated 10-2-18 It looks like the problem has, been resolved. Wether it was a glitch, or if the programmers corrected the issue. At least it's running again. was not having any problems, until the last update September 19th 2018, and it looks like we all are now receiving the same message, "could not find articles" then the App shuts down. I also uninstalled the App and reinstalled, only to come up with the same message. Looks like you bift it on this update. I'll wait for ya!

Great app for what it is overall, but it lacks an intuitive interface; it's very minimal; furthermore, it lacks features other than tht it's dope as hell 👌🏼

I have not been able to open the app since the update ........ terrible

This one confuses me. It will freeze forcing me to close and restart the app. Sometimes when I select a story it will just reload the main page. When reading, the scroll will sometime work, sometime not, forcing me to close it again. With how established TMZ is the app should be way more polished then it is. Don't get me wrong it's a great app, it just needs a little love.

Today I was watching the TMZ tv show and there was a topic the hosts made a comment about. Of course they showed a picture with the topic and two names. I forgot one of the names so I went on the TMZ app to find it and I couldn't. I couldn't even find the picture. That's the only problem I have found so far. Most of the time I watch TMZ twice a day on tv on fox5 👍

TMZ is the most reliable source! I trust them more than I do any tv stations. If TMZ didn't report it then it didn't happen as far as I'm concerned!!
