TN Police Citizen Service
The citizen can run the application remotely from anywhere, any time using their Android mobile with a working network connectivity (data / wi-fi connection). The Mobile can be used for registering complaints online and also to know the status of the registered complaints at any point of time by providing required information. The status of the FIR and CSR can also be monitored using this Mobile App which is returned from CCTNS Back end system. Citizen can also find out whether the vehicle is a stolen vehicle or involved in any crime.

1. Need improvement with the file upload. Should allow to attach files that are in the galary. 2. Photo taken using this app exceeds 500kb required by the app. Hence unable to use this feature. 3. Name, phone number, emailid, address should be clearly said whether it is related to victim or other party.
Very poor app. Cannot choose from already captured photos. After registering complaint, it does not show the complaint registration number.. therefore unable to check the status of complaint!
My phone got stolen but just cannot lodge a complaint using this app. Looks like I need to go the police station which defeats the purpose of having an app. Disappointed!
worst app,waste of time,not able to capture photo,no facility for reviewing the status or registered complaint,it seems it's deliberately maintained like this.இருக்கு ஆனால் இல்லை.
The complaint could not be saved which is the greatest disadvantage as the evidences are stored in Google Drive and one has to leave the petition field for attaching it.
Lot of bugs... Even I can't register complain... They created this app for good purpose. But please fix the bugs. In complaining section description have huge bug.
When i try to complain it's say domain unavailable app doesn't work at all. I don't know why there is many apps available for TN police yet nothing is working for citizen.
This app and website. Same problem. Not even loading lots of bud . Created just for name sake. Why you are creating somthing. Where there is no use
I cannot register complaint because of this problem No files attachement options. Taken photo allowed only 500kb but it needs minimam 2mb.
good initiative, but embedding web app is 5 years old tech. take photo not working even if all permissions given. for traffic violation user accounts take photo faster not after filling form
This app is not working . After filling all description in compliant. It saying atleast 6 character should be there. I had more than atleast 100 characyer in the description. Can't register complaint
This application was not much comfortable to use for village based people since we have a certain limitation on live photo upload feature.
App gets updated periodically to makeup for a better user experience, but the attitude of the police they remain negligent.

Try improve the options. Kindly synchronize vehicle numbers with sim as per records. This is okay

Bad experience with police. Waste of time. Police said deal the issue outside station. I dont know why they are enquriy a complaint.
Take photos options is only instantly we can do but some case we cant then register compliance. So allow gallay options to register user friendly end user can access easly
× Worst app ever wirh full of bugs, navigating to any option shows domain error × CTP should soend money wisely by choosing professional amd proper software comoany rather than this app, whixh looks like a schiol project wirh full of errors !!
Dear Sir , Is there any possibilities that the complainant which got registered can be cancelled out as by mistake I raised a complaint without giving a complete details and clicked the submit option.
Not able to open beyond homepage. Pls do not provide an app for just namesake. Pls refer the reviews and do the needful.

There is no explanation reg the word count allowed for making the complaint, there is no provision to attach documents, if there is any error while posting the complaint, the page does not save any of the data entered in the complaint, it is as if NIC has made a y app. Horrible experience. How will public seek action on issues if the complaining system itself is horribly faulty?
