TN State Parks Official App

The app no longer opens like it should. I cannot get past the startup screen. Very disappointing, as I was hoping to add the park badges on the app. I already lost some badges when I switched to a new phone. Website is way better, you can get all the same info without killing the phone battery waiting for the app to launch

When the update happened this app stopped working. I cannot get beyond the start up screen. Just a circle that keeps spinning. This is frustrating because we really enjoyed getting our badges on the app. We just use the website now to book things but would much rather use this app.

The app is frozen on the initial splash screen saying that the first run needed to organize the offline data. It was on that screen for several hours. Uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared cache data. Still will not run. Fairly new phone with all recommended updates.

Hasn't worked in months, so missed logging several state park visits (8+ recent and fear lisin 48 credited park visits). Lack of internet or cell service made using this app problematic at some locations, and has deterred use of Healthy Oarks app, too. If I uninstall and reinstall, Fear I will lose 48+ park visits. Not sure what to do, but app hasn't opened last I park visits.

This app used to work fine, but for a couple of months now it won't get passed the splash screen, despite good wifi and data options. I guess I'll just have to stick to the website.

Not very informative, no option for reservations. When clicking any link, it takes you to "events" (which is one of the options). Maps are extremely small on a smartphone and zooming in causes text to blur and be illegible. You can download offline maps for 99 cents, but you have to install some third party PDF viewer even if you already have a viewer.

Doesn't work. Can't get past the first screen. Walked away for 15 minutes came back and still just spinning on front screen. Junk!

Can't get the app to open. It states that it need to initialize offline data. May take a few minutes. Have not been able to get past that.

Nice update. The app looks really great now. However... none of the links within the app take me to where I need to go. For example, within Fall Creek Falls, neither of the reservation links for the rock climbing or the obstacle course work. Fix your links please.

Yep definitely just another government app that doesn't work . Installed , tried to create an account , entered first and last name and required email and tapped the register button and all it does is show red line under email like it's not legit email. Tried 3 different emails with 3 different domains and nope , nothing. Uninstaller. Maybe try again later....

Will not load. I downloaded the app and it stays on the initializing offline data. Wife's iPhone fired the app right up.

Used to work. Not it doesn't even load. Settings show no data usage either.

Same thing as virtually everyone else (who isn't a troll), installed the 'new, improved' app on a month-old Samsung Galaxy S7 tablet (no issues with the device or with any other installed app), crash city, especially and immediately when simply trying to look at a map of any state park, jeeeez, already. A poorly-designed app, much easier to use your favorite browser and the TSP website. Note to TSP: hire anyone other than whoever schlepped this garbage together, get our tax $ back.

Great concept of an app but i have to end up using thr TSP website because the app crashes everytime I use it! Even after deleting and reinstalling it works better but no park shows upcoming events or all activities. I hope you fix it bc it is worth it!

Won't open. It tells me that it might take a little time when you first open it but it never opens.

This app used to work and was great, now it went go past the load screen.

Never got past the opening screen. App doesn't work. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Still doesn't work. Gave up. Installed again.

We just moved here to Tennessee and I was excited about this app.I was able to view one park. Every other time I clicked on a park it would close the app. It would be great if it worked, but I guess that's what Google is for.

Doesn't work. Just spins "initializing days". Cent had the patience to wait over 20 min

I love using the TN State Parks app to find events going on at the parks and planning ahead using the alerts page. I'm excited to see updates in the future....user accounts would be cool to save favorite parks and log events that you've registered for!

Everytime I open the app a bit pops up and says test. It does not do anything and won't go away. This app is junk

This must have been the fastest install then uninstall I have ever done. All in 5 minutes..lol..After installing and then Choosing My Park to view it crashed and close the app. Numerous times so I uninstalled until fixed

App sits on the main page and never loads.

I was very disappointed with this app due to no information about camping at the state parks. I did not see any information about my local state park that I have camped at. I uninstalled the app.

I go down home to Tennessee as often as I can I hit all the state parks around Sparta and Cookeville they have such beautiful Parks waterfalls Rivers it's just an amazing Place some even have caves it is so scenic and beautiful I think the are even smells better and the people don't get me going OMG the best ever

This app is great, but it uses a ton of space on your phone. It allows you to see park info and a whole lot more.

Since the last update I cannot add my walks. The app shuts down when I try. Hope you fix this in the next update.

The app quit working several weeks ago.
