This app is not really a tracker it's just a status checker (I.e it just shows Collected, In Transit, Out for Delivery). No estimated time is provided so you have to wait in all day. Unlike other reports I did actually receive 1 notification saying my item was out for delivery, but that was all. Overall, TNT could do better.

The app is OK but the service is horrible. They keep changing delivery dates and lying that they have agreed with the receiver on delivery date, yet they haven't even called or reached out. Absolutely horrible. Only use of your package is not urgent.

Seemed good, but today I was home and expecting a package. Now I checked the status and it says I was not home. No call, no ring the doorbell and zero notification in the app. Why even bother collecting information and why should I bother installing the app if it is not used when it counts? 1 star.

Suddenly all our My TNT 2 shipments have disappeared. I log in correctly into my account, however the app doesn't show all our shipments. It says "We can't find any shipments in your MyTNT account" which is simply not true, there are lots of shipments in our account. Please fix this ASAP. - Writing again a year later, and it's still exactly the same. Absolutely useless app, no one cares, no one is propably reading this review either. Unbelievable really, why do you bother?

I work 10 hours a day, all of which are hours of daylight, and have no way of telling the driver if i am not hear to give it to my neighbor or drop it off to my sister? Sorry. My Sabaton album was set to be here Sunday. But this app gives little to no updates

It works, but I don't see the point of it? It doesn't provide useful information such as a window within when your item will be delivered ("before 6pm" is not helpful as you're stuck in all day). Also, it could do what other apps do and allow you to see how many stops away your delivery is, and take a picture of your delivery on the doorstep as proof it's been delivered correctly. I also switched on the alerts button, but had no alert when the package was due. Waste of memory in my phone.

Notifications don't work. Updates are slow (though that's probably down to TNT rather than the app). Very limited functionality. I tried to get a quote for sending an item, but that just timed out. Given our bad experience with TNT in general (delayed delivery, poor customer service), I think I'll just steer clear of them as far as possible.

Downloaded since the site said you could receive notifications with the app. As many have pointed out, this feature is extremely buggy. Upon enabling it, I get a pop that says 'something went wrong' and it won't go away until I force the app to close. A way to bypass this is if you go into settings, account settings, and then check 'notify by default'. 3 stars since aside from that everything works fine and it does what it does.

This App is easy to use. So far, I've not experienced any technical issue with it. I like that it automatically remembers a consignment number I previously tracked, but that I can still remove it from my list. I did not rate it 5 stars because sometimes the consignment details shown do not reflect the reality (even after a refresh swiping up). Luckily calling the TNT Support team is made easy within the app. They've always been very quick and helpful everytime I rang them. Great support! Thanks

No option to change delivery preferences. System has problems with finding consigment number. When scanning bar codes ends up to go in a loop and needs reset. I was unable to update details for re-delivery. What's the point for the app if in the end you need to call them. Competitors have already sorted out how to advise hourly slots and tnt/fedex are still in stone age with it. Going the right way but still a lot of space to improve.

Dont select the one feature we all want to use, the Update button, it has a bug and constantly flicks on and off, which effectively renders the app pointless. It crashes the app, or you need to close the app and start it again.. although the Update button if selected will still switch on off... I think TNT will soon be part of FedEx.

The only thing it should do is tell when a package ia due to arrive. And the info could not be more vague. like switching from will areive before 1800 ( all day message) to scheduled delivery pending🙃

Customer care is appalling. Can't even get in touch with the company about my delivery. Been waiting 2 weeks now for something as simple as a chair. I thought maybe it was the company I bought from that was the issue. But no! Even they have sent a multitude of emails and even they haven't gotten any response! I'm not sure what TNT are playing at. Maybe it's because they've been bought out by FedX, but this is ridiculous. The app, once again, is no help whatsoever. It's been "collecting" for 12ds

I click the Bell for 'notify me' in app and it then loops constantly between on and off switch? I even tried changing the application permissions etc, but really it is bugged at least on Android Samsung galaxy note 10. I see others below me have previously reported this issue and nothing has been done to remedy it. I hope your delivery is more efficient than your app. Not really filling your customers with confidence.
