It has potential. The main problem for me is that you have to buy each feature separately and it could use some more functions. Please add the option to buy it The design is simple, maybe too simple. Additional features I would love would be to use the calendar for time management and adding options for appointments - then adding tasks for those appointments. Or reminders as well. I love the subfolders and the section for goals as well as recurring tasks - those features are what drew me to it.
I absolutely love this app. it has everything I need. and to be fair, the paid features are worth it, and for such a great quality product, they kinda need to charge. but for what you get for free, you get an awesome app. I'm able to separate my personal goals from my business goals and my side projects. I can get detailed, and the app is super easy to use. not much to look af as far as aesthetic goes, but it does its job. [edit] oops. supposed to be 5.
On a first look it looks amazing. Just installed it today's and so far I'm very pleased with it. Very user friendly. Highly detailed organisational options, which are great to subdivide tasks. I also love how it's optional to purchase separate features and not pay for the whole app. It has nice costumizable options, such as coloured themes or dark mode, which again are up to the user to buy or not. The standard one looks just fine in my opinion, but I'll probably get the dark mode too.
Seems like a nice app, but user experience could be much better - most used functions are at the top of the screen (remember that phones are getting bigger and bigger), which is annoying. It takes too many steps to set up single task with reminder. But, 3 star review is mostly because it doesn't mention that widget is paid feature until you try to set it up. Really? Not to mention that to unlock every feature costs a lot and prices are shown only when you tap "buy forever" on specific feature.
The app seems really professional and well organized in which makes it overall good! However, my complaint has to be just the theme of this app. I get that you want to make goals and keep yourself going but the background and layout is just... boring. If you could, try putting a more nice layout which makes it look more uplifting. Plus in my opinion, I feel as if theres too much on one 'page'. Try to make it simple and easier to control with. Just a simple way or anything 😄.
Not a bad start, but needs work like ability to edit elements of a task by selecting for instance the progress dial and not always the menu. Also needs a more refined theme with accent colours depicting goal progress. One colour for everything doesn't highlight the necessary elements appropriately. I understand that development takes time and effort, but with all the paid upgrades, this has to be one of the most expensive apps of it's kind. I'll continue using 2do for now.
The apps keeps popping up annoying full screen ads, some of them timed... Every time an ad pops up, (and it does pop up pretty often) you have to search the entire screen for the Close button. Really aggravating!!! Because of it I used/evaliated it for less than a day. It might turn ot to be a decent app, if only it gave me a chance to evaluate/use it for a week or so. As is... it is reallying trying your patience. Naaa!
The concept of the app is really good. I don't understand why famous app don't include percentage of tasks done. The approach of the goal settings is from a coaching perspective and I like it but when I decided to pay for premium... Every feature is paid separately and it is expensive... Be too greedy and you will end up with nothing... I won't pay for this until I have an only affordable payment. I'll review my rate as well after a change in the prices. Thanks
I find that this is one of the better application for creating todo lists. I really liked the ability to set priorities for the tasks. I am slightly putback by the nickel and dime price situation. Pick one price that covers everything. Making multiple purchases in an application can be a bit trying to say the least.
It was what I was needing and has what I was looking for, haven't noticed if you can set alarms or reminders yet, but trying to get in the habit of checking it daily and adding what I can where, it's great for what I wanted and yeah the ads were a pain, but it didn't cost much to get them gone. Gotta say the sub categories help break down Goals for better achievement, rocks my socks 😎
I love love that there is the option to write down goals along with their motivation, a daily reflection of how it went, subtasks but I wish that the tasks under my groups and tasks would show up on your calendar and daily tasks when you put a day of completion on them. I would love the option to see the tasks ahead for the week/month in one place but also in manageable portions in daily tasks. This would be SO helpful! I don't want to have to write it twice also an option to login PLZ!!
I had this app for over a year. Only thing it's missing for me is timeblocks so I can see my schedule. I love the buying option and that you can buy individual extras rather than a big fee at once. They lay out is simple and easy to use. Perfect for all the different things life throws at ya.
I have been hopping from one to do it app to another. I just cannot find an app that fits it all. This app has priorites, files/tags, reminders with PROPER ringtone, adjustable tabs so I dont have redo the list again and just need to slide up or down. It has widgets albiet 1 time pay which is very convenient as well as a seperate goal list. The progress mode is very genius. You can switch between percentage slider or subtask completion rate. I REALLY LIKE😄
I have OCD so finding a Todo list app that allowed me to really break down my list and wants was pretty hard until I found this app. it takes a bit to get use to but once you find your groove it's smooth sailing. I love the fact that it shows your progress through the list so you can know how far along you are. honestly love this app to bits!
I don't know how much to thank you for this, fully loaded, and if one use this app well, no goal will be impossible. I can say they developer is very wise, perfect procedure to reach any goal, I can't thank you enough. My suggestion. I suggest you add an option to attach image to your goal, and if possible have the image show on screen from time to time per users choice. Also, the areas where we write about things that will motivate us, I wish we can be able to make that pop up too. Thanks
Extremely useful app; very helpful! Some features I'd LOVE to see: * Set a specific time to be reminded of all remaining tasks in 1 notification, with the option to add 1 or more deadlines for completion (i.e., at 11:30pm, receive a notification that says "You have 30min to do A, B & C, and 90min to finish D!") * Change font size * When crossing off completed tasks, option to double-tap instead of swipe
Very good To Do List app. However, it could have better help documentation. For example, I am not able to understand what that up arrow / down arrow toggle is for when creating a task. Also I could not quite understand what is the difference between Daily task and recurring task. I can also make a recurring task recur daily, isn't it? Training is there just to let people know how to add these various types of tasks but what they actually mean is nowhere explained. EDIT: I have updated to 5 stars since you have answered my questions. It would be great if you atleast show a tooltip when I touch and hold the button. One more suggestion, please provide a planner which lets me plan my tasks without overlapping with existing ones. Now, I have to remember which time is already occupied with a planned task and which time is free to plan for a new one.
I've been using this awesome app for one week...to be honest, it's fantastic. It provides you lots of features to manage daily tasks. The most interesting feature is "progress change". Actually, you can easily change the progress of your task and when it's done, it goes to completed tasks automatically.
At least dark mode should be available for free. Also updating progress should be easier. Slider is fine but inconvenient if one wants to mark 100% progress with it. A simple button to mark done would do better. Progress slider too should remain but should be a choice when creating the task.
Отличное приложение, всё чётко и по существу, без ненужной шелухи. Есть приятный настраиваемымй виджет в котором можно, например, отображать все оставшиеся дела на сегодня. It's a very good organizer app which I enjoy more than the popular ones, such as Any.Do, for it's clear widgets and interface. However, I would like to ask the developers for two things: 1) being able to change the color of the the little line that shows your priority, since that particular shade of yellow/green looks very unpleasant to me. It does change with different themes, but imo it's not enough. 2) being able to change orders of the tasks! Maybe it is a feature and I just didn't find it, but I think it would be very convenient.
So far so good. I am a fan of things like sound effects, customization, and icons for tasks, so that would be the one thing I'd improve... but overall it is clean, fair (purchase wise), and super, SUPER functional. Absolutely recommended. Well done!!
Exactly what I wanted in a to-do list app. Even though I didnt notice any ads in the free version, I still paid the $5 to disable them to support the devs. Going forward, it'd be nice if there were a more obvious way to repeat something indefinitelyand color coding for tasks/groups would also be appreciated.
This app is great but one improvement needed: at the moment it works like a Matryoshka doll; for example, 'grade 12> semester 1> math> advanced class> task A' to open/close the task A i need to click four times rather than directly access to the task. It would be great if you can add a foldable navigation bar on the left side or enable to choose which folder to exit by clicking back button or any way of shortcut. Thanks a lot for developing this app.
I do love the app. I have several problems though. Whenever I make a recurring task it won't complete. I will slide it to the side but it won't record the progress, though it says it does. And it will just stay in uncompleted. Don't know if this is a glitch but it's annoying. Also you can't download your own notification sounds and the notification options are a little confusing.
