Anydo keeps priorities in front of you, allows you to continually add, prioritize, delegate, move, and adjust tasks, thoughts, reminders, events, etc. in whatever way makes sense to you. It's motivating to check tasks off as you go through the day. It can be as precise or as relaxed as you set it to be. It works best for me by giving me a place to capture and instantly prioritize and plan things as they pop up. I love that it keeps me accountable and motivated without forcing a rigid schedule.
I love this app and I really would give it a 5 star review, however, every few months the app stops syncing with my Alexa lists. So, in the meantime, while waiting for an update, I end up having to jump between 2 different apps to see everything that's been added to lists. The only reason I ever started using this app is because it was supposed to sync with Alexa consistently. That was supposed to make my life a whole lot easier. Instead I just end up frustrated.
I love this app and I cannot think of any flaws it has. I particularly appreciate that I am able to create subtasks and to connect it to Google calendar, and that it is accessible on both my phone and my laptop. Regarding this, the synchronisation between my devices has also worked well until now. I don't use the premium version, but I think the price is quite acceptable.
It's fast, easy to use, and I like how my repeated daily tasks only show up one day at a time and only shows up in the next day after I've completed the task the day prior. The moments feature makes daily planning a breeze, too. In terms of areas for improvement, I would like to see the Gmail zap integration fixed because it isn't working on my side. Also, for an auto-sort feature in my task lists so I don't have to keep refreshing it when I adjust the reminder times. Thanks. :)
It looks good, but it isn't as intuitive as it feels it should be. There are a lot of quirks. When I add a task, then go in to set it to repeat, it marks the first occurrence as done. Sometimes when amending reminders it creates duplicates in the list. I tried using things like "6am daily" when using the quick create, as it says you can use natural language, but it doesn't recognise daily. I can't see how to set a task as daily immediately, you have to create a task then go in and edit it.
I generally like the app, moving from Calengoo(a great app) after 6 years. I used a trial version of this app and it looked quite good. Decided to subscribe for this app with annual subscription. After a few hours, I get a notice requiring me to subscribe. Thinking that my earlier subscription did not go through, I subscribed again, then only to note that I was charged twice for the same app. Please cancel only my 2nd subscription and refund that payment. Thanks.
Amazing and very simple to use which is good for anyone with a busy schedule. Easy to Quickly put all plans for that day or as far ahead as you want. Jot down any reminder at anytime during the day in a few seconds or change anything already put in. Easy to share with anyone else if wanted. Easy to set up with any other calendar or app so it automatically saves in your to-do list. And quick, easy tips to help you with anything you need to know about the app. Love it!💞💯💞
Hi there, I've just started using the app and it's great! Just so that I already got the premium version! It's just great so far and I have nothing to complain about. The reason I'm giving 4 stars (for now) is for the fact that there's one major feature I really need that I can't find it on Any.do: The ability to setup a reminder for a different timezone. For example, I want a reminder to go off whenever US stock market opens (9:30 ET) independent on what country I am.Is that possible on Any.do?
I used to love this app. I have used it for years. I even had (until yesterday) the paid version. I primarily use this app to sync up my alexa tasks. It started having issues, then got fixed. Now the company is saying that Amazon sync is no longer usable (unless you want to add a 3rd party to allow it access to your Amazon account).
But the paid version for a year and never succeeded and getting 3-day reminders to not delete themselves after one or two instances. "Customer service" consisted of Microsoft forms level copy-paste "have you tried reinstalling it?" advice. Glad Google Calendars has finally assimilated three-quarters of the functionality and I can stop trying to use this app edit: this is the exact type of useless non-answer I'm talking about, like they didn't even read my review.
Honestly the app is great but the widget fails everyday almost. It'll work fine and then after a short while the widget won't load and I need to set it up again. I use this app mainly for widgets, and i would be willing to pay for premium but not til the widget and app work correctly. I also cannot get Google calendar to integrate, I try to connect via Zapier or whatever service is offered, and always get an error. It's annoying when events from Google load into any.do but not other way around
I like the app and would give it a better rating accept their support loop systems is non existent. When typing in "Call ____" in the task field the call action icon comes up however it doesn't complete the steps by showing me contact options so I can automate calling them into my task list.*Edit*They sent me an automated email identical to what they wrote here. Not helpful. I have granted access to contacts already, duh. Also done a fair bit of troubleshooting and also searched online :/
Editing this to respond this developer who recommended me to post my suggestion in UserVoice... I did support the idea (someone already suggested it). Multiple times... since 2017! An admin finally closed the idea with a giant green "RELEASED" label. However, it never worked. The pop up still goes off unless I completely disallow the notification which as I mentioned, it renders the reminder app completely useless. Added 1 more star for developer's responsiveness.
Works good for keeping lists across platforms. There's been a glitch on the Android version though, where it will copy one and replace another action item. Not sure if that's fixed yet or not but it was annoying until I figured out how to avoid it.
Great app and really fantastic and always helpful support. I think the yearly fee is a small price to pay to help me remember things in an easy and convenient way. I like the extra little features like how it asks you to plan your day, then wishes you a productive day etc when you're done planning.
Has the potential to be a really good app. Very easy to navigate around. However, the constant crashing/kicking me out, that started about a month ago, is now driving me insane!! To the point I'm close to deleting it.
Easy, simple, intuitive, user friendly. Very helpful, especially when your task list is dynamic, with multiple daily changes, and you don't have time to define various parametes for each task, rather only writing down tasks in a list in order not to forget.
There is a 7 day FREE trial of the Any.do yet when I pressed the pro version I was bill instantly on my card. I thought this was weird so I figured this wasn't something for me so I canceled and now it maybe up to 4 days if they refund it at all. Totally unacceptable beware of trick wording.
I was trying for a 7 day free trial. And An amount for yearly subscription was deducted from my account, even before trying the app on the first day itself. And then too the app is running on the free version it didn't upgrade.
This app has made my life so much easier! Just by writing down any tasks I have to do, big or small, and getting a reminder on my phone has helped me be able to manage my time and organize my life. It's also helped me remember to take my meds - on time! Wonderful app. I've recommended it to some friends and family members.
The ability to use this tool across all my devices is clutch. I can separate my work calendar from personal and volunteer calendars and break down into tasks and lists without everything running together and using only one app. What a gem
This app is awesome to manage to do list and the sync across devices feature is exemplary. The tags are absolutely useful in sorting and enhance the productivity. One feature I am would love to see is its full fledged availability on Samasung galaxy watch 4. As of now, i can add task from watch 4 buy i can't see my list and all the previously added tasks from the watch. If this app compatibility for samsung galaxy watch 4 running on wear OS is done, then I am all 5 stars for this app .
Suggestions: - Add due dates with natural language, from Assistant and from editing title - Clicking the reminder time should immediately open a datetime picker with an OK button. Changing times to ridiculously cumbersome - snooze needs better quick options Overall good app but with frustrating usability flaws
Searching a task by words is nust when we have to find and edit a task out of many tasks. When editing or changing just date of a task, time saved previously should be changeable only when we need to do so. Here previously saved time is deleted and changes to current time itself which is not required. Because time is very important part, it must be shown in summary list even in case of unending tasks . It is not shown at present which is inconvenient.
I can't set an alarm to remind me to carry out an action when the time occurs. When I setup notes via Google Assistant I could see them by saying " show my notes". Any.do was recommended by Google Assistant for more functionality. But now when I say "show my notes " I don't see my Any.do notes. I have to run the Any.do app.
I think Any.do is the best to do app ever. I've used or using many note taking and to-do apps but the overlap notification and quick action buttons are so convenient for me. I never misses a task. Task creation is also simple and has a lot of options. It's worth subscribing to Premium.
Absolutely amazing! This is the one I've been looking for simple color. I'm glad it has that circle thing to click if finished and subtasks. Highly recommend if you're someone who loves to organize even in just screenings. ♡
Looks interesting but, despite saying 'in-app purchases', it doesn't mention that it's a 7 day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. When you're going to charge a recurring fee at least be up front about it. There are plenty of free or single payment calendar/note apps around that do the same job.
