I'm getting comfortable with this now and liking it. I wanted an app with TO DO lists and obnoxious reminders. Other to-do lists or Google Calendar ding you once and if you miss that one ding, you're screwed. Unfortunately, when a reminder goes off, there is no SNOOZE or DISMISS option that pops up on your phone screen. You have to open the reminder and reset the time, reschedule it or check done. A hassle.
I like this to do list. It's simple and straightforward to use. I'm using it on a tablet and I don't know if that's the reason but I don't get notification reminders unless I turn the tablet on, it doesn't notify me while the tablet is in standby mode which defeats the object of a reminder. Otherwise its good.
This app is great! It's smooth and have the features I'm looking for. Well, except for one thing though... About the widget, can you add a functionality where you can just check a task off just in the widget without opening it in the main app? In that way, it wouldn't be a hassle to tick off multiple tasks... Edit: It would also be great if there's a a priority feature for the tasks.
It repeatedly stops sounding alarms for tasks but has them marked as overdue, as if the alarm went through. So far, only uninstalling & reinstalling it has fixed it, which is super inconvenient because the tasks do not back up so I have to rewrite ALL of them... Otherwise, this would be the perfect app for me. Oh, well.
After downloading and deleting 8 apps, I settled down for this. A straightforward app, you can make lists of to_do entering time and date. You may not enter sequentially, it gets arranged. You can input on any date It then gives you a sound/ ringtone notification.at the time and date. Its excellent,all the others i have tried were a bunch of rubbish. Have been looking like this for a long time
Working well for me. I'd be lost without it. UPDATE: Loved this app until one day I couldn't open it. I had work appts etc on and couldn't access them. VERY frustrating!! I sent feedback twice, no response and messaged them, again no response. Very disappointed.
The app can't sync with Google. I did a manual sync on my old phone (which worked fine) and tried to sync on my new phone, but the app says that sync failed! My Internet connection is very fast and stable. Is there another way to transfer my tasks to the new phone?
I really love this app. Usability!!! However, I'm wondering if they can add an option to have notifications in addition to alarms. This way one can receive notifications on other devices.
Nice App. Few Suggestions.... 1. Menu, Navigation & Snooze Options could be made much simpler. All task options could be added. 2. Full Screen Alarm works like Notification, it could be choiced like a pop up window
It was working really well the suddently stopped. The app doesn't open anymore, keeps on bouncing out. I've removed it and tried to download again but doesn't seem to work. All the information is gone, is there a way I can retrieve it? It still doesn't work.
Excellent reminder app. All it needs is an option to silence all alarms betwen 2 times. Everything else is there. No ads!!! An option to back up without syncing with Google would be nice.
Sometimes its great, sometimes it just crashes. Contacted the tech desk about 2 weeks ago and they haven't bothered to respond. Time to uninstall and find an alternative.
My synchronization to Google Task has been blocked, cause google said that it collects personal data. But the app is great, however if possible I need a back up features in case the app was accidentally uninstalled. Thank you.
Guess the developer has no intention to fix it. I lost all of my scheduled items. It's been good. I really like it. But it stopped working on my pixel 5 this morning. The widget is not showing. Can't open the app.
It's really a great app that I depend on very much.. But unfortunately there is a problem with the Synchronization with Google Calendar.. It now accepts signing in but the Sync alwsys fails to execute.. Could you urgently fix this issue?
I started to use this app only recently. I can make up lists of tasks, filter and sort them. It's pretty easy-to-use and so far I had a positive experience because it gets stuff done.
Loved this app but in the last month it has stopped working entirely. Won't even open. I have lost dozens of reminders and appointments. Tried emailing the developer and got no response.
Interface is horrible. Not that its hard to navigate it just looks unappealing. I dont feel like using this sorry. But the functionality of your app is perfect
I have been loving this app since months but since 2 weeks the app just doesn't open, reinstalled twice, cleared cache but still just doesn't open, too many reminders in the app which has paralysed me without those pop-ups, WHEN CAN THIS BE FIXED??
I found my favorite check list! I tried a lot of check list over a few days. This one is simple and gets the job done. There are ads but they are at the bottom and out of the way. There is a "quick add" button or you can put a lot more detail about an item that is entered.I like the reminders. I like that you can put specific times for items. My wish is that it could show "All Lists but Shopping" since I consider my "to dos" seperate from that my shopping. Would write more but don't have space!
Great app. I really like how the recurring tasks feature is free. I've downloaded lots of apps trying to find one where I wouldnt need to have a monthly subscription. The repeat option was kind of hard to find at first, because I didn't set a reminder. If you don't set a reminder, you cannot repeat the task at all. Maybe I'm just tired though. It isnt a big deal. I think a "Help" page which shows you how to access features step by step would be really useful! Overall, great so far! Thanks!
Because of you respond to the rating, it means you love your product. So I've to detail about it. I've used other app, but this one very strategic, effective, simple and moreover very easy to use. If you don't want a widget in your home screen, you can simply access it in the notification panel, and that's very thoughtful. Add some more features like coloured region, small popup icon reminder, different widgets. Thank you for the minimum ads.
Finally, I have found my Task app!!! I have been looking for years! Very clean design. I was able to color code tasks (home, anywhere calls, and out and about), then I can search on any word such as "call". And on the left side I can select the type of task (home), then on the right side I can select the time frame due. I would like to suggest a link to a contact's phone number and address so that someone could be called or a map could be evoked from within the app. Thanks for a great app!
Glad I found this app! I use it mainly as a recurring bill pay reminder. Love that I can set a time with multiple snoozes, color code, add notes, and set a distinctive sound for each reminder. Just "discovered " the Voice option and Multiple Task reminder option, which will back up my post-it notes collection. The Quick Task is great for things that pop up during the day. The ads are a small price to pay for everything that you get with this app. Thanks!
The color-coordinated catagories are helpful to focus and not get overwhelmed with so many items. I haven't had success yet with the audio reminder sounds. They seem to get cut off after a chirp. Maybe there's a setting I need to change. Most of my list is set to a general "no time" or to a specific day and time with no alarm set.
This is the best reminder and ToDo app out of the many I have tried. Excellent user interface, never crashes. Highly recommended. Still using, best task manager available. Wish there was a paid mode to eliminate ads. But even with ads the best. Has check lists, syncs with Google tasks, has timer alerts colored tabs for grouping tasks. Should be renamed for more exposure to the Android market. Reset my phone and took a long time re-find and install but worth the effort.
I love this app! Especially the fact that I can add it to my do not disturb permissions and it will still go off. Others that I have added do not go off. The only problem I'm having is occasionally one of my repeating tasks just disappears and I have to add it again. It doesn't happen a lot but it is annoying. Great job overall though.
This is the best app I've found to act as a reminder of tasks that are due. I originally gave this app just 3 stars because I was unhappy that it forced me to hit the repeat button rather than the done button when completing a repeating task in order to make it continue repeating. With small fonts, poor eyesight and fat fingers, bumping the wrong button deleted my task completely. However, the developer responded to my review and pointed out that I could change that behavior in the app settings. A developer that cares and an app that gets the job done. I'm now giving the app 5 stars. In this and all apps, it would be most helpful to have easily distinguishable icons instead of tiny print to identify buttons for those of us who need to find and put on reading glasses in order to press the correct button.
