It's just OK. Pros: Very thorough. It includes EVERYTHING in the widget (time, high, low, wind, etc). Cons: There are ads that pop up with the weather itself. The notifications are bothersome (though that can be solved by turning off all notifications). Also, the widget is too big. Ultimately, I wound up uninstalling. The widget was too large and sprawling, and I didn't like that.
Some limitations on the settings to make it your own style. Also, sometimes it does not update and with the wrong time it can make you late for an appoinment. With so many orher choices, I had to remove it and get something else, something more reliable. Every so often the app hijacks your phone to force you to see the weather. Bad. The ads are also too imposing. You have to go along if you want your phone back. Thank you for all the efforts applied to this app. We recognize/appreciate it.
Why can't you fix the City-Date-Temperature on the 3 circles? It holds then does not. It's annoying to read the wrong date, time and the wrong temperature unless you open the app that then corrects the date, time and the temperature. Your format is great and would be even better if the above was fixed. First install. Uprated rating from one to three stars if it keeps working it will get 5 stars. Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled seems to be working so far, but not as it should be.
Never worked right since February 2020. Now, after update, even worse; doesn't work at all. Just canceled subscription. Thursday, August 8th at 10:20 in New York, the temperature was 28° and cloudy. There is 75% battery life for the phone and an alarm is set for 7:30. This is the information you will get, always get, if you download this app. May work for older phones, wouldn't know because I have a newer phone, Samsung Galaxy S10+ and it's never worked properly since installing in February.
Upgrade does not make this widget worth your time. I have faithfully kept this widget on my home screen for over 8 years. I used to be able to open another app by pressing on a certain area, adjust the placement and colors around the rings and also go to my alarm by pressing another area on it. Now it has ads and only weather. Bring back the old program please.
I've loved this app for YEARS. When it disappeared several months ago, I searched around to find the app that I had used and loved, and I reinstalled that app. And it has never worked as well!!! I had to touch the screen for the time to switch to the current, correct time and same thing with the weather. Just give me back that had worked very well for YEARS!!!!
App all messed up. clouds, rain sunshine covers the temp. clock is set to new york, i live in Michigan. battery % is behind the clock. the shape changes daily from big to small. when its small i can't access the weather. not good!! reinstalled the app and it is doing the same thing. 01/19/19 REINSTALLED APP I have everything working, except for the battery percentage. The "Battery Circle" is behind the "Time/Clock Circle". Any suggestions??
I liked the design b/c I like the circles that show time, weather, battery. However, the weather kept giving me messages and I couldn't find a way to stop them from poping up. Then the clock and battery weren't updating and just stuck on one time. Turned my phone on and off to reset everything, but it didn't change. So I deleted it.
This app has a lot of ads. They have another app for purchase which claims to remove these ads. I paid for the app and it only slightly reduced how many ads I see. I complained and was instructed to "restart my phone several times" and I've done this at least 2 dozen times. Don't waste your time and money, I purchased this app and still get ads every time I unlock my phone (not an exaggeration).
had this app for years on my old phone. it was easy to install and set, with my Home City instead of county and it fit perfectly on my screen. now it's one big marketing ad of nonsense. The circle widget is tiny, no home City and the circles don't fit on my new phone home screen. trying to find resizing help is a useless marketing nightmare. ads everywhere. moving on .. what a shame
Sadly, the cool visual balance of the app as it functioned in my previous phone is gone. The current arrangement of dissociated circles looks like a feeble parody of what I was used to. I get that some advances in operating systems can interfere with functionality, but for heaven's sake, aesthetics is not dictated by operating system!
works very well for weather and use of clock. but to many ads pop up every time I turn on my phone. other clock and weather aps, don't do the ads until I open the app. that makes this app a real pain, as I don't need ads popping up on my home screen ( sad) it would be fantastic, if we could pay a regular price for it, or monthly and not have those ad pop ups constantly!
Far too many full page ads. Sleezy ads pop-up every time you close the app. I downloaded it because of the widget. Touching the battery or the clock bubble on the widget just opens up a full page of the weather app, then more ads. The widget should be configurable, so that the user can open up a battery app, and a clock app. Had to uninstal this app, based on the over abundance of obnoxious ads
i have the pixel 3 xl. this this goes almost across the screen and hides the battery indicator. further you have to constantly press on the weather part as this freezes constantly in a day. the best one yet with this is when the outdoor temp. froze a 799 degrees. Further there is no funtion to not update only a 12 and 24 hrs clock. Which I found out after the fact that this will turn on data and wifi by itself to update itself.
I had the older version that collapsed and wanted it on my upgrade, but this is the next best thing. If it looks all squished up on screen, go to an empty part of your screen, press and hold until options pop up. Click on HOME SETTINGS. Then change your screen from 5x5 to 4x5. Voila! The battery bubble is no longer blocked! Don't know about ads or correct time yet. Hence 4 stars.
Ad's, Ad's, Ad's, and more Ad's. Seems like a great app, but it is virtually unusable. I was going to pay the $9.99 but I have seen reviews that say the Ad's stay even after paying. Very disappointed. It is clear the developer does not care and only wants money by the lack of responses.
I have used this app for almost 3 years now a list of the first time I'm having a problem with it. Now it doesn't open nor will it show me the correct time and date and temperature like it used to. Not sure if it's a bug or something but if you could please work it out I will most definitely change my review and give you five stars.. like I said, three years, no problem. Last update or whatever.. Now it wont open.. Hmm help?
i hate doing this...a 1* review but it's necessary. l love this app, great grafics, everything you need in a home screen app except one thing. It will NOT continually tell you the correct time. the clock freezes on the widget. This has screwed me two times. Now I'm done. Come on guys get your widget to not freeze on the clock at least. The app is 5* if it worked properly.
I have loved having this app for years. it was so convenient to be able to see everything at a glance. With an upgrade to my Galaxy S8, it stopped functioning. It does not update the battery power level and chooses random cities for the weather info.
utter garbage. never updates the time so that you're constantly comparing your home screen to the "real" time. same for the weather. it also hogs cpu, and doesn't have any one touch apps like the old version. and after all that, way too many ads.
The widget often shows the wrong place, time, and temp if you do not regularly click into it. For example this morning the clock was 26 minutes slow, and the current temp showed as 766 degrees F. It's a scorcher! Visually it is appealing and reminiscent of the Moto command center app, which is why it gets the second star.
Way too many ads. I understand the need for the ads but I don't think you should have to navigate through multiple ads everytime you want to use the app, unless I just don't know how to use it. I uninstalled it and found an alternative. Had a similar version on my old phone, looked similar not sure same developer. Liked it much better, no ads, could access alarm clock. Detailed weather and battery level present like this version.
