Used this app for GTD for a half a year, starting on iPhone and the native Windows app and switched to Android in the meanwhile. The functionalities are very nice, it does what you need how you need it. The only problem is that it is... very very buggy. It does not sync in the background, only when you tell it to. Sometimes you can't mark a task "done" until you restart your phone. Sometimes it says it marked it as done, but in reality it comes back the next day. At the end we rely our life on our todo app and ToDo Cloud was not reliable enough to do so. Right now I would recommend to avoid it and I do hope, that they will make it more stable. ps: a widget for Android would have been cool!
The app is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The ability to assign different levels of priority to the various tasks is an awesome feature and there a number of customizable options for each task including due date, level of importance, and person the task is assigned too. They even give you the option to set reminders for the tasks. Overall this is a very useful app and checks all the boxes for what I'm looking for in a task tracker.
So disheartening. When I was an Apple user, this app rocked. It did everything I wanted. Now that I am an Android use it seems that it only works when it wants. I set reminders and they don't sound. Or I go to review my list after maki9a change so I have to redo the change. If I miss a repeating task, I have to add the reminder again. Works great on my Mac, but I can't carry it in my pocket. I thought after being away things might have changed. But I was wrong.
I love this app. I have "to -do" checklist on a thousand different pieces of paper everywhere. This application keeps my planning organized and my tasks prioritized. I'm very forgetful, so the alerts and reminders are a huge plus. The app will also let you record projects and work that you've finished. Also gives you an option to toss the completed task or keep them. I chose to keep them. (This gives me motivation to keep executing goals.)
I've switched to todo recently as my previous app of choice kept crashing. tlThe UI is really sleek and intuitive . It literally takes a few taps to create and organize your tasks. I found smart list particularly helpful as i really like to sort my personal and work projects in themes rather than timeframes. Geo-based alerts and recurrent reminders are the two features that have actually made a difference in my daily planning already. keep up the good work guys!
I recently returned to this app, having used in on iOS years ago. The functionality on Android was a bit rough and I contacted support. They responded in depth to each of my concerns, and promised a fix for the most disruptive issues on the next release, delivered on that promise, all while offering me a refund of my subscription if I was still unhappy. I stuck it out and am so glad I did. The app improves by leaps and bounds with each update.
Update. More bugs then ever. Potential is there but for android or windows needs alot of work. New issues with every update and old ones remain. The app has great functions and abilities for my business needs. My only complaint is on my note 9 things are not uploading instantly or not updating and closing tasks when I know that's not the case. Seems like connection issues but I'm always on LTE.
All in all, a useful app and the price is not too bad. I use it a lot but it can get quite annoying at times, for example, refreshing the app on a different internet connection will erase your lists, and even when you reconnect it takes a while for them to come back up. Not as great as some others I've tried but still has some neat features.
Has been great for a while now, but recently it's been "losing" changes and edits which I make to entries in my checklist. Updated text is not saved when I back out. Update on 10/25/20: still don't see a new version on Play Store even though vendor says they're working on the problem. Seriously going to migrate and delete soon if problems persist. Very annoying!
It's perfect application to be organized. It's great to do lists, tasks, projects, checklists, goals and have it on calendar. It's good for easy access tasks in important, inbox, everything, focus folders, and It's great for successful planning and finishing to do work.
I cant believe you made this app worse! I work as a n Electronics Officer aboard ships. It is quite demanding and I work for Captains that expect nothing but RESULTS! I need an app that tells me and reminds me what is due and when! Your audible task reminders were very weak, but least there was something, now they just gone! Im also trying to input future projects, but when I put in the dates, the projects just up and disappear! I really dont have time to evaluate what else is screwed up! Bye!
ZERO STARS. I am utterly floored at how terrible this app has become. I would elaborate but I am not going to waste more time than I already have on such a worthless bunch of apps. I've been too lazy to switch, but the amount of time I waste deleting and redeleting things is astounding. Support is terrible. Get responses weeks later.
Android version doesn't reliably update tasks. Works fine on web browser and IOS. Bugs reported three months ago are still a problem. Yes, I have the latest version. I won't be renewing my subscription.
Great app to help organize and remind me of many tasks at hands. I love the option that you can add the start date in addition to due date and the on going tasks also appear in your today's list. It is the element that made me decided to subscribe and continue using the services. As a manager managing many subordinates' assigned tasks, this app really help me catch my thoughts and get things done.
Android features don't work, how can this app even exist as a to-do reminder app without the ability to use phone notifications or a working widget. Just a message that appears when you unlock phone. Not even a notification dot on the app icon. Works on iphone but don't even think about it on Android.
IOS version is just a notch below superb. Android version is underwhelming. Bugs on the Android are given a low priority and get short shrift. Developers are relatively easy to reach. The app itself is the best "to do" I have ever used. Fix the bugs on Android that have existed for years and id give 5 stars.
This is app is incredible for staying organized for me. My new years resolution is to get myself and my life in to better shape. This is helping really well even just from installing it today. I have already got my chores listed out and my work for tomorrow. I can see my checklists and goals really easily and I'm able to pick out anything I have already wrote out I wanted to-do.
It looks like something I would really use for my projects: being more organized on a day-to-day basis is more important than it might seem at first. And of course, the application makes all this much easier, comfortable and adaptable to each person.
One of best apps for to dos and productivity. Purchased years ago on a monthly basis...but latency big issue...takes way to long to retrieve data. Need to address & resolve to get a 5 star otherwise application has limited use.
By far the best Todo service I've used, but has a ton of bugs on Android. Missed inputs, multiple times having to set the date or check off items, completely incorrect results for smart list items (things in inbox just don't show up??). Hoping to see these things fixed as I've been a customer for 2 years now but now that I'm on Android I need something that works on Android soon
