I am having the worst experience using TOEFL. I cannot register with new email id, I cannot login with my existing Id, it says account already exists. I also tried changing my pass word 2-3 times. Ive emailed their customer service several times. And on this, I now have to pay a penalty for late registration.
Terrible! I have been trying to send my additional scores to LSAC but there is always a problem with the paying plataform. I was trying in the website unsuccessfuly, than someone told to use the app but it still didn't work! I have tried multiple times and my deadlines to send it are passing. I have sent an email describing the problem but all I got was the standard description of the payment. Credit card payment just doesn't work.
I am unable to pay with Paypal which is linked to my debit card. Please help me out. Considering that ETS offers TOEFL in such a large number of countries, it is an unfortunate experience to deal with such a lousy payment system. Edit: My friend who had appeared for the exam earlier, helped me out. It seems not all Banks are eligible for payment through Paypal(foreign transactions).
There's some issues regarding signing up when I enter my username and password it says it's incorrect upon entering the correct details
Terrible app. Even though my account exists, it keeps coming back with the error that the account does not exist. The website does not work either. I have University deadlines which I'm not able to meet because of this service. Worst
The app is amazing and well simplified but it has problems with the payment. If you correct the payment issue it will be the most simplified app. Ya I tried to pay with credit but it couldn't load after I enter all the info but it worked on the website.
I would recommend TOEFL over IELTS or any other English Proficiency Exam any day. My experience using this app has also been amazing!! There are a ton of features that come in handy on the go and also help save time especially at education fairs.
Horrible service. I am not able to pay for exam, there is no option for debit card payment although they gave option for this. I have been trying to complete my payment process over the few days but still having same problem. This is really unhelpful service for foreign students.
The app is good. Was able to order additional score reports through app but the only issue I encountered was that I was unable to download my individual score report when my scores became available. Whenever I try to do so it shows me an error ' technical issue occurred'
Horrible experience. I've given my TOEFL test 5 weeks ago and I still didn't receive the scores. I was told that it's under admin review. When I call testing integrity number there's a long wait time of atleast 30min. After all this, I couldn't get in touch with my reviewer even once. It keeps going to his voicemail. I've missed one deadline and on the verge of missing another. Just coz they're required by Schools and the applicants have no other option, Toefl is ignoring test taker experience.
Wantedly they are not giving the proper score, to the attend the exam multiple times. Very big fraud
I can't sign in to my account through this app, please kindly fix the buggs

Hi. Thank you for your app. I gave 3 star because I saw some thing I assume it needs to be fixed. When I changed my password in the web, the app did not asked for the new password and work as t did before . It even allowed me to get access to change password without want to know new one. Regularly when you change an account password it will sign out from app and ask for the new password but it is not happened in this app. Like in Gmail, So please consider this and fix it. Thank you.
It is not a bad app but I'm having some trouble with it. I already did the Toefl test and on this app it still says 'scheduled on 26th December'. Also, where am I to receive my test scores since I did the exam on the 24th of November and there's nothing on the app that confirms this.
I had an issue with the payment first. I called them and Mary and then Natalia helped me a lot and the payment went through. Very friendly and I'm very satisfied with their service. Customer services like this are hard to find these days.
I had high hope's for this app but since I downloaded it, it won't even allow me to finish making an account. It keeps saying there's an error and just glitches.
I've made an online payment for the TOEFL IBT exam. I had an instant message from my bank that a transaction of 210$ has been made to ETS but theconfirmation page didn't appear. it redirected me to the home page. When I accessed my profile and pressed "view orders" it said "no paid orders to display". Can you help please I'm really worried
Horrendous service. The app doesn't open and the payment page doesn't allow me to pay, I've been trying for days! Really disappointed on how TOEFL manage his service for foreign people. It's not like you're doing it for free.
Very poor. Since i have been trying to register my self but when i reach the place where they request a code to confirm,when i enter the code ,no way its refuting. Conclusion i dont know what to do. The number we should contact even is not going through. Worst app😵😵
Revenue is important, but being greedy is not the way for a giant company with multi-million revenue yearly. First, I was convinced to change my exam from the one in the test center to Special Home Edition and they claimed "it's the same". Now, AU and NZ don't accept it, but nobody cares. Thank you for your reply. At the time of the test there was no such page and the claim was as I described above.
App doesn't work, uninstalled multiple times, installed back still show " something went wrong " clear regs... still the same issue.
Idk if im stupid or what, i used my existing email to register for toefl, it says you may have already created an account, please sign in. I tried but they said Sign in system error. So i tried to register using a new email. It shows me the same thing, you may have already created an account. Lol what is this?
It was a horrible experience man!. I am trying to make a payment for my score order but I have no idea where to pay that amount and how will I be provided my score. The useless app too Everytime redirects you to the useless website. Will anyone tell me where to pay and how to get my score ?
I re-installed the app just now(as recommended), however, the issue is still there. The app keep loading the error page saying "Something went wrong". 😞 I am using S20+(SM-G986N).
It doesn't work well, specially when I want to check test centers for next months. Please fix it. It can be very useful
After coming back to the app, most bugs are fixed now, I'm changing my feedback because the app is working fine.
