Needs options. The app works well on my Pixel but there's a few things I don't like ,,, you can't pay in store and you can't adjust the toppings. Because of that ,,, it's a little clumsy to navigate because you expect additional windows for ordering and pricing that are not there. So, you have to go back and forth checking your order, description, etc. Needless to say, it is not for me because I like everything on me sub.
Poor implementation. Not even a comments field for the order let alone a sandwich. Changing an order to a favorite or ordering it again locks up my phone. Ability to easily modify pickup instructions or car type is not there yet. Want this to be useful but its not if I can't get a sandwich done the way I would like... especially at $10 for a regular.
The app doesn't provide all the available menu options and despite a pretty standard order THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG! Because of an under performing app and human error (I can't eat the jalapeƱo chips they provided instead of the ones I specified)I can't rate this very high.
I grew up on Togo's is Northern Cali. Love the fact that they are in Vegas now. Store operates very smoothly and the sandwiches are tastier then ever. I find the app easy to use but haven't tried to re-order anything or mess around with any favorites.
I love the food but the app is flawed. I placed an order for delivery. The app didn't allow me to choose the amount of the tip. My delivery was changed to a pick up order without checking with me first. I was unable to pick up the order so I looked to cancel, but I couldn't find an option for cancelling an order. I had to call the restaurant to ask to have it cancelled. The order still appears on the app and the charge is still pending on my credit card. I think this is going to be a problem.
Literally one of the worst apps ive ever used to order food. This is a terrible representation of the quality of togos and their sandwiches. The signup process was difficult and cumbersome. The navigation through the menu was difficult and arduous.....even the portion where I give them money was pretty tedious. This app need a serious retrofit.
Missing calorie information and some sandwich photos. Worst, ordering a sandwich is FAR from intuitive. Keeps going where you don't want to go and just wastes a lot of time before you can finally get it right and place the order.
All worked out really well. My only complaint is when ordering you cannot make corrections i.e. add or change condiments. You have to delete and start over once the item is in the cart.
Ordering online for a pick up is a waste. Most of the time I have to wait even if I come later than it says it's ready. I've also gotten sandwiches that are missing items and you don't know until you get home and open the sandwich. So sick of it! Subway is starting to sound better and better.
I don't understand why there's no option to add extra anything. I always get extra pickles and peppers, so I tried adding the request for those extra to the name section. It was ineffective. If you need to charge for it, fine. Just let me order my sandwich the way I want it.
Can't reset password so can't use app had to use website as guest. When you go to support they ask for personal details like your registering again. Not even sure if you can claim points for your guest orders. Senseless way to reset password and lose points.
Overall, the app this very streamlined. But it could use some additional resources like: being able to add a receipt of purchase for rewards, & a digital card scanner in the app making it easier to access discounts and rewards.
App is easy to use. Only thing I don't see is ability to order half and half on the app. Another flaw, I think š¤, is switching to a substitute dressing for a salad it charges 50 cents, but I can swap in person for free.
What's wrong with your app? I guess you don't want or need my business. Tried to order my usual lunch order and said something was wrong with my credit card. No way! Just used the same card on two different apps for lunch. You lose.
Don't waste your time. This app is utter garbage. It won't let me log in to my old account or create a new one. 1) It won't let me login to my old account. "No matching guests found" 2) It won't let me reset my password. "Reset_Password.Server_Error" 3) It won't let me create a new account. "This mobile phone is in use" The company that Togo's contracted to create this app for them, Paytronix, ought to be ashamed of this dumpster fire.
It follows the basic KISS guidelines. Developers should know what this means lol. Great app, Easy to use. 1 Recommendation: Add a section for additional notes at check out. Something like 500 characters for customers to add something that may not be visible on the app but available in person.
The app is really easy to use. I just wish whoever delivered my sandwich could have had the common courtesy to knock on my door and/or follow delivery instructions instead of letting it sit on my porch for 20 minutes.
I gave up trying to register. First it wanted info that is none of its business. Additionally, i challenge anyone to enter their actual birthday. No, you can't just type it in. Finally, i could not get past the password page. No message, just nothing happens.
very slow to process pages and no way to correct an order. Also would be nice and helpful to have an option to let the store know when they made a mistake. Charged for something that I didn't get.
I like the app. Having the ability to note for extra on any or all of the produce would be a useful feature to add. Otherwise app is thumbs up :)
While it generally does what it should, there are some bugs that I can't believe still exist after even minimal testing. For example, if you try to reorder based on an earlier order but a *single* item is not available, the app refuses to add the rest of the items to your basket. Also, the Favorites feature is seriously broken.
