It does not like it when notifications are muted. It shows error message.
As a parent, I suppose it is useful for a school to contact me but I think it is too intrusive in the amount and type of personal information it wants to harvest. I don't like the app for this reason. I object to it wanting to (I am reading from the permissions screen) view and manage information on my google drive (it has no need to do this) AND wanting to associate me with my personal info on Google. No thank you.
Sometimes I dont receive messages, i have two children, either i receive messages from school for one of them or for the other but not both. Its the same number and email address. I have to uninstall the app and install it again but it happens again and again.
There's no way of turning off suggestions and it comes up saying there may be a problem with the app. There's no problem, I don't want to see notifications, otherwise easy to use
great app for contact betwwen schools and parents, I like it
The UI/UX is shockingly bad and needs a lot of work. They should look at ClassDojo as a good model to follow.
It works, but not really intuitive. Probably many functions we didn't use just because they aren't clear/obvious

Pretty terrible. Doesnt notify me for ages then suddenly notifies me for one thing and I see I've missed 5 or 6 updates
I hope i have an option to read it in english all the messages that the school is sending.

No matter what I do to the settings on this app, i never receive notifications of New messages from my daughter's school. I have to check the chat for her school in the app multiple times a day just to make sure I don't miss an important message. I hope her new school next year doesn't use this app.
