Tokeet Mobile

Great booking system and the best mobile app I've seen. I've been with Tokeet for three years.... And yes, it's been an uphill battle but one that they keep eventually reaching. They do try to address all issues. I have tried and planned to use a different booking system and channel manger and each time I do there is something that Tokeet has that the others don't and without it my day would be harder.

Loading is very slow when there are many properties. And it's extremely annoying that the app restarts every time I switch screen to another app and goes back, which makes it even slower.

Great user interface, and the app actually moves really fast. i'm honestly impressed with this one, especially seeing the state of some of the other channel manager apps out there...

Good app but the support team are becoming disastrous. There is one operative that speaks like a 5 year old and gives false advise. Every time we've had him his caused us problems and broken our connectivity. The other support staff tell us that we should "bare with him". For the amount of money we pay we shouldn't have to bare with anything. Other times support requests are simply ignored for hours or days. It's a mess and the devs need to fix it as people are leaving because of it.

FAKE REVIEWS. Just read enough of them and you'll see how there are several duplicates. I tried the actual product and it was way too buggy. The lowest success % integratung with BDC of all the channel managers listed, just have a look at their "unofficial" FB page to get an idea

this app crashes and locks you out and wastes your time. I am making the switch back to Wix!!! No one ever answers the phone and they do not return calls.

Usually I don't use mobile apps but since this one was free I decided to try it, and I'm definitely not going to delete it now. Very smooth function and lots of features.

Keeps saying my account is locked when accessing via the app even though I can log in fine via the website. been going on for a few weeks and support aren't being very supportive...

Fast user interface and all the features available on the web app are on the mobile app too. That's what I wanted, and that's what they delivered.

I don't often feel compelled to leave app reviews, but I just have to say that theirs is way better than I expected it. Usually, product apps are pretty weak afterthoughts, but Tokeet's is definitely something they took time with. Great work.

I only had this for a week but I use it every day now - super clean, super fast, and has all the features the full version has.

Pay to use service; however, can never login. Always states account is locked and to contact support! Have attempted to contact to no avail.

I'm just wondering how tokeet makes any money...the app is free, the full account only costs a few dollars per house...i feel like there's some sort of secret they're not telling us...very suspicious

I don't think they even mentioned it in the info, but we are using this app to give our cleaning staff instructions for each of our properties every day...huge feature!

Me and my business partners all downloaded this app at the same time and we all seem to be showing up at the office less and less since we're not tethered to the computer.

Great App and Website with really good support. Highly recommend. I have numerous properties I rent out as tourist accommodation and this is a great channel manager

Tokeet app has good controls and very fast. It has not crashed one time and I can answer inquiries from home.

For a phone app, this is surprisingly useful. I can stay in touch with my guests 24/7 now.

I'd say this is an indispensable piece of software when it comes to running my business daily. I'd be hiring someone else or locked on my computer all day otherwise.

Great UI, fast functions, everything is syncronized with my account instantly

Well, 2 days later and I think it's safe to say that I'll keep using this. I don't have to pull out my laptop every time there's an inquiry alert now!

Definitely helped my productivity, I've been able to answer all my inquiries fast enough to keep my response rate up for once!

Syncs up with everything on my account and functions perfectly. I give it full marks!

I just realized they have a mobile app...and it's awesome! I am just blown away at how much control I have over my business now.

The nicest thing about this is that I can lock down bookings while I'm out of the office and away from the computer. Doesn't get any better than that.

10 properties and counting, and not a day goes by that I don't use this app to run them.

We use tokeet for everything in our business so this app has been a massive help!
