According to my phone's battery usage report, Toky eats up to 30% by just running in the background. All my messengers dont eat more than 7% but I'm using them all the time. I guess the app needs to be optimized. So far, I can't afford that battery usage so I had to uninstall it. Hope the team fixes this soon.
Fails to transfer every time. Worse yet, it keeps the person connected but the app things you're not on the phone. Follow that up with they can still hear you and you have no way of hanging up - have to force stop. Awful!
Great support. App is aboit 90% production ready minor hiccups on mobile app and windows app (which is brand new) I would recommend it to anyone with 4+ callers. I would say state if your using any VPN tell them where it is and give them the IP as they have a fairly strong firewall and it seems IPS. Their edging and hosting is great they will put ur instance right beside your exit node so you can get better quality then ur cell provider depending on your network latency. They resolve any issue within an hour. Again I just highly recommend this company before they get too expensive as they are building up really fast.
SMS notifications haven't been working for two months or more, support keeps saying they've fixed it but haven't. They've not updated the app in over a month and it's still not working.
This company is terrible. Non existent customer service and the phone is always delayed by like 5 seconds. Ontop of that they don't offer refunds even though we had our number ported to another service and we cannot use Toky even if we wanted to. Highly recommend avoiding this phone service.
App is completely broken on my Samsung S20+, support has been beyond incompetent. I've been using toky for 1.5 years and have had to so frequently reach out to fix issues that I now know and recognize multiple members of the support team by name. Please fix your broken application
Bad and unreliable app. When I asked for my phone numbers to be ported elsewhere, they are nowhere to be found

Hi, I am having several issues with the app, I try to call and it says I am not online, it won't let me go online, also deals the call but I can't hear anything, in the end it costs me money but I never called
The app is ok but looks very much like old school. Some UI updates would be good.
This app has not worked on my galaxy in over a year and it's driving me crazy
I signed up and then it doesn't recognize email and password.

Revolutionary application in android device. You can use it as softphone, you can record your outbound and inbound call at ease. Must use app
App works pretty well but does not support SMS (their site does though). Seemingly no bluetooth support. I've been happy with Toky as a service, their app could use some love though.
Unreliable App for making and receiving calls. Support blame Android all the time. I am unable to receive calls 90% of the time and calls drop.
It stops working suddendly without I know and I dont get the calls. Also, when Im calling sometimes I stop listening the other person on the line. It happens a lot.
How I recharge in this app
Funny that an app which only purpose is to make and receive calls doesn't allow either of those. I cannot make or receive calls. When I finally manage to start a call, I stop hearing the other person . Couldn't be worst.
No gmail accepted during account creation so did not open account till now Sir.
They assigned a phone numver that was already in use. (some random guy was getting our support calls). When i contacted support about it they were dismissive and indufferent to the issue. when i later had to cancel my subscription that was a pain as well. I've provably apent 3 hours of time more than $100 and all my temper on this terrible service. With no value to show for it. my recommendation: STAY AWAY
