I tried it, and emmm... I suck lol. The game gives you a health bar after 15 tries on the same machine you can the item. Every 3 days you get a free ticket that will expire after 24 hours.. Each try is very expensive too. 1st time you will get 6000 points roughly for $60 SGD but after that it goes down to 3300 points for $60 SGD So 1 try 360 so that more than 6 dollars a try I spend way too much money and i suck too much using the 15/15 life line to get the toy. Overall it is fun but too ex.
I have problem with getting my tickets. It was my first time doing this and still haven't recieve it. I don't know if it's a bug error or not but that's what has been happening. Other than that, its a decent app. ;)
Has extremely limited locations in the USA for shipping and my location/part of the USA isn't listed at all. There's no point in playing the crane games with real item prizes if said prizes can't be shipped to where I live.
App is great for attempting to earn some prizes. There is some lag when playing, so you may get kicked out the game and lose the coins spent. I was able to snag 5 figurines and had them shipped out. Shipping was incredibly fast considering how far the distance was, only took about a week. One complaint though, not sure if it was the company or shipping, but two of the boxes the figurines came in was crushed at the ends. The items themselves are still in great condition though.
The closest area to me is a couple of hours away and right at the sign up screen it says "We don't deliver outside the selected area." Which means that I cannot sadly play which I was EXTREMELY excited for :(
Terrible and Unfair. The lag even with good internet still is bad. And the claw machines never get a good hold of the prize in question, and always is undone by the prize's weight, regardless if you get a good hold of it. I would easily give it 5-star if the claws could actually lift the prizes, and there was an easier way to get tickets. I don't reccomend this app at all. at all unless you just want to waste time. (Edit: this doesn't even have the same prizes as the ios version does too!!!)
I had a great time on this app, I have won over 25 items and they have been shipped out super fast, I receive them within 2 weeks which is great for a claw app. Once you get a hang of the lag it is easier to time it, the prices I got were amazing quality and in excellent condition. It can get a bit pricy to play but that is expected since you are winning 20$+ figures and stuffed animals. I like that they use an empty box instead of the figure so that the box doesn't get damaged . 10/10
Honestly it's a great app but there are few minor things you must fix, a gigantic one being the camera for certain devices, only certain ones can see the prize floor and the others are covers to where you can't see anything. For instance today there was a Nintendo switch on the prize menu, and i went to try to get it, but i couldn't see the prize floor, as to where my friend, another player on this app had a full view, I'm using a Phoenix 4 Samsung, while they use a iphone11, please fix this.
Doesn't work. I tried their free games, and the controls lagged so badly that the claw didn't even move on the third game. Also, the camera quality looks like it's from the early 2000's. Also, very limited delivery areas. I live in PA, and the closest are is new York city. Such a shame, some serious potential here.
After all this time of trying to win but ending up over shooting because of how much lag there is, I finally got 1 to end up where it needs to be it goes down perfectly and the closes. I thought this is the one. The claw starts going up and boom no grip strength. 0 grip strength the box didn't even move up at all. They best part is it let's you rewatch your attempts and yup didn't even move when the crane went up.
It only gives you one time ,so one mess up,no going back,is slow,and grip is very weak ,what a waste of time
Unlike other reviews, I have got the game to load. They do give you 6 free play tickets to use but unfortunately NONE of the machines are accepting play tickets? I'm sure it's just an issue with the app, hoping they fix it soon so I can try it out. Always excited to check out new claw games, but disappointed I couldn't use my play tickets and will not invest in points until I see the mechanics of the claw/game and lag rate.
Should rename to Tokyo Cash Grab. App used to be good, you could win decent prizes in a fair amount of plays. Their claws have steadily been getting weaker and more rigged. Your money gets less and less points. Go to JCM if you want a good experience, I've had better luck with them and they actually help you.
Winning is not possible. I have quite a few claw machine apps on my phone and there are more that I tried and deleted off of my phone. This one is being deleted very soon. I'll try 1 more time tomorrow with my daily free ticket and that all folks! There are no machines that you can actually try to grab an stuffed animal. They are ALL boxes and they never get picked up and hardly ever move at all.
I won two prizes so far, one with just a Freeplay. It took a few months but that is expected with the virus. They have a pretty good selection of prizes, mainly figures. One thing is they don't have a lot of different booths, but their customer service is quick.
I've recently won my first 2 prizes and received them from Japan in about 2 weeks total. They were packaged very well. Tokyo Claw Machine is a great option for UFO catchers. The app is well designed and has a solid array of prizes that refresh often. You receive a free play ticket every 3 days for logging in.
Game is expensive. There is *no* free shipping, despite what it claims. The cameras are low-quality, and set up in ways that make it so you're garunteed to miss your first few chances just figuring out what you're looking at. All the cranes are hard; the cranes with the small one-dollar prizes are just as hard as the big brand figures. You're better off going with Toreba.
The prize are unwinnable, it is very obvious the box is stick on to the board. (Been trying for close to a month) Lol. It gives a free ticket per day thou, you guys can try it out and prove me wrong. To app: Please set up the games fairly if you want people to play and pay for your games.
When I downloaded this app, I thought I was going to play a claw machine app with a 4.2 star rating. But so far, I don't think it deserves 4.2 stars AT ALL. Because not only that I can't even play the game, but when it's loading it'll either say "Error" or "Invalid username and password". How's that even possible when I haven't even played the game or even better (from what I can recall) when I didn't even set up a username or password? I don't know.
Won two prizes months ago and they refuse to ship them out. They keep using the Corona Virus as an excuse but there are other claw games that are still shipping prizes. I also have a friend who played this, and got their item to ship. But they keep refusing to ship mine. Be wary of this app!
This was a very bad app. It's a scam, the internet is extremely laggy, the screens won't load so you don't know what you're doing, and the controls suck to the point you can't get anything. This is a horrible app. Don't install.
It's impossible to control the crane. There's a single button to control it, it moves in ONE direction and stops before the time runs out. All in all, garbage.
Im so disappointed....from the many positive reviews i let my hopes get up that this app was finally what i had been searching for. But, to my dismay, i cant even get past the initial loading page!!! It has a pop up that i had to translate by google eye that says invalid id and password..which is weird considering i havent even gotten past the first loading page...i guess its back to download and delete again searching for a legit claw game that wont break the bank. So sad...
# 1 This game is though Google Play yet there is no payment method for Google, which goes against there Policy. #2 I won prizes back in October that still hasn't shipped, Support keeps saying they ship in order, but my friend won a prize last week and it has already been shipped out, so that's a lie. #3 Don't waste your time and money on this scam, if so try Toreba, at least you get a chance to recieve your prizes.
Far too much lag to win anything. Crane takes a few seconds to move once you press the button, so you have no idea when to stop.
It's took about 4 month to get the prize but at least I got it in the end. Not sure if that the average time frame to get it. It's worth a play at the very least.
It is a nice game but only can try it once. After that one try you have to buy the rest, and it's pretty expensive for a game that could be a scam.
It made me play thea machines using the tickets but after you lost all your tickets you need to use your real money to buy another ticket/cp. The game is very hard because the claw machines cant even get that small little prize on the game.
I get the prize with congratulations screen but the prize pull back by the staff becoz of previous player submit win request which he suppose not to win.The box not properly drop to the hole and no sensor detect but my play have it. The player give up and I continue play till box drop to hole and system detect my win.My prize gone to cart but pull back by staff.Complain also useless. History play to makesure box drop to hole/until sensor detect is funny?I wan back my prize!
I mean, it's decent? It works great! Despite what the bad reviews say. If you time the claw just right, it'll go where you want it to go, that's all. Just a camera latency they probably can't afford a better one. I did almost get one prize, but couldn't win a second one. Which you need a second prize to deliver. Unlike toreba, this one has strength! And does lift prizes easier, a lot more genuine. You can win a prize! Ignore the bad reviews. People are just stingy. :/
