Tokyo Ghoul: Dark War

I have been playing this game for over a year and the Battle Points Mode in the Team Challenge is still really buggy. Said Team Challenge and the Real-time Battle modes were intorduced but never finished. All-in-all this is a fun game, I think it does a whole lot of things right and well; however, there are a few hiccups. I'd like to see the bugs fixed.

This is a great game that I've had loads of fun playing, However recently there's been a bug/glitch that's happening with the VIP draw. Every time i click on the button that sends me to the VIP draw page it just doesn't work, for example no heroes are showing up on the screen and if I attempt to buy a VIP draw it just says unkown area. If you could, please fix this problem. Thank you.

It was amazing, it included scenes from the anime, graphics are off the charts, and the community is very nice, although when I started out, it was a little laggy, and some levels are hard to beat, and I can't grow my heros bc I don't have enough items, plus just after 3 days of playing, I got a notification telling me to update. Its a nice game, and I highly recommend it, but if you aren't that great with patience and accepting defeat, choose another game :)

I have been playing this app daily since downloading it and I really enjoy it. Unlike so many other games similar to this layout, I can really feel a sense of progression and growth each time I play it. Even if it's just being able to get a 3 star score on something I previously could only get 2 stars on, or leveling up I still can feel the progression and that is something I really enjoy. It's taken the bad parts of grinding out allowing for sweeps when you get those 3 stars. Highly recommend.

I think this is a good game. love the graphics, the style, and the story of the game too. Tokyo Ghoul is one of my favorite animes ever my only problem is that everytime I close the game just to take a break, and I open it again later it always ask for my account that I signed into just to keep my account and achievements idk if anyone else has experienced this but it's annoying. But other than that it keeps all my stuff as I repeatidly log in again

I really enjoy the game. I can play various characters in different costumes and with various weapons and play through the Tokyo Ghoul anime storyline. Now for the issues with this app: I hate that when I switched phones I couldn't use the same data from the first phone and for some reason the data is only on my phone?! Oh top of that the game takes too much storage and heats up my phone.

Really good game, but there's a lot that's unfinished. At the time of this review, I've been playing for roughly 9 months so it'd take too long to list out everything that I've noticed should be looked at by the developers, but some examples would be some characters with no voices, some missing animations, and of course balancing. The game has a lot of potential and I'm excited to see what they do in the future.

I love this game. The characters have great voice lines. But when the new update dropped, I was excited about what they were gonna add. And I couldn't even get pass the loading screen. I tried everything, redownloading the game, clearing space. Restarted my fricking phone. Nothing worked. And now im trapped. My goal was to beat Yuvin, and i can't even do that. So if you see WillySeraZ on the leaderboard, just know that I can't play again. Edit! : I finally got everything back! It was a long wait

Great game with great character selection and art. Very easy to use and learn. If you're a Tokyo ghoul fan you'll really enjoy collecting the character variations and making them stronger. Only thing I'd like to see more of is interaction with friends online. Maybe like a gift giving system or something similar that makes having friends more worth while and more interactive for when me and y friends can play together. Would recommend to play this if you're a TG fan.

It's fun and not too hard. But there's no where near all the characters. Only some of the characters from TG and TG Root A, none from Re. But there are like 20 characters with seasonal outfits if thats your thing. And there's a few bugs, for example many people can't switch between the teams they have. Another unfortunate aspect is that if you use diamonds to draw 10 times from Luxury or VIP, there's a high chance you'll get R rated heroes rather than SR-SSR. But all in all a fun game

I love the game, and it is very free to play friendly. The only real issue is they never really update the game, or bring new content. This hurts it tremendously in that they make far less profits and interest players fror far shorter amounts of time. Additionally, many things are not very refined. I know they put much effort into the game, but if they could make it look more like it, I think it would make for a flawless experiance.

great game, unlike similar Games of this genre it doesnt hand everything to you on a silver platter, simply put you actually have to work to make any progress, that Being said some of the processes are repetitive and can wind up Being tiresome, however when Your are able to obtain a character or reach some sort of goal it is really rewarding. overall this is a great game to work hard at, it may not be as well suited to casual players but it is still a very worthwile game to play.

The game itself is good. I originally started playing, shortly after launch. Stopped due to performance issues while playing, on my old Android device. Months later with somewhat of a new device... I'm back and really digging it. Being a fan of the anime, it was done some justice with this mobile game. I'm only giving this 4 stars, due to small instances of lag. 🔥🔥🔥 🤙🏻 Rock on dev's. Rock on! 😁💯 Another thing: In Arena mode, it would be cool if there was an option, to play manually. 👌🏻

Great game, love the gameplay, characters and game modes, there are a few flaws though, for example the draws, it is quite difficult to get ssr heroes, especially since you got rid of the time limited draw. I really hope you're still supporting this game because I love it, but I feel that you could make a few changes to make the game better, like adding new characters, and less variants of existing ones. You could add Uta, Itori or even :re characters like Haise. (Also plz do a :re expansion)

Great game with great potential (I think it's way better than "Tokyo Ghoul: Re birth" and " Tokyo Ghoul: War Age"), but it's full of bugs, and poor decision making, therefore a poor coding as I can expect, the summoning rates are also bad. that's basically what annoys me the most about your game, but in general I love it...so pls fix those bugs, and don't turn into a Pay to Win.

So I would love to actually know for myself that the game is amazing but unfortunately I have been trying to play for over a week while the game works great for my boyfriend and his phone. I can't even get through the tutorial it kept freezing at the same exact spot. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled and i had to start the tutorial completely over. I wanted to throw my phone at the wall.

I love this game but, in the new update all of my credit was erased. I had no problem before?. Besides that the game is amazing, I really love th graphics and stuff. It's a very cool game, and kinda realistic if you think about it (?). But I think that, their should be at least two (or three) fixes. In my opinion, I believe that my comment is both negative & positive. But I really hope that the developer does get those problems fixed this game is really my favorite (compared to the anime manga).

It's gameplay is amazing, I love all the different events and daily events they have but 1, I was an original player from when it first dropped and it's become a money grabbing game and I remember when it first came out the creators were all about "The fun of a mobile game with out the hassle" and now it's literally a money grabber which as an original player is highly disappointing. The graphics has always been great and all but I've lost my game file MULTIPLE times. Back a couple years ago I played long and hard for a year and reached 100,000 RC and then some but all my data disappeared and I cried because I worked yesterday so hard to get there. I redownloaded it a week ago, got to 60,000 RC and now it's deleted again. I'm sick of it and I've spent over 50$ on the game and all for nothing. I've tried it both ways, paying, not paying, all with the same growth but the fun is sucked out of it if you're forced to go through it 5 times. The game glitches when you do the tutorial and will not let you continue, and it will randomly reset your game. I had so many heros that took me a while to get. Please fix this ASAP. I love this game once you get past all the issues. The game is really fun and the story line really reminds me of the anime which I truly love. That's why this game has a 3 star and not 1.

It's a good game. Amazing graphics, good characters and just an interesting and fun experience. I just wish they were to add a few other characters, like Uta. There Is a few lag problems but they dont really bother me. I recommend you download this game if you're a fan of tokyo ghoul.

I can only connect to the game via WiFi. It doesn't matter if my phone is 65Mbps down and 32Mbps up, it's an endless loading screen. The wifi I'm connected to is 30Mbps down and 6Mbps up and it connects with no problem. I'm never home so this is disappointing. I've reinstalled so many time and there was an update today so idk what the issue is.

Tutorial is too long. Pressing where the game tells you to press may not work, had to restart the game multiple times. In missions enemies have a possibility of not spawning and when this happens you cant quit the game so turn it off and back on again, but that might not work either. I expected more considering I loved how they implemented the cutscenes from the anime, but the problems faced in this game are hardly worth the low fps cutscenes.

I love this game, the gameplay is excellent and unparalleled on any other mobile games i like the challenge it's great, however if they add season 3 they need to add centipede kaneki as a boss. I have seen many of the bad reviews and a lot of them are from low level players who strongly dislike challenge and working towards getting higher level characters.

so i am not going to rate low for a MINOR PROBLEM. the game wont let me draw from the VIP pass. i have one but it just sais error. the other draws work fine. but the graphics are amazung controls easy and the general gameply is really challenging. not mad hard but challenging. fix the VIP pas problem and an easy five star

The game itself is really fun. The only problem is it's really laggy and you have to wait for it to load constantly which is really annoying. I wish they would fix the lag, and I hope they do fix it because the game is really fun and addicting. I'm also hoping they add new characters from Tokyo Ghoul: Re.

Everything looks okay, maybe a bit improvement about the graphics will be good and for the controls, its a bit hard if the movement control is fixed on its location. Aside from that, its good. But you can always make it better :) thanks for this game :)

I've been playing this game for over a year now and I gotta say it's a really good game my only problem is the fact that it is always reconnecting for example when I'm fighting in a stage or the server boss another problem is that it constantly logs me out of the game from time to time so can u fix those problems Bandai because this would be the first time u listen to people and try to fix your games.

Simply, the game is a money trap featuring low drop rates and resource starvation. Seems to be the new norm in mobile gaming. If you aren't prepared to spend money, don't expect to make any actual progress for long periods of times. Overall disappointing because the gameplay, at least the modes it actually allows you to play, are quite fun. Less predatory drop rates and more playable modes would improve the game, but why give us that when you can give us 15 more versions of the same character?

I would give it a 5 but there's been some complications...like my game data has gone missing after my brother changed the server but I sync it with my google account.I tried refreshing but nothing happened. I hope that you could fix this because I have been playing it for a long time and a lot of progress have been made

I think that this game is incredibly well made. The characters are all smoothly made and the fight sequences are really cool. It's also great to see how much you can interact with other players and compete against each other to be the best. Overall, the game is exceptional and I 100% recommend that you try it out, especially if you are a Tokyo Ghoul fan!
