Absolutely Horrible experience. Crashes, frozen screens, error messages, surveys you nearly completed getting stuck or suddenly just at the end deciding you don't qualify... So many issues both on the app and the website! Plenty of screenshots taken, numerous tickets filled up. Toluna people telling everything's solved when it obviously isn't, ignoring you with all their might... Misunderstanding on purpose. 7 days test wholly unimpressive and appalling. Account deleted, app uninstalled.

Was using the app well for 2 years until now. Couldn't log into the app anymore. Sent a request and was told that I had answered survey that contradict profile or is not in term, but never told me what I did wrong? And my account was suspended. While I had points accumulated and gift cards that are still loading! This is unfair and frustrating. Waiting to see if they could tell me what I did wrong and will update.

Great app with easy navigation. Minimalistic design and Mobile friendly. Recently completed some milestones and tried redeem voucher. excellent delivery within 3 days. Suggestions : a lot of times the survey gets full after few minutes. There should have been prorated points for the time spent.

Surveys Sketchy! I've attempted to do 5 surveys, 1 rerouted me and said oops sorry an error has occurred. 2 others after completing said that my answers didn't match what they were looking for so I didn't collect points for even doing it. The other 2 asked questions that I answered and then oddly enough both froze so I didn't get those points either. I'm sure there's better survey apps out there. If you really are into doing this type of stuff look for a better app.

The prizes are good once you've saved up enough, but it takes ages to get points. At least half the time, the "survey is full" or "you do not match the profile" that the survey wants, so you don't get any points.

I can build my points up quite easily, however, I am unable to answer the last question on my profile survey. I just get the timer spinning around and around. I have e mailed several times, only to be told to uninstall it and reinstall, which I have done, several times. Then I was 4old that I needed to update it (I have auto update) but I STILL get the timer so I'm no further on. Apart from this, it's great. Please fix this as it's really frustrating

Was working ok for awhile and then they changed the app/website. Of the last 24 surveys I have tried to do only 6 worked. The rest have either out right not worked or shown an error right at the end of the survey. Pretty off putting when you have put in 20 minutes of your time and then receive no points.

I love all of the variety of surveys. It is frustrating when you fill out a survey for 10 minutes and then are told you either don't match what they want or that the survey has just filled up OR you are finished and click the continue button and you get "It's not you... please retry later" error! It is great when you fulfill the survey and are rewarded the points.😊 I have tried to order the $50 Amazon card 3×, but it is kicked back returning the points.🥴 A 2nd email said "Please ensure you're not using a VPN or proxy setting when visiting Toluna." I have NO CLUE what that even means!! I received a $25 Amazon card before with no problem. I have just attempted to purchase another. Hopefully it will let the transaction go through!

Waste! This is AFTER filling out the timely surveys to tell them about myself. It says the survey is 11 minutes, I spend 12 mins answering the specific questions about different liquors & verifying which ads I knew and then it told me that I didn't qualify and I get nothing...repeatedly. Also, I've had it error out at the end after 15-20 minutes and I get nothing. I'm at 3,500 points and need 150,000 for a gift card. I've wasted collectively 3-4 hours. Not worth it.

Everything was fine for me till now. but for around 10 days everytime i got a survey and try to fill it. it shows your profile is not eligible for the survey for every survey it shows the same message and now it is getting so much irritating and annoying. If my profile is not eligible then shows me only those survey that i am eligible for.

Was working ok but now each time a start a survey somewhere along the line I get an error message saying it's not you it's us! That is frustrating because I wasted 10 mins on the survey and it doesn't count.

Surveys frequently freezes and does not load. Else after you spent 10 to 15 mins doing the survey, it tells you that you are not the group that they want to survey and you get 0 points, such a waste of time. This applies to both app and web version. Therefore, its not easy to earn 81.4k of points to exchange for cash in paypal.

At the end of survey when you press submit it shows the error and it's keep happening and ending up getting no points. They should do something about it.

After an update i get logout from the app.When i want to login i forgot my pass and already click for 'forget password' i already do it several times but no email for reset my password. I already done it from lastweek but until i click 'forget password' the email never arrive. I just recieve survey invitation email from toluna. What really happened actually? Pls fix it

Needs to update the app. They take survey for more than 15 minutes and suddenly you get a msg that its not you its us and you can redirect in 30 seconds which never does. Waste of time. Disappointed.

Can you guys give us a notification when the surveys are available Till this date i have just points which i gained from completing my profile nothing other than that, all the time there are no surveys available and when they are available they don't give any notification so that when we return to the app .. they have already been expired . Also if you get a chance to do survey (if you are lucky enough ) then after asking you half of the questions they will say uh..uh this survey is full

The app has been pretty good for me so far. I haven't experienced the loading problems that others mentioned in the reviews and I am now quite close to cashing out on the PayPal reward. Sometimes the surveys can be buggy, but I've found this on every survey app or site. I would recommend that Toluna adds a way to refresh the pages and report an issue with a survey, and possibly partially reward people if they are kicked off a survey having completed some or all of it (as Qmee does).

Scam. They lure you with rewards. But halfway through surveys after getting enough personal details from you , they remove you in the middle saying your profile doesn't match survey requirements without giving you any points. This happens for all surveys... That way they get all the required details but you don't get any points.

I am so upset with this app. In the begining I was actually receiving gift cards and even cash but now i cant log on and after speaking with them I found out they suspended my account and said since it is suspended, I will not receive my $60 payment. That I forfeit my reward. Absolutely ridiculous. I have been loyal to them since I began completing their surveys. They said it is because in one of the surveys I contradicted what I said in my profile survey? That is ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Randomly banned contacted support. They told me i broke one of the terms of agreement yet couldnt specify which. It happened right after i cashed out for first time. Did not receive because they canceled my earnings. Do not download this app

Seems cool to begin with, but what's the point of the "personal surveys to find ones that match you", when I still only get ones I don't qualify for? I'd give it 5 stars if I could actually complete a single surgery at least once in a while

Previously I had no issue of redeeming PayPal reward. But this time for some unknown reason the point has been returned back after trying to redeem twice. Contacted toluna and still yet to hear anything from them. Why i cannot redeem any paypal reward pls explain

Seems so odd that the app will keep asking you about your kids, their ages and if they are allowed to complete surveys.. you have to gain thousands of points just to get a $20 gift card... there's apps to play games and make more money in a faster pace than this.

The app is good ,unfortunately some surveys do not apply to me as I'm unemployed yet I'm getting surveys asking about my company etc. And also in the middle of answering the questions the survey won't allow me to finish.

Not really to my expectation because it there no survey that suit me. The survey also always repeating itself. Tq for the service btw.

The app is better than others. But most of the time , survey filled up, profile not matched.

Na I used this app, coz my friend recommended it, but the frustrating came when they give you a survey but screen out before even started. It's annoying to no end.
