This app is far inferior to Walgreens' or CVS' apps. My biggest complaint is that I can't see when a prescription is ready to be picked up. I can click to ask for a refill, but I find no way to view the status of other prescriptions. The app is also confusing. It sometimes talks about a username but other times uses email address. I have always logged in using my email address, but one of the help pages says I should input my username. I never chose a user name - just my email address.
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! I did exactly what I was supposed to do as guided by app. I set up Rxs for delivery, entered credit card info. I have been charged 3 times, bank account is overdrafted and I don't have my Rxs. if I pick them up, have to pay AGAIN as the store can't see that I have been charged 3 TIMES already yet still have no prescriptions in hand. DO NOT USE.
How did this app pass quality control? It doesn't let me verify my mobile number after replying 'Y', I can't find any place to add a 2nd prescription. It opens dozens of screens when you try to say "yes I replied to the text" over and over then throws an error. I can't even use the app for its intended purpose. Terrible app.
very good but I do not like that upgrade doesnt show price of prescription and the price in the historical is hit or miss depending on prescription. Used to be able to look at cost before going to pick up meds

This app simplifies my prescriptions and reminds me of refills. This management tool has really helped me.

The most useless app I've ever seen. They took an app that was working good and they replaced it with an app that literally does not work at all. Every single time you try to refill a prescription it shows an error message. It really is the most frustrating thing ever. I'm probably going to switch from Tom Thumb just because of the situation. I am not able to call during the day and this makes my refills continuously late. Get it together Tom Thumb! FIRE the developers & get your money back.
