Worst company to buy watches. Bought premium watches of Tommy last year with my first salary and today the strap material of the watch has become white. Absolutely wastage of money. Feels embarrassing when you wear that and travel as a state cricket team coach. All the pomp and show for nothing. Utter disgrace in services even.
The worst app ever, after installing it asked me to connect my smart watch via bluetooth though I don't want to so I got stuck with no going back or forward. I had to force exit the app. Why do I have to connect my watch to this stupid app !!!!
It clearly says that this app is for TH Smart watch. Not for other TH products. If you don't own a TH24/7 Smart watch, you don't have any business downloading this app. I've had mine for about 2 years now, works as good as any ios or Android smart watch. 😉😉
Can't get past login screen. Reverts back to login screen after you input username and password rendering smart watch essentially useless.
Bad app, after you register it want to connect to a smart watch and it won't let you do anything if you don't have a smart watch
Why do I have to necessarily pair a watch with this app even when I don't have one. Doesn't really make any sense. You gotta be real. Really disappointed.
I have the watch bought as a gift, using a Samsung 3 2017,it can find the watch but it will not connect, I have tried loads of Times now, really gutted, the watch is really nice, it was a gift off my wife, celebrating 25years of marriage.
You don't need any review.You are doing very good to drop your brand (we don't need to connect our mobile to smart watch, you need to terminate this page from your app.)
the only reason I would not recommend this app to most people is because it automatically thinks that you have a watch and even if you do it doesnt allow me to connect.
So this app is for a selected group of people who have smart watches. If you dont need or have a smart watch you cant use the app.What a useless app.
wouldn't let me use the app unless it was conncect to a bluetooth watch, which i dont have. couldnt exit out of the tab unless i closed the app.
You cannot use the app without a tommy watch. I do not know why they literally want you to own a tommy watch but this is ridiculous.
Absolutely nonsense, ridiculous that you have to sign in / use the app with Tommy watch even if you don't have it or any need for it . Disappointed 😥

Doesn't work. "Watch not found". Requires to agree to share personal data to third-party organizations.
App requested smart watch witch is not practical as can't work without it.

The flexability of this app is not what any of us expect . This is a clothing brand it should be straight forward and to the point when it comes to buyer to seller contact I love tommy as a brand and look and everytime I buy from them it takes me 40 minutes to get there I downloaded this app for convenience bit I'd honestly rather drive the 40 minutes. If the dev's see this take a step in the consumers footsteps and give them what they really want a simple and easy to use app.
