I want to pause my subscription for the summer watched the video but the bottom portion I need to click on to complete the process will not show on my phone screen. It says the website was updated on May 4, 22, but I can't find anywhere to validate this up date. Also, on the car washes, it never cleans the right side as (windows) as it does the left side with any wash type you purchase. FYI...you really need to fix your vacuum system at your Fremont, Nebraska location, it was good.

It doesn't say directly what plan I can get and billing options. I have to search for everything. I think Tommy's is a very good place to clean my vehicle but I'm trying to do the monthly plan and get the right service but it's very difficult to find.

The app is very basic which isn't a bad thing. However I had issues first creating an account. The wash just opened and ran a promo for a free wash. I downloaded the app to try it for "pay per wash" and was only able to choose the subscription. Then when I finally got through and made an account WITHOUT a subscription, I am unable to add my vehicles. I am greeted with "Vehiclel license plate is already in use".

The app works unless you are looking to use a promotional code to begin your subscription. Even when entering the code to initiate, the app failed to apply the code, and charged my credit card the first month. When I tried to make sure it did it correctly, the app then applied the code to an additional month. When I contacted the company they were unwilling to correct the mistake that their app created. Unfortunately, there is no way to use the service apart from the app. Please fix.

I sign up for the free one month trial, the employee said it will not charge me. When I look now I see my card # which I never approved them to retain. I just want to cancel but I don't see an option in the app.

Don't see a way to remove my stored card details after cancelling subscription. Wash is fine and app is passable while you're subscribed but there's no reason to retain my card details when I've cancelled.

Forces you to SIGN UP contrary to its "try without signing up" option, which shows their nearby sites to select, then... Back to the sign up page. Hard loop. No means to view pricing options before signing up. Their drive-up price is spendy, not being able to assess monthly advantages is very suspicious, unsettling.

This app is good but it lacks a text notification option. It would be great if the client could select a "Home" wash and opt in for messages related to closures/maintenance. Its very disappointing to arrive only to find the wash closed.

App sucks! The vacuum section is stuck on "Vac#1" I've tried updating and logging out to fix and still nothing .

Trying to manage my subscription for renewal and it keeps kicking me out of the app .. I feel like they are trying to steal from me

RUN!! I get a monthly membership during all of my contracts and never had an issue until now. They've overcharged my card and are a fraudulent company. They use this app to get your information and bill immediately despite offering a free 30 days and discounts to frontline workers.

It's so nice to be able to just drive up to the gate and it reads the license plate and opens.

The Covington, Louisiana location is a fantastic car wash facility and the personnel are friendly and professional. Being an android phone user I encountered some initial problems when I attempted to cancel my subscription simply due to the fact that we are moving to an area where there are currently no facilities located to use. To the company's credit these issues were settled promptly and I rate the car wash itself 5 stars while giving 4 stars to the app due to initial difficulty.

Sad that the billing part is detached from the service part. I just got billed 4 days ago. I had 1 vehicle at $24.99 and another at the $19.99. I decided to switch the plans between the 2 vehicles and not change anything else. The amount is the same just 1 vehicle now gets the lower plan and the other gets the higher plan. They charged me an additional $4. I don't feel there should have been any additional charge because there was no upgrade just moved the plan between vehicles.

Cannot access many buttons and options in the app as scrolling does not work in pop ups. Make this available for tablets please. Not a tablet version just unlock its compatibility please

I keep getting charged for washes that aren't my vehicle. The license plate readers are not working properly at Twin Falls, Idaho and are mistakenly reading my license plate number when other vehicles are coming through. Happened twice this week.

This app sucks. The vacuums now require the use of this app to run them, and it never works. I have signed up and didn't get the month of free washes like the app says. This is terrible.

Got a new phone few months back, just installed the app, and it doesn't give me a sign in option. I already have an account and it's only giving me the sign up option

Why have an app that doesn't do anything? It shows the locations but not the hours. It only shows the locations, billing history, and make model of your car. The app has no other purpose. Their website is equally lame and they don't respond to emails. Beware. Once you ou are signed up they hit your card every month and wow, you can see it on the app.

Signing up in the app is supposed to get a month free. That didnt happen it charged me 34.99 that was not in my budget. With the way things are now this company thinks its a good idea to steal from people. Dont do it.

Stopped by a few days after their grand opening. When I was pulling into the parking lot, I was just amazed! The architecture of this facility is futuristic looking and inviting...I then drove through the lane where the license plate recognition readers retrieved my info. for the wash I previously selected in the application/website. The staff were mind blowing professional! They were all super cool and helpful. And I got free car washes for a month! Superb! ....CA: LOCATION 😎🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅😎

Car wash is fine. The app is confusing and cancellation is too complicated. I tried emailing and calling and still no results. Had to use a block on the credit card. It should be as simple as signing up but they make it complicated. That hurts business as far as I am concerned.

The app stopped working since the last update. I can't make any changes to my account because the save button didn't work. I can't view it add vehicles, it just spins, receipt screen is now just blank. WTH did you guys do? Did you not test properly? Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I do like the full self service compared to other car washes my car stays clean and shiny.

There is a button that says try without signing up and all it does is show you map and then take you back to the sign up page, what's the point. I can search for the nearest one a million places. So what am I trying without signing up, not a carwash. Worthless.

This app is so bad that it didn't even allow me to sign up. It only allowed me to pick primary locations that were more than 200 miles away and none of the ones in nebraska where I live and when I went to pick a wash plan nothing populated on the app. I called the local Tommy's wash and they couldn't do anything. Why in God's name would you make all customers use this app that was poorly designed? You can't even sign up with it and I can imagine based off the other reviews you can't cancel it ei

Had the service for about a year with no problem, needed to change payment method, system forces you to scan credit card rather than just enter information, app fails to scan valid card, message feature on app is unmanned, no way to contact company to fix it, no choice but to kill membership. Good product but app doesn't match the quality of the product.

They want to track your location, plus own the ability to take pictures and record video? Then they require complete access to add/delete/modify my SD card? They offer a "Free" month, but demand I fork over a CC! I've had my data compromised far too many times and I don't trust some little LLC to adequately protect my data. Wake up people! Stop accepting these over intrusive apps and companies. They make money selling your information.

Can not remove payment methods nor delete your account through the app. Extremely basic app that doesn't even tell you hours of operation for your location. I did not opt into emails. Sent multiple ad related emails without unsubcribe links. Just overly aggressive with all their advertising.
