It took me 5 seconds to start the identification, I did it in English and was fast and easy. I love that is a sustainable bank
The worst bank ever. Never register with them. I have beena client for at least 2 years. I didn't do anything illegal, nothing suspicious, just usual transactions and daily purchases. And in one day they decide to terminate my account. Never ever register with Tomorrow. Never... I will make sure to reduce the registration by your bank as much as I can. I will post everywhere. Shame on you doing that without any cause.
I really wanted to root for Tomorrow, but the identification process is bad. First attempt was moving forward but suddenly the connection cut. Other attempts led to errors on Tomorrow's app, and last attempt, the person simply disconnected me rudely when I said I didn't had headphones (which isn't required for the identification call... Connecting Bluetooth headphones leads the app asking me to disconnect them!). Difficult to open an account when the identification staff is so unhelpful...
10/10 idea. Features a bit lacking still but early days. In terms of the app though, can only have on one phone at a time...
Identity thieves! Be careful!! They told me that everything was fine, that my data had been successfully verified and that I would have my account in a few moments. After 24 hours, they closed it for no reason. They just want to steal your personal data and ID and face. Pay attention!!
Cannot perform identity verification. Tried multiple times. App crashes or logs out.
My account is stick on an error when I try to login but the support hasn't responded to my cry to resolve this issue
The overall user interface is just awesome. Transactions are actually done twice a day which comes in handy. Would wish to see some more designs in the app or simply be able to change certain pictures of for example the so called pockets. The 'art style' in the app is nice but could be made more suitable for people not interested in art (I assume that would make it even more attractive for younger folks).
It lacks a browser interface. The competitors can be accessible via either browser or mobile phone application. However, this one I cannot access unless I use the mobile phone. It can be very inconvenient to make certain operations if I have to use the computer and the mobile at the same time. Let alone typing the IBAN numbers on the mobile. I could just copy and paste from one window to another. Or just look at my finances and add it to a spreadsheet. The Just mobile phone interface isn't attractive to me, so much so that I am considering the competitors. (Like the one which exports my data to a CSV file or PDF)
Amazing app with an excellent support team, good cause, easy to use and to set up! Especially good for young people who are afraid of opening an account for the first time.
Impossible to carry out ID check. I tried a few times during the day, on two different days, no dice. Contacted tomorrow.one support, and they suggested trying after 8 in the evening. Well, I left it on 'please wait, you are being connected..' screen for two hours, no 'identification expert' appeared. Either app is broken, or they are being ripped off by IDnow. Waste of time.
I Set Up my account on 30.11.2021 . I took the second option they are offering and currently everything is going fine. I would recommend everyone who can speak German to do the identification in this language because the one in Englisch is terrible. I tried it two times and am really disappointed. When you want to know more, look at the comments describing it because they are true. The German one is really easy and friendly and they explain everything when you ask.
I'd rate it higher if it had better export/download options for expenses. and all the marketing also gets on my nerves
I really like the app and the service. Tomorrow is how banks should have been since 10 years, so I'm glad someone finally did :) Easy to use and transparent. The team is really responsive in case you have an issue. Unfortunately the registration was a bit frustrating for me as my internet was too slow. I wish you could invest yourself a part of your capital in some microcredits through the app.
First of all, the IDnow agent gets complete control over your device, or at least your cameras and flash light, and the do excersise the control in a very privacy-unacceptable way. The agent changes the camera when they felt like it and was able to see stuff in my home I never intended them to see. Completely unnecessary. Then it took like 2 minutes for the SMS to arrive and he said he couldn't wait more and hanged up on me after like 10 minutes spent in the validation process. A waste of time.
the first German App that works perfectly and has such an incredibly good, elegant, user friendly interface. amazing!
Good so far. Would be nice to see all credit card events instantly, like credit card checks, usages of the cc with wrong data, instantly declined transaction, etc. So far I didn't see any of this when for example adding the cc to google pay and google definitly does a cc check. Tranferwise app for example has all that. Also having push notifications instead of sms when using the cc online would be better.
Worst experience possible. The IDnow verification personnel are rude. They cancel the call whenever they please. The video is always plagued with Network problems. Even though the IDnow person told me the identification was successful, it wasn't and i keep getting email to verify my identity although the app for identification doesn't even work.
Very good and reaible online banking and fast services.

Very good app so far and I love the concept behind the social impact of this app. However, it would be great if you could add security options with specific purposes such as card usage in foreign countries, online transactions, card usage in general, etc.
I've had a real nice experience using the app so far. Everything is working as I'd expect it and most importantly it features ways of interacting with the developers and support so a participation is possible. Since currently this company is relaying on the app only, I also want to say that I had nice correspondences so far with the support and think that overall the concept is pretty solid. I really hope this one lifts of the ground in the near future! 😄
It's a good app and banking system, but let the company include other options to transfer or send money into the account like through the supermarket or through credit or debit cards, rather than just the sepa transfer method, otherwise everything about the app is perfect 👌
Simple to use, reliable, pretty. Automatically categorizes all your expenses, so you have a monthly overview (customizable categories would be nice), and shows how much m² of rainforest you saved!
After reading all the reviews about the cerification process, I was a bit worried it would be difficult and unpleasant. However I just finished it and, after a short wait in a queue, it went very smoothly, was over within 5 mins, and the customer service agent was very patient AND spoke German. (As I haven't yet used the rest of the app, this review is purely for the verification process for now!)
Great app, very modern and well designed. Superior to all other banking apps I have seen. You also help protect the rainforest. Best bank I have ever had (out of 4), can definetely recommend it!
After registration and identity verification was done I tried to login to the app and it is stuck in a screen saying "Processing the request.. No tan is required for this action". I also receive SMS and have keyboard shown and no text input field to enter it 😕. Tried to re-login and re-open app multiple times - no success. EDIT: Now it works, thanks for a fast fix!
