First of all , you have to make an account , then it will log you out occasionally, it seems to have stopped doing that, all it does is scan the QR codes from the bottle return receipt. And track, store, save, record, etc. , your bottle return activities...... The bottle return machine displays an advertisement about rewards and points, and it links to this app. However there are no points OR rewards OR any reasons for the app given as to why i should be tracking my bottle returns !?!?!
App no longer works. Keeps stating its for an older android version then crashes. I really liked keeping track of my recycling. I hope they can update soon. I recycle in Michigan.
Doesn't work. Doesn't scan QR code nor does it accept the receipt code manually. So, would you please fix the app or go back to being available on all return machines you create? There's not even the option to redeem your points on the app; what's the point? This offers no convenience.
HORRIBLE APP!!! Spend thousands literally to receive a $10 Amazon gift card??? Increase returnable containers like plain water bottles which do not have a deposit and other beverage containers and maybe this could work out to pay off. For now it is a grocery store novelty in which when I rarely have returnables I will participate.
App was working fine until today. I open app and get the message "request could not be completed, please try again" had no way to login to app. So I logged onto the website notified them of app login problems and entered my receipts manually. Please fix the app.
Waste of time. App consistently tells me my username/password are incorrect, even though I can log in on the site. Not that the site is much more useful. It's all rather frustrating.
I would recommend testing your app before you push it out. Can't create an account because of a server error, then trying to close it crashes my phone.
Terrible... continually get server failure trying to log in with Facebook or when I try to log in with my email it doesn't recognize my email address even though when I try to read register it says that the email is already registered
App hasn't been updated since 2016 now I have get warning messages when I try to use it didn't it was made for an older version of Android and they won't update the app
ABSOLUTE WORST APP. Incredibly disappointed. Signed me out randomly, says my account doesn't exist. Didn't explain anything, no rewards.
This app wont let me sign in, and when I click "forgotten password" it doesn't allow me to send an email.
Wont let me login, or change password. Says my username is wrong even though i know its not and just signed in at the machines today.
won't let me sign in with my account, won't let me create an account, nothing but error messages on everything.
Used for 1st time, works GREAT, points login automatically. Very easy to use.
Made an account months ago and have been putting my phone number into the machine. I go to check how many points I had and it says that I can't login thru my Facebook, which is how I step up my account.
Nothing in the app works all links are broken and you cant create an account

You other users are despicable. You all freak out about this app having reward issues and freak about bottle rooms being down. Would it kill you to do your part and actually help recycle instead of being a fat slob scrub?
I am with others on this you cant redeem the points. what is the use of the points if not able to be redeemed

Simply Not Worth It! You can potentially earn a $25 Amazon gift card, but you have to turn in 10,000 cans and bottles. I've been consistently using thie app for over a year, and I am only at 2,000 cans and bottles turned in. The headache of logging in, scanning receipts, and usings this app is simple not worth it. It will take the average person around 4 to 5 years to earn the lowest reward.
