Can't pair watch. App doesn't allow to enter pin
I never installed this?? What's it doing on my phone?
I like the idea of the watch and knowing how far you've just hit each shot is great.... But what would be amazing would be if every time you hit a shot it asks you what club it was. Then over time you would have an average for each club. That is what I thought this watch did. That can't be that hard for you guys at Tomtom.. Please.
Was thinking of buying Tom Tom golfer 2 watch. 250e. I downloaded the app first to create my account and like many reviewers here the app does not work. "Oops " something went wrong was the message I got. Will not be buying watch now. Tom Tom you really need to sort your app out. Very disappointed as watch and idea of watch looks great.
This app won't let me create an account, what sort of outfit are they running. Take the app off the site and stop wasting our time. I will be returning the watch.
Unable to pair no matter what phone. Tried 8 different phones. Managed to pair with 16 different items including 4 rival watches. Very poor Do not Buy
Tried to create an account but the app keeos telling me there is no internet connection (which is not true). Shame now I evdn cannot update my watch.
Although on the course the watch gives pertinent information, if you are thinking of buying this watch to be able to analyse your game look elsewhere. Although the watch worked sporadically when first received last Christmas after each update the service deteriorated to nothing. I have tried everything recommended by Tomtom, uninstalled, repaired etc and nothing works. As with other reviewers ultimately Tomtom’s response is, it’s a known issue and will be fixed, I’ve been waiting over 3 months and I’m still waiting. An expensive waste of time. Learn from my mistake and save your money. If this situation ever improves, I will update my review accordingly. 8th January 2018 - review update. As requested I contacted Tomtom. This was acknowledged on the 17th Dec, on the 21st Dec I received an apology for not replying and that they would reply as soon as possible. I appreciate Christmas has intervened, however I have today received a customer feedback survey, sadly, I am unable to respond fully as I have received no meaningful contact from Tomtom. I appreciate all software updates can have teething troubles, but Tomtom at least have the good grace to provide support!
The app doesn't upload my scores correctly, doesn't upload all the shots that are showing in the watch :(
Can't seem to sync my golf round with my phone S9 and yes I do have an account
Doesn't use handicaps. I mean come on.. what sort of golf app doesn't use handicaps. Or stableford scoring. Basically an expensive GPS distance and scorecard
Can't even create an account.... Said "oops we have encountered a problem" pretty pathetic. I hope this won't be the start of issues for the golfer 2 watch I just ordered.
Won't connect to my galaxy s8+. Keeps telling me to download latest golfer app which I already have. Hope this can be sorted soon. Used to be a good app.
Stopped working and now all my rounds have been lost , rounds stored on the watch wont upload to the app, terrible from a company like this
I downloaded this app following the purchase of a Tom Tom Golfer watch. Everytime I try to create an account I get a message "opps something went wrong please try again". I've tried dozens of times with no success. I hope the watch performs better!!!
Got the watch and phone (HUAWEI P10 +) to download and sync all the functions work but I cannot find any way to close the app except for a forced stop or rebooting the phone? Otherwise works for me.
Tried to call your US callcentre. No answer after 10min from South Africa. What is your email adress? Cant register as a new user. Have a pretty lame responce: Oops something went wrong. Please try again later
The app itself looks ok but I have not been able to get my phone to connect and stay connected so pretty useless to me on that basis.
I will give this app a minus 2.I purchased my golfer 2 because I could see my stats after each round, at first the watch worked fine but not any more ,No stats.I have phoned customercare on 3 occasions from Ireland and done everything they asked,I have been in contact by email 5 or 6 times and done everything they asked, twice they forward it to their line 2 department and I still can't get my stats, please do not ask me to try something else.just take the watch back.Matt
I bought a tomotom golf watch but this app doesnt work anymore! Ive read other comments and you say download tomtom sports app but thats got no golf section what so ever!
Can't even register the app tried about a 100 times with Samsung 8 plus keep getting the message oops something went wrong a total waste if time and money sending it back to get a Garmin
Forced me to upgrade to TomTom sports but the new app doesn't sync my rounds from the watch. 5 rounds not syncd and counting. Tried to revert to TomTom golf but it won't let me. Why force the upgrade?!
What a joke. Can't download my data to my account. "Oops there was an error" everytime I try. Seriously??? This needs to be sorted out. It's the only reason I chose the TomTom golfer watch, and it doesn't even work. Pissed off big time!!!!!

Got my watch as a present. Frustratingly took an age to get watch to pair to my phone but once done the phone is not recognising the watch. Have updated the watch but still not working... help
Shocking. Won't update rounds. Just has blank screen. Still not working.
