Prices are higher than anywhere. Limited selection of cheaply made products. The 100 dollar bonus is through 20 and 10 dollar off purchases of 100 dollars or more. The bonus is in coupons which is falsely advertised to make you think you get 100 bucks. We should file a class action suit on Android app makers that falsely advertise users getting money or crypto and then after they got your data and made money off you you never get whats promised. But this app is not good.

Another scam sellers. I have ordered a few items. They have never shipped them telling me one item is out of stock, even though it was still available to buy on their website. I contacted them repeatedly and finally, when I asked to set a certain date for shipping my order they have stopped responding me. No refund, no items, no communication. I am going to file a complain for my countries officers who takes care of this kind of scammers, I hope it will get them good. It's good if for some of you it works and you get your orders, but in my and in many more cases (just google for more reviews online) it's only a loss of time and money. Be smart and stay away from these "sellers".

Probably the worst app if you plan to buy anything, no support after the payment if you get your package lost or just stuck at any phase of the shipping processe they just don't care and the live support is just useless and don't won't to help, if you ask anything the anwser is always the same is that everything this is normal and that there isn't any problem when it's clear like water that there are multiple problems

I never got my 100$ new user bonus. They have great products,shipping doesn't take to long,great deals and prices, just not sure why I never received my bonus as promised. I started using the app and even have made a few purchases started using back in November 2021,still waiting for the 100$ bonus

great site with lots of cheap, but quality products, and quick delivery. only the return policy and refund policy does not work. 4 months later i am still argueing about 3 wrongly sent products. I have ordered several hundreds of dollars without any issue and then they make a fuss for 3 items of 12 bucks each... thats when i returned mainly to Ebay and Ali express which has a better working buyer protection. That's why its only 3 stars instead of 5.

Terrible! Never again! The item was advertised as free shipping through and through continuously through all kinds of steps. Then at the very last step it went to charging me $45 shipping for my item! I quickly backed out!!

My order was with free shipping, after two days the emailed me telling sorry for the mistake, you have to pay shipping fee or we will cancel your order and refund your money. I paid the extra money. After 1,5 month I received a wrong order, a lite (cheaper) edition from what I paid and ordered...

misleading. you say you get a $100 new user coupon. but really, its several coupons that are for various amounts of money off purchases for extremely large amounts. i.e. $20 off an order of $300, or $15 off an order of $200. ect ect

I love Tomtop. I buy things from here all the time. I always check the prices here against Amazin and ebay, and I always find better deals on TomTop. If you don't mind waiting for the shipping time you can get a lot of great deals on quality mercgandise.

In all very disappointed with your service! I received a ps4 controller. My mistake that after it was received and checked out I asked my son to order 2 more. He did. The Ist one: not able to play a full game because it quit. After receiving the other 2 same problem. I have contacted you several times on this subject. You keep sending me the same repetive answer to send you a video on YouTube of the controller playing. I did and just keep getting emails with same thing in them. Not good!

I LOVE how easy everything is on this app! The app does the work for u with just the click of a button. Anything you will ever need in life is on the app FOR SURE! This is definitely a "ONE STOP SHOP"! Everything is appropriately priced and what I mean by that is.. every price is so cheap and affordable! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE TOMTOP!!! Worst app ever. Hav many shopping apps & its more expensive than wish and i cute. Find the same products ther. False advertising of $100wud of gotten me 2 shop further and see more things i want but then it was divided into $5 and you hav to purchase more than a 100 to get one $5 discount. Who is that stupid. Also the free gift. Atleast wish and cute gave my free gift for free just for join. This app wants you first to invite a friend and then that frend need to buy the first.

I have ordered stuff for my business over a year ago and I never received it. And everytime I email customer care they just give out an automated message, much like on here with reviews it seems. I threatened with bad reviews and even legal action because I spent a lot of money and I want my money back. I will take this further if I don't get my money back. I don't even want the products anymore. Just my money

This app gives $5 off purchases of $100 or more, or $20 off $400. NOT REALLY A $100 COUPON. Additionally, email double types characters from email when registering. If you send me a single $100 off coupon with no minimum purchase requirement, I will change my review.

The stuff they sell is ok and delivery wasn't bad bearing in mind it was sent overseas. However, if anything ever breaks. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. Last year I bought a 3D printer from TomTop. It worked fine for about 8 months. In November the printer started failing. The print bed temperature was fluctuating wildly and the printer software kept crashing citing a thermal runaway. TomTop spent the next two months getting me to run various tests on the printer, most of which involved opening the thing up and taking voltage readings from various components. I'm pretty sure they were just trying to scare me off. At the same time I was speaking with Creality (the manufacturer) who were equally useless and getting me to perform pointless tests. Eventually Creality agreed that it was the motherboard that was at fault and that TomTop should replace it. I relayed this to TomTop who then repeatedly asked me for the serial number of the motherboard. Despite me telling them over and over that there was no serial number on it. I sent them multiple photographs of the motherboard showing the lack of serial number. This carried on back and forth for a few weeks. They were deliberately obtuse and using the language barrier to evade any questions or to properly respond. Finally in late December they agreed that they'd send a replacement motherboard. When the package arrived, it was a 20p thermistor (which incidentally was the first thing I replaced when the printer started playing up) and not the motherboard. They're now not replying to my emails. So now I have a broken printer and I need to buy a new motherboard myself. TomTop is a dishonest, deceitful and petty company. If you're buying anything that could possibly require any kind of after service, go somewhere else. They are not worth it.

So far, so amazing! Awesome variety of products, from super nice sellers & bargains all over the place! I love TomTop so far, and would recommend to any friend of mine, or anyone reading this right now. Try it out!

Still waiting for 2 items I ordered. It has been 2 months and I have still received nothing. When I can get hold of support they just tell me to wait. Can I get a refund....of course Not even though there is an option for refunds. Not happy at all. And will never buy from here again.

Seems like a nice app at first wanted access to your phone book and your pictures. turned off all notifications but app kept sending push notifications even though I turned them off. uninstalled

False advertisement!!!! Beware you don't get the $100 New User deal. It's a lie I never gotten mine and I see a lot of other people didn't either. Surprise that Google allows scams like this on here and allows them to remain on here after complaints from many people....

Tried to signup using the apps Facebook login and google+ login. Facebook login failed and said it hasn't approved this app for their login portal and google+ failed saying i'm not a registered user after i gave the TOMTOP app permission to access my google drive with read/write/delete access. So i was unable to register and the two failed login screens I've never seen before. I'm skeptical and can only wonder if they got me for my login credentials.

This app is very much attractive for buying goods and products. It is also easy to use and looking very special. Besides there is no disruptive ads during using this application. It is going to be very popular in the world for the futures

I received the wrong item and the support team does not even acknowledge that it is the wrong one. They just say this is what you bought when it's clear it's not from the pictures. Horrible customer service experience, do not recommend it. Risky. PS. My name is not Adriana Vizzaccaro

It is the worst shopping website. I ordered an item and its 65 days. I talked to customer survice more then 20 times . they never helps. This website is only a scam. They even don't know the name of the courier/carrier. you all are lier. NEVER USE THIS APP.

Super frustrating app I don't recommend this app at all. 1st it says you get 100.00 for being a new customer which isn't true Oct. 26th I got the account its now November 6th and still haven't got it. Plus as I went to do this review they tried to bribe me saying they would give me 3.00 to give them 5 stars. Um if you didn't follow thru with the 100.00 amount why would I believe that you would give people 3.00 just a joke and waste of time and space.

The $100 is a lie. If you have to spend money and only get so much off for each coupon, it should be worded differently. Very misleading!
