Tone Generator
Tone Generator has many uses:
- Hearing Test: What is the lowest/highest frequency you can hear in each ear?
- Tuning Instruments: Does your top guitar string match Low E at 440 Hz?
- Science Experiments: What is the resonant frequency of your wine glass?
- Audio System Test: What frequencies does your subwoofer support?
Directions:
Adjust audio frequency by dragging the slider or tapping the plus/minus buttons. Adjust device volume using the on-screen volume slider. Toggle audio playback using the Play/Pause button.

Overall the app works well but it desperately needs the ability to type in the desired frequency. The slider bar is inaccurate, especially at higher frequencies (10k-22k), and you'd have to press the up or down buttons hundreds of times to get where you meant to be.
I like this app with my radio ham hobby for tuning my hf radio it gives a constant tone for my Atu antenna tuner
I like the app but would like it even better if I could just type in the numbers.
Excellent generator Except there needs to be an intermediate Fr. Adjustment. It is VERRY hard to tune easily. Other then that it is excellent.
Excellent for meditation. Or for just leaving it on a frequency everyone else can hear, and walking around like you can't hear it.
Analog slider control for frequency selection is cumbersome and imprecise; needs numeric keypad option.
Great but it would be cool to add a feature where you can type the frequency that you want. 5 stars anyways!
App function good but when i slide friquancy control then it stop and start And criate tic tic sound . It nided more work .
Takes forever to download and is a horrible app obly get it if you want to lose all your space and have it take a gig of data each day
I have only request to developer to enable entry of frequency by digital key pad. Allow us to enter precise frequency
The tone played will continue to play when when the app is closed. If the app stopped playing the tone once it was closed it would be 5 stars

Really love it. Is there an option to upload your tones that you create to the white noise market?
Could be cool to have a manual frequency selection along side the slider.

It's really good.
As a TMSoft fan I had to give this try when I was looking for a tone generator. It works but I can't say much more. The volume is horrible even with a volume booster. I'm not sure why this is but I wish I could make it louder. Additionally there is no notation of musical scale which would be a nice option as well. Otherwise it's no frills and works without issue. The app is also very small.
