Tone Room Deluxe

This app is a farce! I'm charged $5 a month and the app doesn't even work you do a search everything comes back not found you click on one of the links on the home screen for trending or a certain genre comes back empty you finally find a list of songs you go to preview them it says loading for 5 minutes and then just goes away so there is no preview there is no photos there is nothing but them constantly taking money from your account that's it!

This app randomly removes popular artists and adds a minus sign for any ring tones you've downloaded do if you hold the phone wrong (with your hand on the touch screen) the tone gets deleted and you have to pay to re-download it as is no longer on your phone. Find a better app this isn't worth it.

The app looks and feels like it's from 2011. A simple Youtube search and you can make your own Ringtones very easily. I would not reccomend this to anyone when you can make your own ringtones easily. This app probably hasn't seen a proper GUI update since 2012 It reminds me of android Gingerbread, maybe Jellybean but even that feels newer than this app.

I am paying $5 a month to get songs and they are no longer ring back tones they are just ring tones. Now you can't even get on the site to get the two free songs you are paying for. I was told to delete it and reinstall it and I have 3 times. Just very irritating

Awful. No modern music. And you cannot preview the tones before purchasing.

Since I can't use a song and make a ring tone and the tone room is not available with tones purchased why is it even suggested. Called customer service and they said not available for new phones so we wasted our money buying tones

Haven't added any updated songs. Really needs some new song choices. I was paying the $5 monthly but canceled about 2 months ago.

All this stuff was already down loaded on my phone. Lucky you can unistall. The other ones that are pre installed are a pain. Suckin up mbs. Like instagram and facebook. You cant even go to FB lite. Rant over..

Been trying to get this app to work, spent quite awhile on the phone with tech support and no one can figure it out. Ridiculous!

I have a charge on my account for this app and don't even have it downloaded to my device!! Not sure how long this has been happening. Shady.

Too much for two seconds. I didn't know there was a steep charge until I tried to download one. I deleted it immediately

I called US Cellular to talk about my bill, and found out I had been getting charged $5 a month for this app I had never heard of... very shady and suspect.

How the heck do I get this 4.99 a month off my phone bill...help! It's not even installed! It's been 6 months of this! Us cellular cant so it.

Opened up one time and I like a dummy am trying it for 30 days and now I can't get into it again. I am not paying $5.00 a month for a service that I can't even get back into. I don't want this service 😞

I was charged 4.99 on my phone bill and I wasn't even subscribed to this but was charged anyway.

What is going on with tone room deluxe? Has quit working for some reason? Is US Cellular no longer supporting it?

For us cellular customers only but you want me to pay over and above the subscription price ? I can't believe your that cheap to offer this just your customers but charge them for it.? Your a real class act... wow

SAMSUNG could Drop this App and No Change would occur in the System. This App more specifically Created to SHOW the User his or her General Information for the Mobile Phone Unit being used at the time of its Activation.

App will not start even after I deleted it and installed it again
