I've not actually used the blue or silver box functions, but the keypad can be very handy.
Awesome app with everything a person (especially a person with an interest in phone systems) could need. The only thing that could be added is a DTMF decoder, but still, this app is stellar.
Yeah, it's not perfect pitch all the time, but this App allows you to play with Project MF to see what phreaking used to be like in the 70s/80s in the United States and Canada.
To help with the clicking after every sound: you can continuously play a 0.1 Hertz tone in the background with no way to turn it off.
Works exactly as it should. Loud, clear and tone persists as button remains pressed.
Almost there, but not quite. In bluebox a very important tone was made of 2600+2400 Hz together. The app is missing 2 important tones: 1) 2600+2400 2) 2400
Continuous tone supported. Everything works as expected. Great App.
Does exactly what it says. I doubt I'll ever have use for a redbox or a bluebox again (writing this in 2020), but for some reason I like knowing that I have one on my phone!
Very useful when configuring a SIP box that is connected to a device without a pin pad.
Works great....needed 16 button for some ham radio projects that my Motorola radios dont generate..
An accurate tool and wprks very well. Thank you.
Great. Does what I need when I am using my Google come to place speaker calls.
not dialing the destination. hear tones but no response further. Thanks for feedback.
Like that you can use long tones. Thanks for the app guys!
Great app works flawlessly and love the design :-)
it works but crashes a lot
Excellent. Thank you. I no longer miss this part of history.
Fun app Does what it says it does. I am very happy
This app reminds me of my blue boxing days in college ( late 70's to early 80's)
Reminds me of the blue box I had in college
Best DTMF tone app in the world!
Does what it says with useful features
dtmf tone generator with redbox and bluebox tones
Does what it says, except for one thing: "dial a contact" errors because it doesn't have contacts permission, but the app never seems to prompt for said permission. It must be granted manually via app info, which not everyone would probably think to do. Edit: Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. With the August 11 update, the app functions pretty well perfectly!
