tonestro for Clarinet - practice rhythm & pitch

The audio was out of sync with the video, which makes this difficult to use as partially video-based learning app. If this issue is fixed, I would be happy to give the app another try, but it does make me concerned about the rhythm-learning part, which I haven't reached yet. (I am on a Lenovo Smart Tab M8 with Android 10)

Looks great... But should have some extra free features before start asking for the subscription fee... Well.. :(

the older version was much better. now, you can only play very few songs unless you subscribe...

Pretty good but you have to pay for everything even the lessons also the song wich makes no sense

Worst app ever it won't let me go on and even though I'm playing everything correct it says everything is wrong! DON'T DOWNLOAD!!!!!

Starting clarinet again after over 15 years of not playing and this app is fantastic. Metronome helps keep the beat, the app shows you in real time as you play whether you are on beat, if you are hitting the note and if not whether you were sharp or flat, and whether you are getting the correct note length. I wish i had smart phones and an app like this when i was still in school!

I really like this app as I teach myself the clarinet and my timing needs work. However, I really don't like how you can only practice so many songs at a time before running out of energy. Especially when I go through a sing more than once. It's just inconvenient.

Love it, but quite expensive. Can you make an option with ads or so to keep it affordable to many? The UI is great, reminds me of duolingo. The way the lesson complexity evolves is perfectly thought of and has enough exercises to make sure you remember new notes.

After not playing the clarinet for over 50 years I decided to play again. This app is a delight. I can play for an hour and it just seems minutes with all the different music. I may never reach the upper limits of arrangements, but that's ok, because I'm enjoying, learning, and playing again. Wonderful app!

Just picked up the clarinet not too long ago, I'm learning a lot very quickly! Also, to be honest? I love this app, all of the lessons are fun to be honest and it really helps my site reading. Tonestro, all I ask is that you keep updating the app and adding more lessons. You have plenty already, and other things to do, but the lessons are the best part for me. I can't thank you guys enough, practicing is finally fun. Thank you! I DID in-fact, buy premium.

Seems like it can't pick up half the notes I'm playing so it's just frustrating and hinders my progress by making me fiddle with a muffled mic and score keeping nonsense. It's okay but Tomplay is better. Also the synthesized clarinet sound is awful.

Do not pay for subscription. Right now it lacks lessons for the upper register notes and scales. Not worth paying for, just stick to the free version until there is more content available.

Wow, fantastic for small little practice sessions or quick and fun Clarinet playing. keep in mind that its free to use as well, which means you dont have anything to lose to try it out. Man, we are so spoiled in this day and age.

The app is really good for practicing, but I am afraid that I don't know half of the notes that are on this app. I would like to request a learning path for this app. Maybe even something that teaches you the notes. It is a very good app, I just wanted to pitch a few ideas to make it even better.

I adore this app! Makes practicing and getting good again (played years ago and picked it back up) a lot easier, because you have so much material and a way to determine how well you're doing!

Last week I decided to start practicing the clarinet after 20 years. This keeps me focused during my practice and is helping me reestablish old skills.

My music teacher wasn't the best teacher in the world and I didn't learn much about the clarinet from him but this app helped me learn about my instrument and I can play perfectly with this app 10/10

You are misleading a lot of new clarinet by wrong keys. Many of the exercises are labeled wrong and I would love to point out that a clarinet concert f major scale has an f sharp and not a b flat, please change.

Last week I wasn't being punished for playing on the beat as far as I could tell but with this new update I am. I don't see the point of playing so far behind the beat when it's just myself playing.

My Tonestro app kicked me out of it. Now when I try to log back in a little box pops up saying "Oops that shouldn't have happened" well...something like that. It won't let me login anymore. Can you please fix?

There is a superb selection of graded music and the app is a making a real contribution to my enjoyment of the clarinet

I dig this app. I have been giving it my wind students as a supplement to their lessons.

Great app if you are an amateur player. For beginner or advanced students, please DO NOT use this app or similar. I am laughing at their phrase "Master any instrument." Mastering instrument takes years of meticulous practice using a lot of different method books.

This is a really good app and I wanted to suggest making a bass clarinet version.
