There isnt much for a beginner here besides music theory and rythm games. And the rythm games sound horrid because the notes played sound like a badly tuned radio. I only use this for the tuner to make sure im hitting the right notes in practice but in order to get to the tuner you have to go through to a song and hit a button there rather than have it on the main screen. This app caters to those who are already learning an instrument rather than someone brand new or picking it back up
I just downloaded the app for horn and I am loving it. I haven't played in several years and this is perfect for getting me back in the swing of things. I wish whoever designed the app icons knew how the instruments are actually played, haha. Update: I'd love to see all the instruments in one app. Maybe the ability to find friends through phone contacts. Duolingo's language app is an excellent model.
Downloaded, tried to create an account 4 times. Received a message " oops, that was not supposed to happen" , very cute but it still didn't work.
Welldone this app is just amazing loved it. Its just perfect for practice ive really improved on my horn.
It's definitely very motivating to improve and get on, at the same time confronting. I'm not too sure about correct pitch & stability registration I'm a self taught player and my scores are often better than those of my friend who practices more often and thoroughly, which doesn't make sense. I'm pretty sure my play is worse, except for the rhythm. Tonedtro is sometimes slow to start, but with some patience it always gets to work.
