When I updated the latest version of the game it went crazy and lag for how many times!Until now!The ads that I am playing to help me for the golds are not playing and keeps on hanging.At first, I thought that our internet connection is the problem but when I played everyday and night and still the same,its the bug of your game. Please fix the bug,it is very irritating and battery consuming.

Redeeming load is impossible, even if you try to redeem at 11:00-11:01 there's no available load to redeem. And the rewards for watching an ad doesn't work most of the time. Please do something about this. After the update, the screen keeps overlapping and I had to leave an ongoing game. Please fix it.

This game is addicted dont waste your time installing it. My experience is that when you already win a lots of gold somebody manipulating the game. They will always put slight difference on cards to the opponent to make you loss until you consume all your chips. To make it short they want you to buy or watch ads to have golds.

I really love this app ever since I played it, but recently during the last update it really is a mess. There are times that when you entered a game and it started already the lobby is upfront and it it a totally bug as I can see, why do an updated it if it only results worse than ever it has? I hope you fix this, I lost a lot of my gold's when playing and I can't even return the game if I restart the app!

poor connection!!! everytime i log in to play it take time to play the game after playing for 5 to 10x.its automatically closing the apps.especially when i play in tongits!!! eventhough the wifi is very strong!!! please fix the stupid problem they brought us when the apps started to update!!!!!and now when i enter any games it always go back to home screen anyone can fix the stupid problem!!!!

Yes it's a nice game! But the the problem is when you have a lot of gold coins because you win hundred times easily disappear when you lose in one game.

The apps always stops whenever you reach million tokens, it will hang and under some system error 3x it happened. Not good! Not working againg for more than 2 weeks now. System error 4th time 5th time Always having error and having failed initialization!

The Watch Ads to Earn Gold is sometimes experiencing Error, for example, the loading will stop, you dont have a choice but to quit and open the app again, such a waste. Hope it will be fixed soon, and also sometimes it's very slow, my WiFi is Fast though i also have a strong signal.

It's a great game but after the season ended, the option to level up isn't working. No mission pass rewards showing. Tried to do the live chat to ask for assistance, the option to type in isnt working. kept waiting for more than 30mins, when I was the number 1 in queue there's a message showing I need to wait for another 4mins. But 20mins passed and still no human service was available to chat with.

Fun game but always lag when you transfer to another game. Like for example you play pusoy dos then you want to play in tong its rank game, the cover with a girl is still there while the game was playing. Its covers the table so you need to restart just to see the table clearly. But still it is fun and addictive to play cards and colors.

I enjoyed the app but I have to write a review. After the latest update, the game just crashed and when I attempted to reopen, it was no longer working it only shows a black screen (I also restarted my phone BTW with still the same result) had to reinstall again. B4 I didn't like the app, not much, but the last update somehow impressed me, it's appealing to my eyes now ( d colors..d spinwheel..d arrangement..) I guess it gives me energy and d enthusiasm to play games..and it's seems easy now to get rewards! One problem though ..I couldn't redeem load, it says d redeemable item(?) Is insufficient(?)..

I already have the previous app, all I did is to update it to the newer version. The problem is, it is not opening, always stuck in version checking 1/11 then it will close automatically. Uninstall and reinstall it again but still the same problem. Can anyone help me with this problem please. Thanks

Before I love this game. Coz when play the ads for free gold I can recieved the free gold. But 3 days ago suddenly the apps black screen. So I was unstall the apps and install again. Now I play and play so many times but i can't recieved the free gold from ads. At most of all the apps stock. I need to go to log to remove to log out from the apps. Its terrible now playing the ads wasting time to watch for nothing.

Don't use this app. They design the gameplay so that you're forced to buy coins or you get kicked out of your game. And if you accumulate a lot of coins, you're forced to play higher stakes until you finally lose your coins. As others mention, there is regularly site issues that drop your connection and time out your turn.

The old version is more fun to play, after update, you introduce a prize wheel that wont even move even if youre winning. You say win 3 times? Guys, pay attention to that wheel. The old version of the game is much more enjoyable than this one. It only have several modes to play like in the joker game after the 2,000 coins the next game will for 10,000 which is very annoying. Bringing back the old version or even just the old modes of playing will be good.

Really love this app. But the problem is, it is very hard to gift rewards. It says it is refreshing daily at 11 o clock. I am online 10:55 to make sure i will be ready for 11 o clock. Started clicking the button 10:59 but i dodnt see it refreshing. Do you rèally have to give us players a very hard time just for this? I have been trying to claim my rewards for almost a month already. Tried to talk to your human agrnts but nothing happened. If you cannot fix it, just stop!

The app is so slow. The free tournaments are always crashing and the numbers of players are too many. Adds are too long to get a free gold.

still the same. when u r the hitter u get nothing but bad cards. there are also glitches within the game that happens a lot. it became laggy and sometimes u cant dump ur card and when it does it automatically chooses the one in which is already a meld. GLITCHES happens a lot. i think this app only favor those who buys coins in the shop on a regular basis and not on those players that only wants to play and win. they intentionally remove the gcash for redemption too. what a hassle.

I had send a video record about why I can't join the tournament on your fb page. When I had entered the game. It's unclickable. Unplayable. What's wrong TG? I had wasted my precious time just for your tournament and guess what? It's a disaster! I asked the other players and they had the same issue. Hope you compensate us fairly!
