Players & Cards
Tong-Its is a game for three players only, using one standard Anglo-American deck of 52 cards (without jokers). The cards in each suit rank: Ace 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Jack Queen King. An Ace is worth 1 point, Jacks, Queens and Kings are worth 10 points each, and all other cards count their face value.
Objective
The object of the game is, by drawing and discarding, to form sets and runs, and to to minimize the count of unmatched cards remaining in your hand.
A run consists of three or more consecutive cards of the same suit, such as ♥4, ♥5, ♥6 or ♠8, ♠9, ♠10, ♠J. (A-K-Q of a suit is not a run since aces are low in this game).
A set consists of three or four cards of the same rank, such as ♥7, ♣7, ♦7. A card can belong to only one combination at a time - you cannot use the same card as part of both a set and a run.
The Deal
The first dealer is chosen randomly. Thereafter the dealer is the winner of the previous hand. The cards are dealt one at a time counterclockwise, starting with the dealer: thirteen cards to the dealer and twelve cards to each of the other players. The remainder of the deck is placed face down to form the stock.
The Play
Each turn consists of the following:
Draw You must begin by taking one card from either the top of the stock or the top card on the discard pile, and adding it to your hand. You may only take a card from the discard pile if you are able to create a meld (a set or run) with it, and you are then obliged to expose the meld.
Exposing Melds If you have a valid meld or melds (sets or runs) in your hand you can expose any of them on the table in front of you. Melding is optional if a card was taken from the stock; you are not obliged to expose a meld just because you can, and note that melds held in hand do not count against you at the end of the play. A player must lay at least one meld on the table for the hand to be considered opened. In the special case that you can meld a set of four and you have not drawn from the discard pile to complete the meld, you can lay the set of four down face down. By doing this you can "open" your hand without losing the bonus payments for a secret set of 4 and without revealing the cards to the other players.
Laying off (sapaw) This is also optional. If you wish, you may add cards to sets or runs previously melded by yourself or others. There is no limit to the number of cards a player may lay off in one turn. A player need not have opened their hand to lay off. Laying a card off on another player's exposed meld prevents that player from calling Draw on his or her next turn.
Discard At the end of your turn, one card must be discarded from your hand and placed on top of the discard pile face up.

Honestly I recommended this game almost two years long since I last played, it was smooth Gameplay back then rate it with 5 🌟, compared now its lagging totally at same time hangs up & the background went black out. It seems that the developer input an intrusive ads algorithm interference causing the malfunction at which an ad injection auto searches any possible network data to play an advert at some point of the game that resulted a glitches or lag while offline that triggers malfunctions.
The game is very good. Only needs some improvement.. We need to be able to arrange our cards manually or have it in the auto arrange for possible options. And also, please fix the multiplayer mode, it is constantly disconnecting. Thanks!
it's awesome except for the fact that i can't arrange my cards in the order i want and that it doesn't automatically let you win once you have complete sets and it's your turn. you have to drop a card from your set and keep playing which ruins the game and makes you lose.
Very slow animation even opted to thr fastest setting. The "sorry, you are not applicable to challenge" when I have no down. I know that already. Maybe add a checkbox "do not show this again" would be awesome. Where are the items I bought from "luxury shop"?
The deck of cards is always in favour with the AI's. They can always meld in their turn, while I keep on receiving useless cards. Rubbish game. And one more thing. They know what specific cards are in your hands. You better not to install this game or else you will end up frustrated for not being allowed to win.
The new update came out on November 30th, 2018 and now the user interface no longer works. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. It's like the resolution is funky, and I can no longer press the "play now" button to play.
This is the best tongits app ever because of the offline multiplayer mode which I always play with my friends wherever and whenever we hang out together. I've been wishing before for this mode to be a reality and now finally this is it, perfect. I appreciate this game a lot, keep improving and updating this game and also make other games too because I see you are so great and talented with it and I'm sure that you'll be successful, God bless you and and keep up the great works!
the game is ok, but unfortunately 1.it is programmed to control the cards and the player has no options to arrange the cards to our own will just like the real card game. 2. if the player is already tong its it should automatically put down the cards, there is a game that a player is already tongits and pass then challenged a fight where the player has 0 cards on hand. Better to update the program to make it more fun like a real card game.
Its a good game, relaxing and fun. But i just have a problem that everytime an ad pops out, my phone lags and crashes. That i have to press the home button and click on the app again.
Dont waste your time and data on this app.. too many bugs.. you cant even get tongits if you dont put down all of your 3 of a kind pairs or same suit pairs.. and it has the most boring bots, after putting a down, in their next turn they always fight even if they have 30+ or 40+ total score.. another issue is you cant rearrange your cards! THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS APP
Better than the other tongits game app. However, the 'challenge' button is frustrating. It is not available when I'm in dire need of it. Is it not possible to have it all-time-available? It's the player's decision whether to press it prematurely or not anyway.
Not enjoyable. When you get down the money require you're automatically kick out. But when the AI reaches the limit/required amt still it can play. Even down to negative $. Still.the AI is playing. Not good.
Pretty good Tongits app...My only issue is that it will automatically group like three 5s together, instead of 5, 6, 7 of the same suit, which in effect, makes your points higher..
Please fix the scoring. To elaborate, let's say 500 is the bet. If someone is defeated their coins should have decreased by 500 but that didn't happen instead it won't decrease (even if -500 is showing). If that someone is defeated because of someone have call tongits the defeated side should decrease by 1000, but it will only deduct 500 (even if -1000 is showing). As for the winning side. There's an additional 500 coins (bet) on every win added to his owned coins (Won 1000 but receive 1500).
It's nice and Fun Game. Not like other tongits game that hard to win ,its like you have real person playing with it. The that i am comfusing with is the shop you can exchange with your coins, I furches a watch but its lie I just wasted my coins i thought its true that they delever the items how sad. Its more exiting and fun when you add that for real.
PLEASE FIXXXXX!!😕 Inaccurate money deductions and additions. For example, the intial money of each player was: 4.1m, 5.4m, and 4.9m, with a total of 14.4m. After playing some rounds, each player now have: 2.7m, 6.3m, and 7.5m, with a total of 16.5m.... How on earth did it became 16.5m when the sum of our money at first was just 14.4m? Where did the 2.1m came from??? This has been a known issue before, i thought they would fix this after the update, but they didn't. Thinking of uninstalling.
It's a nice app but there's a room for more improvement. Please fix the issue of getting tongits when you arrive on zero hand - give us the option to stay zero or declare "tongits". Thank you.
I like this game.. But my only issue is that i am not allowed to fight when i don't have down but i have a four of a kind cards on hand.. In the real game of tongits, even if you don't have a down on your but you had a four of a kind you can still fight the one who draw the fight. Please considered this thing and hopefully made it possible soon..

I really don't want to give a star to your game it's so poor. It is a deceitful game. Even I realy won but the game post that i lose. If I can only show you the screenshot I have only 15 handheld but i lose over 18 handheld what the f. Deceitful game. And it happed to me most of the time I played. I can say in 10 games 8 times I lose but in 8 loses 5 of it i acually won but the game stated that I lose. Unistalled this game.
The difficulty is very low and the maximum bet is fixed (it would be better if the player is the one who could set the vet for every game) and computer opponent is very predictable.
It's frustrating that all cards that goes to me is so useless and it looks like I'm just giving everything to the A.I and let them win almost every game.
Ok you want me to rate this game? I think it's one of the worst games i have played.you want to play tonget not high/ low. I find the game boring when all you can do is try to get the lowest hand to win.all in all I give the game 2stars because it passes time.
Fair and worth playing. There are unexpected system in the game which a regular player may ask why this??? But as you keep on playing, you will surely raise your thumbs up for that genius reason... Enjoy yourself, coz i really do.

Please fix this: *When I got Tongits(Zero Cards with secret meld) the round won't automatically end. *Also I haven't received a Tongits reward. *I have a Hand Value of 3. My enemy has 8, when the stack reach zero and the game ends, my enemy won. Why??? Please help, thanks...
It's Really amazing, I'm enjoying playing this game. the graphics are great that you won't regret downloading this app. I hope that you will find a way to upgrade this and to produce such an amazing applications for the users like me.
It keeps on closing the game while playing. This happens once a pop up is shown like a pop up to follow on the fb page and pop up showing that i won something.
I rated this 5 stars at first because i love the game.. it can make me hooked for hours but what made me rate it 4 stars is that it suddenly turned into a green background even in the middle of the game. I tried pressing the back button but it doesnt return to yhe game. I need to close the app and then start it again, and it just doing it again. I dont know whats this or some kind of ad but it doesnt let me return to my game. Its just frustrating closing and opening the app again.
