Tookan is an off-the-shelf solution to manage and track, field workforces that enable on-demand deliveries, at-home services and on-street customer acquisition. Businesses will need to create an account on www.TookanApp.com to get started.
Using the Tookan App, fleet members will never have to call the manager again to get the delivery information or to provide their status. The App does it all, automatically.

This app allows fleet members to:Get a birds eye view of all the assigned tasks.View customer details and call/ message them with just one tap.Get the directions and the optimized path to your destination.Get the customer signature, notes and take up to 3 images as a proof of delivery.Automatically update the customer when you start or finish a task.

How do fleets get started?Get the credentials via SMS & email when a manager adds you to the Tookan Dashboard.Get the tasks, once you have registered and logged in to the Tookan App.

The app does not recognise Google maps is installed. I gave had both the beta and that regular tookan agent installed and both fail to recognise Google maps as being installed. I've even done loaded the latest Google maps I've reverted it back to an earlier build still the same issue. It's frustrating because wayz doesn't always show closed roads so I lose money because I'm going forwards and backwards around closed roads. Please can you fix this issue. Many thanks.

Only used this app for 2 days. Overall decent experience but it would be good to have option to silent the app even during "on-duty". Also, after successful pick up, the task pick up task goes missing until the delivery is completed. It would be good to be able to check on the tasks during delivery since there are things to be noted are only showing on the "pickup" task.

Sort of ok,simple things wrong,the back buttons way too small,new tasks and reminders has the same sound,the fail button is to close to the bottom ,the fonts too small on tasks,to hard to navigate back to task menu while driving,,be good if they had the number of items to pick up in the first window rather than having to dig through the menu and count them,but the worst will be been in map mode and the notification goes off and you pull over think it a new job to swipe and its only a reminder.

Why does the app hit me with variable pulse high frequency radiation when I turn it on? Arm goes tingly and muscle spasms everytime I hold my phone. As soon as I turn it off it goes away, everytime. I'm sensitive to these frequencies I guess. It needs to stop.

I have been using Tookan for almost 12 months now and I don't understand why they have a calendar view and not a recent tasks view (i.e. last 6,12, or 24 hours). If a task comes at 12:00 am, the agent must know that he/she needs to update the calendar view to view the task. There is no indication that the task is in the next day's calendar view. This has caused us many negative customer reviews. This is REALLY horrible UX.

Great in app navigation. BUT... I wonder if there's any chance of giving these Tookan developers a few deliveries to try out their own app. Maybe they would decide the new security update is a bit over the top. It would be best if we could check the destinations like we used to be able to do. Can't plan multiple delivery order.

While the app works OK I would not recommend this service. Anyone considering Tookan be careful giving away your credit card details. We had been happily using $30 a month. Tookan ran a promotion that one of our users clicked on to investigate however it instantly signed us up and debited $1000usd from our credit card. We notified Tookan immediately of the error but our email was ignored. Finally got in contact with someone and was told it is our fault and the funds could not be refunded. Update 17/01/19 Since posting my previous review, cancelling our credit card and multiple calls to Tookan they have credited us $500usd and put the remainder as credit to our Tookan account. This was not really the outcome I wanted but one that I can accept. In review of the app it is decent and actually helps heaps with managing our deliveries.

Notifications when updating while using is very annoying, it interupts my task. And when you start the task, place it on the upper list. Save time for scrolling and finding the name. Hopefully you can fix this.

Great app. Please add a feature that sets delivery status to "Scheduled order" so it's easier to know the orders apart.. sometimes we have orders wanting to be delivered at a specific time. Please Incorporate scheduled orders to look unique somehow.

It won't let me past the login. It keeps saying wrong password and I know I keyed in my password correct multiple of times. I even went into the Website dashboard, changed my password, and tried again. It won't even accept the new password. What is wrong with this app?

Will update when app gets fixed No sounds for jobs coming in since 12may (very hard to know jobs are available) Could you please also look at making jobs that come in pop up no matter what's open on your phone. For example if a job comes up and I'm already on a job I have to exit out of maps find the home page of app before I can accept a jobs.

The app favours devices of high veture,otherwise one can spend the whole day without doing an order,it auto assigns orders giving multi drivers a chance to accept one order,and depreviledging others in the process,the app needs to be updated to fairness so not to cause conflicts between drivers.what irritates the most is that complaints aint allowed,if one complains they will be removed from the group and the app disabled,truly this app came as a disappointment

Since last night's software update... can no longer see my task list... get the error message "failed to parse response" worked fine before the latest update.
