Tool for Google Photo, Picasa

Absolutely useless. For the past 9-10 years, I have used the Photo Tool app with my Google Account without any issues, but since this new update, I keep on getting the message "No photos. Tap to refresh." every time that I try to upload or refresh my photo albums on it. It has been quite infuriating and annoying. Looks like I am going to have to move my albums on to another app from now on. Absolutely rubbish, Google. NOT impressed. Completely useless.

I opened my tool today to discover it has been auto updated and all my photos are gone. No warning of the pending update or anything like that, just 6700+ photos gone. REALLY!!! This is how you win people over??? As you can guess, I'm not happy at all. I've used this app between 8 - 10yrs. This is the second time my photos have been deleted. Time to find another photo backup

Not sure why this option is not already in Google Photos, but the ability to sync offline Google Photos Album on the phone (an album fed by different people for example) is awesome to be able to use them locally on the phone (edits, 3-rd party apps...). On trick: the Album must not be shared (in Google Photos) for Tool to find it. Once found, the album can be shared, it remains visible.

Logged on to my Google to access photos. But can only access the most recent. The app also seems limited. Some functionality is missing like, deletion of images and videos. Even I select the image there is no option. Guess I can use it to only upload to my cloud drive

The usability is very pathetic. I cant select my album from the drop down to upload my photos. It allows to select some photos and showing recent album rather than all the available albums. This makes tough to upload photos in a particular album.

Started showing ads. I was using it from times picasa was removed and and native android was not dealing well with picasa albums. But the new version started showing aggresive ads. And since meantime the native app became all right, I don't need it anymore. Uninstalling.

Google Photos slideshow app that works! This has transition timing and display options, all missing from Photos. It's simple and easy to use. You may need to tweek account settings to give access to your photos.

Recently tried to find an old photo saved onto this app. My albums say that they have the pictures saved but when opened it says there are no items. I'm super pissed about this, don't ever download this app. Thousands of pictures and memories GONE with no warning

Can't upload to specific album as it was before, why to change if it's good. Very disappointing, please fix and make option of choosing an album for upload not just Google photos.

The license fee - is it one time? What is the frequency? I also see comments that it doesn't allow downloading fully the big videos uploaded even after buying the premium service.... Will there be a bug fix? Want to be sure if I am getting value add for the money spent or would it be wasted

Can't sort the way I have my albums sorted in Google photos (by photo capture date). Doesn't use the album's cover photo either. And I can't have downloaded photos go to my SD card, which is ridiculous. And why does it need access to my contacts? Uninstalled and went back to Google Photos.

if you use this stupid app your pictures every picture will never leave your gallery. i erased this account deleted everything in my phone and somehow this pos app connects to my photo album. i have a ghost album and its soo annoying. i had this ghost album for a few years. im starting to think about getting an iphone so this wont happen. f this app.

This apps is the pits!! And they're from China and if you pay them I wish you the best getting your money back and I sent them emails ssking for help and they are opening up my emails and not responding & disregarding my email, that is poor customer services!! Oh by the way I want a refund? This app is just for show and tell to get your $$$ and that's it.. No other services provided.. I may have to call Google or playstore & tell them what's going on if they don't give me my refund..

GOOGLE PHOTOS IS FREE, DOES SAME THING Buy a license to save a picture? Make changes? Can't screenshot? I've put up with the advertising because I like some features, but not enough in the free version anymore. Google photos is free, has almost all the same features.

Nice app, but have issues with uploading and getting rid or stopping photos that have not uploaded correctly, has bug where says cannot delete old uploads while uploading when there is nothing is uploading nor anyway to stop uploading, so have corrputed uploads forever in uploading feature. The upload features need improvements.

I have 357 old photos stuck on my phone that I cannot get rid of. I have tried my best to delete them but it just won't work. the folder has a little picasa logo on it and i honestly don't remember making a folder of the photos

Great UI. The offline album feature allows you (re)view photos while no data connection, such as in travel, on airplane. Very useful!

Poor App since Google sold this photo tool, it's been poor at best It was my go to photo tool for years. Now well I do not use it anymore.

I've used this app for years, but about ready to uninstall it. My app is updated, I can see my albums, but when I click on one, it still shows no pics

I really do like, I don't love it, because I can't delete useless photographs that I took to use on Google Maps only. I have an amazing amount of useless pictures, I no longer have any need for.

Can't connect it to my Google account as it always runs into an error page after entering my password. It seems the app can't handle 2FA.

Dont you know by now, any app with desirable features has a SHORT shelf life, is NOT sustainable, and if the functionality and features are any good, they are ALREADY offerred in an open source TRULY FREE alternative, or absorbed through carrot or stick by the big pond big fish of the industry...

Many users have the same complaint that I have and the is how to delete certain picasa photos. I don't want to delete all of them, just certain ones. The only replies I read were how to delete ALL of your picasa photos.

i love this photo editor. i just hope that the photos that I edited through picasa would right away appear on my gallery not after 30 mins. nevertheless, best photo editor for me.👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

when i updated picasa my photos and folder is not shown over their. What should i do to see my those photos and folder. I have uploaded photos on Google so how folder can me missed. so plz give me some help

We installed trial of this application and it is well and has a wallpaper support this before. I like it. But the owner of the image to use on any app. Spam protection or any fraud.

I can't find my photos. I can see the album folder that I have created. But when I opened those folder it shows that "No item"

Not even sure what this app can do. Used to be great for organizing my photos between my phone and google photos. Now it's useless.

Before update i had no issues. Now wont load properly, more than often can not faster forward. To be honest, thinking of uninstalling. Really wished i hadn't updated
