App works smoothly and the tutorials from the actual founder if you don't understand are awesome. Only problem is that I wish I could get my staff to buy into the system. Obviously not the apps problem.
great app with a few things I'd personally like changed. wish they're was a "DISMISS ALL" button for the notifications for those annoying ones that the loan has been accepted. also a way to select multiple tools to loan out all at once or return all at once. Maybe do like a shopping cart menu before you loan out if you could loan out multiple tools at once.
Very flexible and complete solution for loaning/sharing out tools and items in your company. With the ability to scan in custom bar codes, this speeds up the process tremendously! Well done!
I have been using this tool for over 2 years and find it very user friendly. They are constantly coming up with new ways to improve the software. The service I get is excellent.
I work for a nonprofit in Hickory, NC. We had been looking for a app for our Tools and Assets. This program has been a God send and the guys were really good to us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Its so easy to keep up with our work tools. We know exactly what and where our inventory is. We also know who had or has it. As a construction company which is constantly growing, we need to manage our inventory. This software allows us, very easily, to log who uses our tools and on which job sites. It has streamlined tool interchange and significantly reduced unnecessary purchases.
i tried entering a tool to save. "No results found." So a shrinking fork, planishing hammer, stepped drillbit, balljoint separator abd other uncommon tools can never be saved? edit: ive already uninstalled the app but yes there is a message stating no results found. The user interface was unintuitive, so i selected one of the "cirlcles" and it prompted me to type in an item. I did so and it listed multipke categories but also displayed no results found. That string of text exists in your app
Works for the most part, UI is clunky and feature set is extremely limited. Got several emails asking for money for basic features. Then got logged out. Can't even be bothered to log back in, I can get the same functionality from a spreadsheet and 20 mins.

Love the app but it keeps crashing since the new update. When it worked it was an amazing TOOL. Edit: uninstalling it and reinstalling it worked. Thank you!
We've been using this app to manage our tool inventory for 2 years now and can't imagine being without it. It is extremely simple to use and amazingly well put together.
This is cool. Wish the app used the camera function to auto-fill some of the fields when adding or uses web to populate pics/info like some other inventory apps use.

The app constantly crashes. Also, when adding pictures using the live camera doesn't always work. You have to take and save pic first, then upload.
These guys have been great with the support they provide when you have questions! The app is super easy to use and easy to teach our field crew. 10/10 would recommend using this app 😊
Can't even create an account?
I'm trying to decide if I want to use this app for my whole crew. Is there a paid version that has the barcode feature? I can't seem to scan barcodes. How do I purchase the full version?
Interface is beautiful and easy to use, can't add contacts without paying tho or having them join. Any way to add a name without emailing them? It would be better for me to just be able to add people and not have them create an account. I just want to see who I lend my tools to
Only been using is for a few months but one of the best tool/item trackers around. Very easy and straight forward. A few minor hiccups but overall amazing. Help/support is amazing the guys are great!! Keep up the amazing work!!
