Unable to connect. Says no internet. B's I have Verizon unlimited and WiFi none work

It takes so long to load. I had to wait 2 hours for it to make me log in. That's just stupid.

There is a bug with the fivesevenc pistol causing it to not fire, the help button wont send any of your messages that would let them know your game needs help, and my friends free gold for an ad will not work at all! This is a fun game, but it's bugs are driving me crazy!!! Plz help, I will definitely rate 5 stars if it is fixed!!!
