Definitely a new favorite. There are places where the translation isn't great, but all in all, this is a really fun and engaging point and click esque detective game that never gets too challenging. Each mystery has a twist that makes the story more nuanced and interesting, and all of the episodes are free to play, though you'll have to watch a few ads to unlock each!
I love this game so much. For a detective game, the cases are supported well by the clues and interactions. However, in my opinion, the way the story and the dialogues were delivered still lacks of something. It makes the unique characteristic of Hunter and Lee not shown enough. But, team, you're doing great and you can improve more. I'm willing to play other detective games like this one from you!
Very interesting detective game, but not inexpensive. I think I ended up spending around $10 on the game. Pretty pricey for a one to two day mobile game. 10 cases to solve and only the first few are free. Also, you'll want to buy the unlimited energy unless you have mega patience because the energy fills slowly. I don't regret playing, just wish I had an idea about how much I would end up spending to complete it. Also, just a heads-up, the English translation is truly awful.
My review is, it is an ok game. The devs did a good job with the cases and game play. The problem is the language text broken english. The "submit clues" at the end is very obvious. They also use watching ads to gain energy and energy runs out fast, especially if it is a long case. I can deal with the broken english but the energy depletion keeps me from continuing on to chapter 4 and so on. Too many ads needed to play.
I love your games. The English is a bit off, but it's clearly getting better. I encountered a pretty insane glitch, which basically won't let me progress. So, first I set some clues to be analyzed. Then, I left for a few days (2 or 3). I come back, and even though the notifications told me they were done, the counter underflowed. Now it's at 971:51:-71 for the timer. It costs about 63000 coins to skip it. Please help.
This game is really good! But, there is something that you guys forgot to fix... the coin option is free so no one has to wait till the evidence is analyzed in the game. I'd recommend removing the wait thing altogether because we are already losing energy, so waiting a lot can make people less interested in the game. The plot could also use some more plot twists and action. I recommend refrencing from games with plots like Tasokare Hotel and Prison Boys. Overall, I'm very impressed!
Really great detective game. The clues are creative and I like the storylines. However, after the 3rd case, you have to use tickets to unlock the other cases. You also have to watch a lot of ads to play for free unless you pay. I'm really frustrated because I want to play the cases without having a paywell blocking the way
Brilliant storyline, the way they execute the game is astonishing. The game is simple yet have a lot of challenges that needs to answer. I install this game because of the detective role play. Now I play because it's satisfying once you solve the challenge. I hope next time you can make an excellent game like this and make a lot of profits from it.
I loved this game a lot. It has a wonderful story (especially if you switch off your inner plot hole analyzer and just enjoy the plot). It has great gameplay. Yep, f2p and non-patient players have to watch a metric tonne of adverts, but it is possible to get to the end ridiculously fast without paying a dime. It is really logical inside each chapter. As for English, well, it is understandable. I may even re-play it someday when I forget the hows and wheres of the clues Great job, PapaBox!
Simple gameplay, and not a lot of ads as well. I managed to finish the entire game without paying - just by watching ads - and i enjoyed the story and mysteries very much! I admit though that the English translations could be improved (i had to switch to Chinese halfway through because i couldnt stand the english translations) it was an enjoyable play!
This is a fun, well-structured series of mysteries to unravel. I like the way the process unfolds, with gathering clues, analyzing them, and then sorting them into different hypotheses. A few suggestions: the shaking to show surprise is irritating, and the English translation could use editing by native speaker.
A decent detective game that i enjoyed so far. I was able to play 4 cases for free. However, there are issues i would like to mention. The daily rewards doesn't reset after completing the 7th day. Also, the game slows down when i have sent two evidence for analysis at the same time. I wish you good luck on your journey of developing games.
Great game! The stories so far have been interesting and the gameplay has been enjoyable. I know the developers' native language isn't English so there are many grammatical errors, but overall it's definitely understandable. Highly recommended if you're into puzzle-solving games using logic. It's also energy-based, so unless you pay you'll have to wait at times to continue. The prices are reasonable and paying supports the devs. Overall, great game!
Excellent game with in depth stories and intuitive UI. My only feedback would be that it's pretty clear they don't have a native English speaker to edit their translations - that said, I have yet to encounter any translation errors that impeded my ability to know what they meant, so it's not an issue I'm inclined to lower my raiting for.
This game is certainly not the best, however it is very entertaining and fun. Something that drags it down is the translation. Sometimes it doesn't make sense and it could confuse someone. The gameplay is pretty standard but it works well.Now concerning the animation it could be better but I really like the style of the game and I think the art style compliments the game. The puzzles can sometimes be overly simplistic but they're mostly ok.These are my reasons for rating the game only 3 stars
This game had one of the most fun and immersive detective gameplay mechanisms and the story and the characters were fun too, so I wish I could give it 5 stars, but I have to remove one star for a very poor English translation which impeded understanding, and another star for a bug which caused the game to ignore a video you just watched. I can forgive the fact that the game forces you to watch tons of ads especially toward the end, but not when it's buggy and you spend many minutes watching ads.
Bruh this is the kind of game I've been looking for but never find I love it! 10/10. I'm looking forward to more such games!!
I'm sorry but this game is a huge letdown. Instead of making it a simple point and click, they overcomplicated it with analysing specific evidence which is fine on its own, but not when you have to wait 5 minutes for it to be analysed. It takes you away from the game and becomes a nuisance. And there are so many menus to navigate through just to do simple tasks. I'm not fan unfortnuately.
I LOVE MANY OF YOUR GAMES, Well for this game.. i love how the main characters are, the story of each case makes me curious to follow, and by far this is the most fun detective game ive played. But i do have a few things to comment about, first, at least tell us the clues that we've found so we dont randomly tapping all of the screen again and again, and make the clue a little bit more visible, the second is pls add a bit more puzzle to it. Keep up the goodies!
Definitely Recommended Game! Great gameplay, great story, great graphics! Not only you can find the clues by yourself, you have to analyze all the clues to close the case! Also, it's absolutely free with ads. Wonderful job and will be waiting for the second part! :)
I like the gameplay and the mechanics of the game. Quite different from other mystery solving games that I've played. Gave 4 stars bc the grammar is kinda wonky and not a fan of the animation. Its cool how you can watch ads to recharge energy instead of waiting for hours. Also kind of a waiting game since you need to wait while the evidence gets analysed. But the game is pretty straightforward.
This game is amazing. I already finish all case in 5 days, cant wait for the 2nd part. Btw if you find the ads annoying, you can pay, if broke, honestly you just need to wait 5 sec to close the ads and continue to play, its free game yall. Sometimes you need to watch the ads for some cash to continue the game, but it really dont bother me. I really recommend this game
A pleasant game that allows you to investigate, connect the dots and also find the criminal. I enjoyed it very much
