TopCashBack (USA and Canada)

I loved TopCashBack and referred many friends/family to them. Recently though I am having issues and not that happy anymore. New policies are now making getting cash back harder. Purchases made in November finally are confirmed but still not available for cash back yet and it's almost March. It was never like this before and it's not just one retailer that might be holding it up but all purchases now. Going to see how long it actually takes before my money is payable and decide then.

Tremendous help to combat inflation! As long as you don't mind a long wait. It's helped alot, and the deals through the app, updates are usually every hour with deals from all over the web. Definitely worth a look!

It's a good way to get money back on stuff you were buying anyway and their percentages are higher than other companies. Just have to keep on eye to make sure your purchases are tracked, though they have fixed any issue I've had and I've always got my cashback.

This company is a SCAM!! They offer cash back deals for purchase. I did the ADIDAS deal for $25 cash back. My purchase was $21 soi figured that's all I would get back and that would be great. Nope, they deposited $.42 into my acct and told me too bad. Do not waste your money on this company. Many many other bad reviews

Takes way to long for the cash back to be payable into the account so basically it took may 4th till may 19th to get that. Other than that everything would of been fine. **Thank for your reply, but that money is sitting in my app and I can not even do anything and it says available but no options to get a payout.

App is OK, very basic but works most of the time (occasionally it crashes). You can't "favorite" merchants and/or be notified when their Cashback amount increases. You also can't sort by Cashback amount. You can do both of these things in competitor apps. And there is no indication of which merchants allow/disallow certain types of Cashback rewards...for example some merchants don't allow their Cashback to be used for Amazon gift cards, but you won't find this out until trying to cash in.

It does give you cash back but it's kind of minimum compared to other cash back apps I use. When you activate it on a browser extension before your purchase it takes you away from your payment page for a little bit and sometimes you don't get back to that page and you have to start over on your purchase.

This app is a scam. My son and I opened an account to get the 25 dollar Adidas offer. I went to to check to see if I got credit and it would not let me log in. Sent a notice to Topcash and received an email asking if I has multiple accounts. I explained I had one as well as my son. Never heard back. My $25 bucks is lost. Terrible app. Don't waste your time!

Puma had offer for 10% cashback. I used the app and follow through everything and made a $100+ purchase. Months later, cashback is $0 coz both Puma and the app can't trace it somehow. It shows everything that I did use the app and all but somehow can't trace. Can't return the items since it already pass the return policy and losing $10!!

70% of the time I never get percentage of money back and it takes FOREVER to get the money you did earn. I have so many pending rewards that are months old! Such a waste of time. Would never recommend

Takes way too long to become "payable" and now there's a.new entry "confirmed" what does this even mean. It's confirmed that you are going to wait a long time to get paid? I really like the payouts but I'm not sure I'm going to wait . Think I'll just go back to the other 2 cash back sites I use.

Overall decent app, but I have been waiting over a year now for one of my cashbacks to come through. I've contacted them many times without any results. Use at your own discretion but dont expect to get cashback on every purchase that they promise cashback on.

App and program has potential, as they offer great Cashback percentages over other rebate companies/apps. But the retailers don't award the percentages sometimes, which isn't fair to the customer. Especially if you could have made out better elsewhere. For example, I was offered 6% on a $400 purchase. The retailer only gave me 1%. I have screenshots of the percentage they offered on black Friday too. If this was Rakuten, my cashback would have been there in minutes. Now I have to file a claim.

Slow for rewards to post but worth it. Always check here first. If there's an issue, customer service is terrific.

It's great if you're in no hurry for the cash you've earned. Approximately half of the cash I earned before I stopped using the app is still in "pending" status from approximately 2 months ago. Don't use this app if you're looking for any kind of quick payout.

It's not worth the wait. My money I earned from Christmas shopping is still pending to date. That's way to long!

Easy way to earn extra money while shopping online. I love using this app for pre holiday shopping. The downside is that for certain stores can take up to 90 days to get your cash back, but it's still cash back.

If you can remember to look here before you buy online, there's almost always money back. Got my first payout and it went great. I did have to call the merchant because the card didn't go through at first but after that, it worked.

Love this app. So easy to use. I give it 4stars just because it doesn't have a few stores I wish they had...Victoria secret is one of them. And also, the winter games are fun to play and you earn free money.

It's been 13 days since I made a purchase. Opened up a claim 3 days ago. No cash back and no response from claim yet. It says in app it can take months. It was my first purchase. I'm not going to use the app until I see it actually works.

It takes entirely too long for your cash back. I made purchases over 4 months ago and still only a small portion of it is payable...Ibotta app is nearly instant.

Have had a 'pending' amount for one of their promotions since May, 2021. So, almost a year and have heard nothing. It's OK on some things, but takes forever on others.
